"So how old are you Lorelia?" Clint asks

"I just turned 18 a while back"

"What brings you to shield at such a young age then?" Natasha fires back

"Well I just moved here from London with my aunt and I'm a returning agent. Nicks been asking me to come back for a while now so here I am" I say

"Wait are you Rory" Natasha asks with wide eyes

"Umm yea, short for Lorelia" I tell her

"Oh my gosh, your Alexis' kid" Clint says shocked

"Yea" I say as I bit my lip and play with my ring like I always do when I'm nervous

Before they can say anything else Nick walks in with my badge in his hand.

He sets it down and I see it says level 8 on it

I grab it and smile up at him, I'm about to leave when he catches my hand

"We need to talk about something before you leave" he says

He grabs my hand and goes to take my ring which cause me to grab my hand out of his grip and take a few steps back

"What the hell Nick, what are you doing" I scream at him

Clint and Natasha look shocked that I just yelled at the director of shield but I was to focused on Nick to see that

"So I'm assuming your not going to take it off?" He says

"Am I not qualified enough with it on? Is it necessary for me to take it off?" I demand

"No it's not necessary but-"

"Great then, I'll see you later, I have school in the morning" I cut him off before walking away

Me and Clint were both very confused as to what just happened

"What was that all about Fury" Clint asks

"I'm sorry but I can not disclose information about other agents to you" Fury says with his monotone voice

"She's our soulmate" I tell him

He sighs before giving in "She is enhanced and she uses that ring to immobilize her abilities. Katie says she hasn't taken it off since the day she put it on" Fury explains

"Why not" I ask wanting to know about my soulmate

"Yea did something happen to her" Clint asks intrigued

"I'm sorry that's all I'm going to say, she'll tell you herself when she's ready. And don't force her, it'll just cause her to freak out and panic" Fury tells us before walking out of the room

When I finally got home it was almost 2 am

I decide to head straight to bed so I can wake up on time for my morning run

It is currently 5 in the morning

I have on some leggings a sports bra and a jacket that I zipped up half way

I grab my phone, AirPods, and keys and head out for my run

I put my earphones in and zone out every thing around me

I'm so focused that I don't realize the stinging on 3 of my marks

I continue running until I hear sets of feet getting close, right till there next to me

I look to my sides and see 3 tall men

I slow down and completely stop and just stare at them

One is the man from the store who was with Clint

The other man had darker skin and short hair

The last man was broad like the blonde but had shoulder length brown hair

"So we meet again Cinderella" he says with a playful smile

"Yea sorry about that... I panicked" I say biting my lip a little

"I'm Steve, this is Bucky, and this is Sam" the blond tells me

"Your Captain America.... Hi I'm Lorelia" I tell them being slightly embarrassed

"Your even better then Natasha described" Sam says laughing

"I'm sorry what" I asked confused

"We all live together and we're all soulmates too, you happen to be our missing piece" says Bucky

"I just happen to be soulmates with all the avengers, well that's... something" I say slightly alarmed

They all just laugh at me

"Do you run everyday" Steve asks

"Yea I did back home so I thought why not" I say

"Well then I guess so will we" Sam says jokingly

I'm about to say something when I suddenly hear a honk behind me

I turn around to see Maddie in her car

"Do you have any idea what time it is!" She yells out her car window

I look at my phone and see that it almost 7:30, school starts at 9

I turn back to Maddie before mouthing the word 'Soulmates'

Her eyes widen and she rolls the windows back up going on her phone

I turn back to my soulmates and laugh a little

"I'm gonna be late for school if I don't head out now, but I'll see you all tomorrow morning" I say with a smile

"Yes you will" Bucky says a little to happily while pulling out his phone and handing it to me

I take the hint and put my number in before I start walking back to Maddie's car

I wave goodbye to them through the window while Maddie zooms home

I go shower while Maddie picks out an outfit for me to wear today (picture below)

When I get out I put on the clothes and do my hair along with my simple makeup
