"Jeonggukie, please put this down, you are going to hurt yourself--"

"OW! WHAT THE FUCK??!"

Taehyung sighed before walking over to the other man, gently removing the man's fingers from the venus fly trap which was now bloodied. "You idiot, I told you to be careful, but no, you never listen to me", Taehyung grumbled, pushing Jeongguk away with his hip before taking his previous spot and professionally fixing the other man's mess.

"I'm sorry, Baby, I still need to get the hang out of it. But this demonic beast bit me first!", Jeongguk whined before wrapping his arms around Taehyung's waist from behind and resting his chin on the beauty's shoulder. "Besides, I have a boo boo and now you gotta kiss it better", Jeongguk pouted into Taehyung's hair and the petit raven snorted.

"Wow, can't believe they call you god of the underworld, my big baby. Persephone cooed lovingly, turning around in Jeongguk's arms to press his lips onto Jeongguk's. "Here's a kiss for your boo boo, now lemme see your fingers. Their bites are mean, Yugyeom grew them."

It was an adorable sight to see the two interacting with each other, unusual in the beginning but it has become daily life down in the underworld. Taehyung has decided to give Jeongguk a chance and the lord of the underworld has done everything to swoon Taehyung off of his feet.

Hades has been courting him, surprising him with gorgeous flowers, chocolate, something he stole from the humans, jewelry, a puppy, and most importantly, visits from his father whenever Taehyung wanted them. He has seriously tried and Taehyung has bathed in his attention and love until his shy interest turned into love as well, timidly confessing his love to the lord of the underworld a year later, the second time after he has returned to hell in order to fulfill his promise.

Being away from Jeongguk for six months has made Taehyung realize how much he actually missed the other and when it was time to reunite with the god of the underworld, Taehyung has thrown himself into Jeongguk's arms and kissed him before confessing shyly.

Yugyeom has complained how adorable the two were together, absolutely teeth rotting cute while he had to bear with their cuteness. He and Morpheus, or BamBam, finally managed to get into contact, now seeing each other in their dreams and it was enough for them to stay content. Enough for Yugyeom to stay as much human as he could.

"See? All better now", Taehyung smiled lovingly at Jeongguk after applying some ointment on the wound, watching it heal instantly. Jeongguk reached forward and pulled Taehyung back into his arms. "Better, with you by my side again", Jeongguk told his husband who giggled cutely.

They've been married for approximately 10 years now, time not really being important to the two immortals who were so happy to have found each other. Jeongguk carried Taehyung on hands and the two soulmates were never seen apart, Taehyung spending more and more time in hell as he had to, loving Jeongguk as much as the other loved him.

They absolutely adored each other and even Seokjin, who has been so against the relationship, couldn't deny how perfect they were for each other. Taehyung brought out the best of Jeongguk and Jeongguk never failed to make Taehyung feel loved and special. It all turned out right in the end.

Hoseok and Yoongi have grown closer, more than best friends as they were seen spending time with each other more often. Taehyung sometimes sent them letters too. 

Seokjin has accepted his son's relationship with the god of the underworld and has also stopped grieving over his long lost love, focusing on the good in life and started to care more and more for the humans to keep himself busy.

But whenever Taehyung would be going down to the underworld, Jin left the world to be alone, leaving the world cold and gloomy without the god of harvest. Yet when Taehyung returned to his father, he let the world bloom again in the brightest colors. Creating the four seasons with this changing months, spring, summer, autumn and winter.

The only ones losing, if you can call it that, would be Jimin and Namjoon, still married, and still unhappy. Namjoon has actually apologized to both, Taehyung and Jeongguk and begging for their forgiveness (what a sight, the powerful god of lightnings begging someone for forgiveness!) and both have asked for time.

Taehyung couldn't forgive his dear father for lying to him and turning Jeongguk into the villain while Jeongguk was grieving over the same, still remembering the lonely decades down in hell, going insane of desire and pain to be separated from his soulmate without a real reason. After Namjoon revealed the prophecy to them, the truth behind everything, they had been incredibly upset and didn't talk to him.

Only Taehyung was now back on speaking terms with his father, Jeongguk didn't want anything to do with his power hungry brother. 

Namjoon has been defeated, losing everyone dear to him and even Jimin has grown distant to him. He and Taehyung were still close but it was never the same after Taehyung's guess turned out right about Hera trying to replace his dear father Seokjin. Jimin has lost everything, influence, his lover and most of his power, leaving him defeated and mourning over his lost game like a pouty child.

He has become icy cold towards Namjoon. But then, something unexpected happened, Jimin adopted a little boy named Hephaestus. And the boy became Jimin's whole entire world, finally satisfying his desire for a rightful son and he loved the boy like he would've loved Taehyung. He found peace with his plans and even made up with Seokjin until the two became civil again.

It took many up and down, many broken hearts and ruined relationships to fix the shattered gods but they all arranged themselves within their new destiny.

Yes, the fates have been right about the future, staring down knowingly at the couple fussing over each other in Taehyung's beloved flower garden deep down in hell, smiling knowingly at each other before disappearing into thin air, leaving the King and Queen of the underworld alone. 

"I love you, Jeon Taehyung", Jeongguk said, leaning down and capturing Taehyung's sweet lips in a loving kiss, holding him like his most precious gem that he was. Taehyung leaned into his embrace, smiling into the kiss.

"I love you to death, Jeon Jeongguk", he replied, rubbing their noses together when he pulled away, the little joke known between them and Jeongguk playfully tickled his side. So many dramatic occurrences, yet Taehyung did not once regret to start loving Jeongguk.

No, it has been the best thing to ever happen to him.

And when he was sitting on a beautiful flower covered throne next to his husband, holding his hand while Jeongguk and he were ruling together over hell, Taehyung smiled proudly, because he had the most perfect man to his side.

On Jeongguk's head a crown of swirling shadows and dark promises which excellently covered the gentle nature of his truth. 

And on Taehyung’s head a beautiful Flower Crown.
