Lazarus

It's been two months since Elina came to the ship now and it has been perfect. Of course we argue from time to time and I have to punish her sometimes, but it's still perfect. She fits so snugly next to me when we sleep. And those little noises she makes when she's really enjoying her food. By the Goddess and Gods I have to hold the table every time so I don't take her over our meal.

I prefer to introduce her to new tastes in our room so that the other males don't hear her. Once I made the mistake of giving her nellberrycake in the dining hall and Kurn, Sulu, Reli and even Makkan sat there wide eyed and ready to cum in their trousers.

Makkan prefers males over females so it was quite a shock when he reached down to adjust himself with the darkest blush on his cheeks. Kurn on the other hand just groaned and told Elina that he wanted to throw her on the table and take her for everyone to see. She abruptly stopped eating and insisted on leaving right away. I chuckle at the memory even if I feel angered about the guy's reaction to MY mate. I have to say I am extremely cocky that she in fact is my mate.

Then it's the fact that our experiment has been a success so far has made me even more cocky. Within days of Elina being here I managed to impregnate my mate. Galdrian females can take months, if not years, to get pregnant. And here I did it in days.

Elina is pregnant and blossoming. She can feel sick in the mornings and sometimes late at night. She has also vomited a few times. I am pretty anxious about that since she doesn't eat enough and it seems she has lost weight. Both Skillys and Elina have assured me that it is normal. Sometimes I can see her anxiousness as well but she tries to conceal it for my sake.

The fact that she wanted to keep silent about her condition in the beginning fell through that same afternoon when Makkan asked if we should play a round in the VR-room.

"Ehm. No. I don't think-'' Elina starts but quickly stops. "What I mean is that-" She's so fucking cute when she get's flustred.

"What? You can't play? Why's that?" Kurn drawls in a bored tone.

"I-ehm.. I...don't feel so well." Elina quickly tries to cover her stumbling.

"You look fine to me." Kurn turns his eyes to look over Elina. "Nothing out of the ordinary."

"She's not playing. We can play in the game room." I growl at Kurn.

"Why? Is she pregnant or something?" Elina blushes and hides her face behind her hands and I give Kurn a frustrated growl. Must he always hit the nail straight on the head? He straightens up in his seat, wide eyes going between me and Elina. "Damn man! You work fast!" He says with a large smile on his lips and raises his hand at Makkan to do a high five.

"Congratulations!" Reli says and slaps my shoulder.

That Kurn is too smart for his own good sometimes.

There is no sign of her condition on her body yet. But after the guys found out she doesn't see a point of not letting others know. The only change so far is that her breasts are larger than before. Of course that pervo Kurn noticed and asked me about it. At those thoughts of Kurn's insensitiveness I smile to myself.

"Hey. What's so fun in there?" Kurn says and slaps the back of my head as he comes back to his seat from a short break. "Care to share?" He falls down in his seat a few feet away from me and gives me a smirk. "Or is it something nasty you and that beautiful mate of yours did last night?" I narrow my eyes on him. "If it is, I wouldn't mind hearing about that either. I would give me some new material for the shower."

"Shut up before I shut you up!" I growl. "She's mine!"

"Aye aye captain!" Ha says with a smirk and mock salute. Had he not been my friend I would have disciplined him about his behavior. Perhaps I should discipline him harder because he is my best friend.

"You can clean the game room on the third floor after this shift." I tell him in an authoritative voice. His eyes widened in shock.

"Hey. I was just kidding." He tries to explain himself.

"Well I'm not. You will clean the game room. Perhaps that will teach you not to have dirty thoughts about your captain's mate." I growl the last word at him.

"Yeah. Yeah. Don't get your panties in a twist. I'm sorry. I will take my punishment." He sighs. "I just hope that I'll soon get the chance to pick out a mate of my own."

I know that he really wants a mate. He wanted one more than I wanted one and since Elina came I can see him looking at us with longing. And I know that even if he finds her attractive he would never betray me by touching her. He is all bark but no bite. I had to ask him one time about everything he says. Even if I figured it to be a joke, I had to be sure. He told me that something about her smell isn't right. It calmed me to hear that. I know exactly what he's talking about. Not that there's anything wrong with Elinas scent, for me. But that is because she's perfect for me.

"Your time will come. But we have to take it slow. We're going over to their moon in two days to pick up a mate for Captain Eldreth and to look for mates for you and ten others. So your time is not so far away."

Kurn only nods at this and turns his attention back to the starmap he's been investigating. I look out at the calm view over Saturn. It has been calm and quiet for the whole time that we've been here.

There was a possible security breach two weeks ago but when we investigated we couldn't find any trace of anyone. But somehow, in the back of my head and the bottom of my stomach I feel that something is about to happen. I believe that the security breach actually happened and that it was someone on board our ship that was responsible. Why on the other hand is something I can't understand. We are not doing anything that would be of any interest for any other species and the humans don't have any valuable technology that pirates would want.

We keep on with the supervision of the surrounding space. I am conversing with Keyan about the route we're taking to reach earth's moon when all of sudden the alarm goes off.

"Unidentified ship detected. All personnel to your post." A mechanical voice says over and over again as red lights blink.

Fuck! They're here, whoever they are. And I can't leave my post to find Elina. I hope she's safe and alright. I try to remember her plans for the day. I think she was meeting two younger crewmembers in Captain Eldreth's platoon. From my meeting with them I found them trustworthy, especially Leelo. My stomach twists in anxiety but I have to stay on the bridge.

Elina

Me, Davvin and Leelo are playing a racing game in the game room on the third floor today. This is a game room that is rarely used by Galdrians but Davvin insisted that we could have it ourselves at this time of day, so we agreed. It is pretty shabby and I don't think I want to come back here again. It is also far from the areas that I am used to roam and that makes me uncomfortable.

In the middle of a race an alarm suddenly goes off. "Unidentified ship detected. All personnel to your post." A mechanical voice says over and over again as red lights blink. The game automatically turns off. I feel fear creep up in my chest. My first reaction is reaching for Davvin that sits on the couch beside me.

"Davvin?" My voice wavers.

Davvin stands up, grabs my arm and pulls me up to stand. He and Leelo have a silent communication. Leelo nods and then quickly leaves the room before us. Davvin drags me with him out of the game room and I see Leelo run to the right.

"Come. This way." Davvin says as he drags me along a corridor to the left that I have never been in before. It feels like we're going in the wrong direction.

"Where are we going? Lazarus has instructed me to go to our room if the alarm goes off. Or hide in the first place I can find." I shout at Davvin to be heard over the noise. My heart is beating a thousand beats per minute and I already feel short on my breath.

"There is a place where you can hide this way." He shouts back to me without looking back at me and continues forward. He draws his weapon, holding it ready if there should be any danger. I feel some of my fear subside. I trust that if anyone that shouldn't be here comes our way, he will protect me.

The corridor never seems to end, going further and further from the areas that I'm used to. But I trust Davvin. He's been an attentive friend since that first day without Lazarus. We meet up every other day, most times Leelo is with us but sometimes other friends of Davvin. We often play games or swim together, sometimes we go to the gym even if that is not my favorit. He has protected me against the other males when they got a little too carried away. Lazarus has also given his approval.

Eventually we stopped at a door. There is a small window on the door but it's too far up for me to see through without standing on the tip of my toes and I can't do that since Davvin's hand is firmly wrapped around my upper arm. He looks through the window and curses. Then he looks to the right and the left. To the left side of us I see a person running towards us.

"Corporal Davvin! Why are you here? Elina?" The person, who I can't remember the name of, looks confused over our presence here. Davvin aims his weapon at the other male and shoots. I'm stupefied over what Davvin has just done. I struggle to get free from his grip and reach the injured male, who now lies on the floor unmoving.

"Let him be." Davvins voice is cold and hard and when I look at him a shiver runs up my spine. Who is this male in front of me? This is not the same male that I have spent the last two months getting to know. The one who called for Lazarus when I slipped and fell beside the pool. The one that sneaked me nellerrycake when I was sad and alone because Lazarus was too busy on the bridge. This person's face is hard and his eyes are cold as ice as he stares down at me.

"What is going on? Why are you doing this?" I ask in horror, doing my best to try and pry his fingers from my arm.

His face distorts into a cruel and evil smile. "You are going to be a present to Garon. He's been waiting a long time for you." I struggle even more, throwing punches at him and kicking him but he's too strong. "Be still, bitch. Or I'll knock you out." He growls and shakes me.

He peeks through the window again. "Finally." He exclaims and punches in a code on the tablet by the door. The door makes a loud hissing sound and then slides to the side. "Took you long enough." He says cockily to someone on the other side of the door. He tugs my arm for me to follow him as he strides like a king into the room.

Inside the room are four unknown males. They are not as nicely clothed as the crew on the ship and two of them are definitely not Galdrian. They are much larger, with red skin and eyes. Their head, shoulders, arms and back is covered in dark fur about the length of a bear's fur. They somehow look a little like mutated bears. One of them moves from his spot at the left side of the group to stand near the door behind me. The red ones and one of the Galdrians carry large rifles ready to shoot any uninvited guests.

The Galdrian in the middle has both his arms free of anything. He looks a lot like Lazarus which confuses me. His skin and hair color is more or less the same shades as Lazarus and the eyes are similar as well. The difference is the fact that this male looks disheveled. His hair is long and shaggy. The beard is wild and unkempt. He has a large scar on his face that looks pretty recent with its bright purple shade.

His eyes are locked on me and a sick smile rests on his lips. "So this is the human that they were able to breed?" He asks, but the question is only rhetorical. Davvin tugs on my arm and throws me before this monster of a man. I fall on to my knees and look up at him with fear shaking my whole body. The man squats down in front of me and reaches out a hand to grab my chin. "They really are small. But I must say-" He turns my face to the right and then to the left. "-that my cousin chose a pretty one." He gives a cold chuckle that makes my insides writhe in fear and my mouth go dry.

Davvin chuckles along with him but I notice that the male's crewmembers are stoic as statues. "Yeah she really is. And from her constant marking I guess she's wild in bed." Davvin sneers while he looks at me and licks his lips. The male drops his sneer and glares at Davvin. He obviously didn't like to share his appreciation of me with someone like Davvin.

"Take care of him." The leader says in a bored tone to the red one behind him, who nods and raises his weapon to Davvin. I turn my head as much as his hand on my chin allows me to look in Davvins direction.

"Wait? What? You said that I could join you." He exclaims and holds out his arms. His face is full of fear and shock at the order to take his life.

"Sorry boy. But I never take in traitors." The male says without a sign of remorse. He raises his free hand and his crewmate shoots Davvin in the head.

It's like everything happens in slow motion. I see the bullet as it goes right through Davvins skull and I feel the blood splatter onto my face and arms. I kneel on the floor, frozen as his body falls to the ground and his blood splatters up on my leg. With horror I stare at the empty eyes of the person I thought was my friend.

A voice, so like Lazarus', snaps me back to reality. "Now my little female. Let's get you to your new quarters." The male sneers and grabs my arm. I fight to get loose, throwing punches and kicks at the male but without any difficulty he drags me along towards his ship.

"No! Let me go! Lazarus! Help me! Someone!" I scream as loud as I can as the large male drags me aboard.
