While I drove the car, I heard the girls crying.
I could barely see through my right eye and my whole body hurt so much.
I drove to the one person who could protect me and the girls, Carter.
"Mommy where are we going?" Millie said.
"We're going to get help baby." I said.
I pulled over and the lights to Carter's new place were off.
I tried to get out the car but it was like all my strength left my body.
I heard Blair call out for me and it sounded so far away.
Then Millie called me and little Mocha barked but the noises faded away and my eyes fell completely shut.

Was all I heard, my eyes opened up slowly.
The bright white light hit my eyes and I placed my hand over them.
I looked down to see an IV needle on my hand.
I quickly realized I was in a hospital room.
Last thing I remember was running out the house and getting into the car with the girls and Mocha.
I pressed the button that requested assistance and then shortly a nurse ran in.
"Hi I'm nurse Abby."
"Hello um where are my children?"
"Oh I wouldn't know honey. There's a man who brought you in and he came in plenty of times with two little twin girls."
"Y-yeah that's them! Can I borrow your phone please?"
"Oh no honey, I don't have it on me right now. Sorry." She shrugged which irritated me.
I stayed quiet wondering where the girls were.
"Mrs.Pierce, you've been down for a whole month. When you came in, you were severely hurt. Lost a lot of blood."
"But I'm better now right?"
"Yes you are. Look I'll go call the man that brought you here and tell him you woke up."

I sitting in bed, waiting for Carter and the girls to get here.
I saw Millie run in.
"Mommy." She jump up into my arms and I held her close.
Then Blair did the same thing.
"Mommy we missed you so much." Blair said.
"I'm so sorry that I left you baby. I'll never leave you ever again."
"It's not your fault Mommy. We're just happy you're awake." Millie says.
I looked up and there was the man that I loved with all my heart.
"Hey puppy." He chuckles and leans into me.
"Just kiss me already." I say and he doesn't wait anymore, he kissed my lips and I could hear the girls saying gross and ewww.
We let go and looked into each other's eyes.
"What about the fiancé?" I smirk.
"We split. She realized that my heart will always belong to you as much as we fight it, that's the truth." He smiles.
"I love you." I say.
"I love you too beautiful."

Quick F.A.Q. : - Yuri/female homosexual relation? Yes.- Yaoi/male homosexual relation? Maybe.- Explicit Sexual Content? Maybe.- Full Fledged Tragedy? No. Never, ever ever.- Body Modification/Body Horror? Yes. (Note: what one person think is body horror can be acceptable for someone else. If you want to see to what length I can go, read a bit of The Other Labyrinth. However, I won't go as high as quickly in the body mod/horror, so relax.- Gore? Hell yeah! I love gore! spraying blood and viscera etc...- Torture? Hurgh... maybe? Idk. Not at the start at the very least.- Memory loss/erasing? No, or at least not permanently. I basically hate this trope because it's like taking out all the character grow from a character, destroying everything that makes them what and who they are. so no.- Overpowered protagonist? You will see mufufu...- Will characters stay relevant seeing how numerous they are? YES, MOTHERFUCKING YES, I hate when characters relevance decay over time for no good reasons ^^'- Plot Armor? First of all, a definition: "Sometimes referred to as "Script Immunity" or a "Character Shield", Plot Armor is when a main character's life and health are safeguarded by the fact that he's the one person who can't be removed from the story. Therefore, whenever Bob is in a situation where he could be killed (or at the least very seriously injured), he comes out unharmed with no logical, in-universe explanation." No, because I always have an in-universe explanation, even if you don't know it yet ^^ Something is illogical or don't make sense? Read more, the answer is surely in the story ^u^- Balanced system? If you want to crush numbers and have a perfect equation balancing all the system, that's not the story for you. The system is more like a living being, and the rewards aren't forcibly tied to the level of the player. In fact, the system is purposely unbalanced ^^' Author's note: My goal here is to write a slow-paced story revolving around the bonds linking the characters, be them family, friends or lovers. Fight will be part of it, but I intend to build an actual interesting world before making truly large-scale battle happen, because the bigger a battle is, the larger its causes and effects are. I also aim at telling a story about how the characters actually help each other becoming stronger, more stable and happier. I particularly despise the lone MC type that becomes so powerful that every other character of the current setting become irrelevant beside being hostage targets, so this will not happen. I also like crafting, arrays, blacksmithing etc... so there may be crafting. Another thing I like is management game like sim-city or the like, so this while also appears, keeping in mind that I like MC's that make people around them stronger...
