The Cullen-Hale coven was preparing for the day, Alice, Jasper, and Edward needed to go to the institute it is their last year, Carlisle was going back to work at the hospital, and Rosalie and Thena went back to their routine of doing breakfast for Stephen, Esme was checking the last things that she had to do for a job that she gets of architecture, Emmett and Stephen went hunting the night before since they wanted to go to Canada to hunt bears, the two blondes were going to start decorating the house of the pair in the night or the next day since all the family start doing activities together and pass time together as a family

Athena was putting the plate of food when the paper call her attention the title said ¨Murders disappearances, possible work of a serial killer, yet another victim found in a Georgetown Alley¨, something tells her that is not, she left the paper when she smell her mate getting close to the house of the clan, Rose and Thena share a smile because that means they need to tell them to tat they wan to hunt alone and they know will be that conversation will end so they plan a perfect plan, they will leave the kitchen after Stephen sit to eat leaving the brothers in the kitchen and the blonds will go to Rose room and jump and leave to the woods they were planning to go near Canada or the border if Alice come back from school and they are not there yet they told her to find them and the three can hunt together.

Athena and Stephen after a talk with their masters they end with a deal that they can feed on both human and animal blood, they don't want to put Jasper in a bad position, the kings thought it was a good option and something in the middle, everyone was ready and were saying goodbye to the ones who were staying in the house when the brothers came out of the forest laughing and joking

-Thena, Rose I will be coming in the night before dinner so we can cook together then we go to decorate, the last things I will bring them for Port Angeles -Esme said to the girls

-Yes Esme -they chore

-Sisters remember to win, and send messages -Alice tells them while going out with a smile knowing who would win and Athena of course already knew also, Jasper gave them a smirk and nods his head in a sign of good luck to the girls, they smiled at him and Thena gave him a wink since they bet that their mates wouldn't found out after they came from the school that the two blondes were not in the house, since what happened the last times they don't let them go hunt alone there always someone with the two

The pair of brothers enter and Emmett walks to his room to bring some games and play, while Stephen walks toward the two blondes that are waiting for him with food -Thank you, babe, Rose -Stephen said while giving a kiss to his wife and sit to eat, Emmett appear in seconds while the girls were washing the dishes that they were using and look at each other with a smirk

-So boys since you two are going to be playing the new game that came out, my baby and me are going to have a spa day -Rose said to them

-We are going to be in Rose's room -Athena adds, the boys nod their heads while Stephen eats and hears his brother, the two blondes left the kitchen and go to the older blonde room and close the door they start talking and when they heard that the boys start playing they changed quickly in sports clothes that match each other, they wanted to hunt themselves since years have been that they couldn't hunt the two alone since they have bad luck with wolves in their way

The girls put music very loud so their mates don't hear very well and jump into the forest and start running when they are far from the vampire's reach they stop and laugh together

-It has been too long -Rosalie exclaimed with a smile

-Long? If not decades that we don't do this together- Athena responds

-The last one to get there win a whole closet or a car- Rosalie said while she turn to run and have an advantage against the little one

-You are not going to win mom! -Thena yelled while running behind her, they both laugh and keep playing until they reached the Canadian border and start hunting, of course, Thena write a text to Jasper telling him where they were and that they hope to be there in the night or be at home at dawn since they couldn't find a lot of animals and were thinking to go to Canada, they also write to Esme to explain that maybe they were not going to be there that night so she didn't have to rush with her things.

Hours later Alice catches up with the girls and runs to Canada, they hunt but they were not satisfied -I'm not feeding more from deer, I want a mountain lion or something -Athena exclaimed- I need something with more taste, I have one more week before I hunt humans

-We can go for a bear? -Alice ask, it was not the girl's favorite but they dint have an option they couldn't find a mountain lion or something else

-Yeah, it's better than nothing -Rose agreed, when the girls end their short trip since its already past midnight they agreed to walk for a bit and have the girls talk, and they played more it was like they were children again, the laughs and giggles could be heard clearly in the woods, they were having fun, Athena could pass the little resentment that she had for Alice and they were closer than before

In the Cullen House

It was already evening when the three vampires came home, Alice went directly to change and join her sisters soon to hunt, Jasper frown his face when he notice that Stephen and Emmett don't notice that Hale girls are not in the house and he hear the music he has to gave them intelligent that they were to use music, he sights knowing that now he had to gave them something of their choice, Alice was quick to give him a quick kiss and speeding out to the location of her sisters, Edward was feeling a little out of the family but he was the reason on why they don't take him in the count for anything since he was not with them the majority of the time and was the most time with his girlfriend, he comes to reason that he had to share more time with his family, he also realized that his brothers doesn't like Bella and only greet her for education well just Jasper and Emmett, Alice also spend more time with Rosalie and Athena. In the night Esme came home with the last things for the house of the pair, and she walk to the kitchen to cook for the alpha, Sera and Nagini appear seconds later in search of the matriarch of the family it was the only one that they could stand, just like Jane when they are in Volterra and Esme was giving them the food since Thena was not there, Carlisle also came minutes later than her wife and enter the house he could sense that the girls were not in the house, he remembers hearing them talk before about a short trip to hunt just them since the next day was the weekend

-Sera, Nagini -Esme call the companions of her daughter, the tiger and snake appear- Thena left this for you two -Esme put the bowl of raw meat to Sera and she got out and saw that Thena left a deer for Nagini in the backyard

-Thank you- Sera said to her, Esme smiled since she was the only one that they talk to besides Athena

Esme walked to plate the food for the alpha, she went to the living room and a scowl came to her face when she saw that they are still playing, she put the food and juice in front of Stephen that thanked her real quick since he was concentrated in winning the game, Esme rolled her eyes and walk away mumbling to herself

-Stupid boys -Sera said while sitting in the kitchen bar, with Nagini at her side that hissed in agreement

-Sera is right how long they will not notice anything? -Jasper asked incredulously

-The girls went hunting alone -he respond while helping Esme in the kitchen

Emmett got up when he couldn't smell her and heard her- Where are they? It's just... Saturday -he mumbles, Stephen saw the hour and they passed the whole day with the x-box, they run to Emmett's room seeing that there was nothing of what the girls do in spa day they panicked and run to Stephen's floor, passing the companions of his imprint that smirk knowing that they will freak out more when they found out where are they, they speed again to the living room and notice the family there but Alice wasn't there either

-Where are they? -Stephen asks Jasper

-Hunting -he said bluntly

-HUNTING?! -They scream

-Are you crazy, how in hell can you let them go hunt alone? -Emmett said to him

Stephen sight in stress- Where are they, Jasper?

-Canada I think, Alice went to find them after school -they open their eyes in surprise

-Let's go something may happen to them -Stephen said in a serious tone making Emmett nod in agreement

-They are probably coming now, or in the dawn let them hunt -Esme said to them- I know that Athena and Rose don't have good luck in this but they deserve to go just them

Stephen and Emmett sit on the sofa but the worry dint let them in peace and speed to find their mates- I swear they are impossible -Jasper mumbles

-Let's go with them, maybe we can hunt as a family -Carlisle said, Esme and Jasper nod their heads, and Edward came down and look at them- Do you want to come along? -he ask, he smiled a little and they speed and soon find the boys tracking the girls

-I think they went to the border -Emmett said

-They are actually in Canada, I think they are coming right now for the time -Jasper said checking his phone, they hear the girls giggles and saw them coming while playing around

The look on Stephen's face was anger, the girls stop when they saw the family and Athena saw the face of her husband, she knew that she was in problem, and Emmett with Rosalie was not that behind, so the blondes did the only logical thing that they could do, they speed away while the brothers turn to see each other and smile knowing that they had to do something to catch them, they speed away behind their wives with a smirk on their faces, the family laugh at that, the four were playing for some hours, they knew that they could not win even with Stephen gift, Athena was going to see it, so Stephen choose other option for the night, Athena stop running when the vision came to her she felt her husband taking her from the waist

-I hope that you know that you are going to be in problems later love -he said in her ear making have chills, the alpha smirk loving the effect that he has on her- But for now, we have to go back to the others- Athena was fast to run away, he chuckled, she could be a leader in the guard and all that, but when it came to them in privacy he was the dominant also in the relationship, of course, they decide and talk about the things but the majority of the time he was the one that takes the decisions and she was fine with that because he gave her the place she deserves and they complement each other when they get to the family the other ended to hunt and they walk together and talking when they got to the house, Esme wanted to cook so the girls went to the kitchen while Stephen went to sleep a little so he could have more energy later, Carlisle needed to go to the hospital later and Edward it was going to see his blood singer so they will not be there.

In the evening when Stephen woke up, he could feel something beside him, he turn to see Athena sleeping it was the only time that she sleep and only when he do it, he put his arm around her and put a kiss on her head lovingly

-Come on baby we have to get up -a frown came to his face when he feel her a little bit more cold than she is, which means that she needs to channel her magic- Love come on you need to channel your magic I don't want you sick again- he lifts her in a nuptial way to take her to a room that Esme gave them for their magic when they were there, he opens the door of their floor to come down, Rose turn to see them when she heard steps, but worry take her face when she saw that her baby in his arms

-What happens? -she asks with worry following the alpha to the little living room

-I don't know, stay with her I will find Sera and Nagini- he responds

-They were in the living room with Esme -she said to him

Rose caressed her hair with worry, Athena look a little bit paler than she is, Stephen entered the room without a shirt and his hair is messed up, Emmett was going to comment but Stephen talk before- Sera, Nagini something happens to Thena I think its time to channel her magic- the family turn around quickly letting everything that they were doing

The companions were quick to walk to the room where her witch was, the family following them, when they enter Jasper was quick to be at her side, while Emmett put a hand on Rose's shoulder in support, Stephen took her hand worried

-It's not that, we think she is having witch precognition, is like the visions that she has with her gift, but in this one, the spirits talk with her and could warn her about something or just that they wanted to talk with her

-Maybe you can try and enter with her-Nagini said to her

But Rose and Stephen felling the temperature knew she was coming back- She is coming again -he said to the others that breath in relief, Sera and Nagini put themselves at her side, a gasp and Athena trying to breathe make them jump

Athena looked at Sera and Nagini with a look that said ¨we need to talk¨ -I tell you after is done I promise- she look at the others and smile to keep them calm, the family left the pair alone but with calm knowing that she is okay

-Why can you not tell me? -Stephen ask

Thena smiled- It's a surprise, you will like it, now go to eat, I love you- she kissed him on the lips and left the room with Nagini and Sera, the three went to their floor and the blonde closed the door -The spirits left me bring Stephen family and Dydime back -she said

The companions open their eyes in surprise- Did they say why? -Nagini asked

-They said that they died being innocent and protecting the ones that they cared about and that they have seen my progress and that I use my magic for good things

-That is new, they don't like a lot of people -Sera respond

-I'm guessing that you will need things to do the spell -Nagini states

-Yes, I will need something from them, blood if I can -she answered

-And with Dydime? -Nagini ask

-Well I'm going to need something from her and something from master Marcus and Aro

-Something else? -Sera asked this time

Stephen's family died protecting their pack and their sons, Emma either way when she died giving me birth is something that had to happen and I know for a fact that it would be cruel on my part and don't let her have her opportunity for being a mother with me, but I can not see her as a mom, don't get me wrong I appreciate what she did for me but I only see Rose as a mother...

-Yeah... I think I do, one part of me still hates her for leaving me in a living hell -the little blond answered with honesty
