Overhaul glares at the child as she whimpers holding her doll tightly.

"give it "he hissed. Seeing anything remotely close to a hero disgusted him.

"n-no!"she said hiccuping. "I need it"she mummbled.

Overhaul growls as he grabs her arms as she felt them be ripped away. (y/n) cried as the pain disappeared and her arms where back but her Hawks doll wasn't. Overhaul turns her doll into dust as she cries.

"Heroes aren't allowed I don't care what form it's in " he spat before walking off. (y/n) crawls to the pile and sobs.

"daddy..."she whimpers.

Hawks held the man as he flew over the city.

"I'll go inside and see if the boss is their if so we'll have to wait"

Hawks nods as he placed him down.

There was a knock on the door. (y/n) looks up as she saw the male she backs away as she whimpers. The male shushed her as he rubs her head.

"your father is on his way"he said kindly. He gave her a Hawks plushie. (y/n) looks at the male while taking the plushie when she squishes it the plushie made a sound.

"heyo!" Hawks voice said. (y/n) tears up as she cuddled the plush. When she looked up the male was gone.

Overhaul sighs as he stood in front of Hawks who didn't care who said what. He was saving his daughter no matter what.

"your welcome"overhaul said. Hawks paused.

"what did you do?"

"fixed her...saved her whichever you Prefer"he sighs.

"she was a ticking time bomb...all those quirks jumbled up inside her..."he said fixing his gloves.

Hawks remembered that one maniac from a while ago.

Hawks Sighs while he looks at overhaul.

"Is she alive"

"Surprisingly yes, and annoying" he states. "You can have her back call me a villain but this is the exact reason why I hate quirks "he said walking away into the shadows.

Hawks was happy yet confused as he zooms down the halls. He stops at a door. He felt as if he should check it out. When he opens the door. (y/n) was playing with her new doll.

he smiles as he flew over and hugs her tightly.

(y/n) was shocked before she tears up and hugs her father.

"daddy..."she hiccups as hawks smiles and rubs her head.

"shh, it's okay i got you" he said softly as he picks her up the male smirks as he walks over.

"anytime "he said before disappearing. hawks turns to (y/n) who held the plush. Hawks smiles softly remembering the times he had his own plush.

One of his main goals was to give the child he loved a better life than his. In a way they where the same. Both wished for a hero to save them but only this time not only will hawks save (y/n) he would protect her.

"Hey lets go home okay?"he said. (y/n) nods as she snuggled her father.

Hawks had his little angle on his lap as they watched a movie.

"daddy?"she said as she held her plushie. hawks turns and hums as he played with her hair.

"promise you won't hurt me??"she said quietly. hawks froze as he looks at (y/n).

"i would never hurt you"he said honestly. "that's a promise"he adds kissing her head.
