~Presently, Izuku's POV~

We come out of the portal in a underground parking lot, it was quite dark so no one noticed us. I hold Touya's hand as he walks towards the exit of this place that lead up to the town. He took me to the doctors that wasn't too far away as we entered it I realised it was awfully empty.

"Next please," the office lady called.

"Hi, I'm here for an appointment for Touya," Touya tells her.

"Yep, go on in the doctor is almost done," she smiles to us and we walk off to take a seat.

"Dabi how come this place is so empty?" I ask him.

"Izuku, this is a public doctors place, most people get the private," he tells me.

"Makes sense," I say and lay my head on his shoulder.

"You tired baby?" Dabi asks.

"Yeah" I reply closing my eyes.

"Doctor shouldn't be long, so don't go to sleep," Dabi tells me as I simply just nod.

"Touya," the doctor calls out.

"That's us," Dabi says standing up with me.

We walk into the room and take a seat.

"So tell me what I can do for you," the doctor says.

"Well you see my boyfriend has been throwing up every morning for the past week and a half," Dabi explains to him.

"Do you have a quirk sir?" The doctor asks me.

"I have one, but I wasn't born with it," I inform him with Dabi looking at me shocked.

"Have you two had sex before?" The doctor asks.

"Why do you need to know?" Dabi asks blushing along side me.

"Your partner may be pregnant," he says leaving us in shock.

"How can a guy get pregnant?" I ask.

"It's only quirkless men and woman can be impregnated by the same sex. But some women who have quirks can get pregnant from a woman but that's very rare, 1 out of a hundred for women, and 60 out of 100 for males," he informs us. "I will need you to go take this pregnancy test for me in the bathroom across the hall," the doctor tells me as he hands me a box with a pregnancy test in it obviously. I walk out of the room with Dabi and we go into the bathroom. I take the test out of the box when I'm a stall. I take a deep breath and look down on the test...

....it's positive.

"Dabi.." I called from inside the toilet stall.

"Yes," he replied from outside. I walk out the door and look down, does he even want kids.

He walks up to me and looks at the test I have in my hand and sees it's positive.

"Are you ok Izu-baby?" He asks.

"Yeah, but are you ready to have a kid?" I ask looking into his breathtaking eyes.

"Of course Baby, are you though?" He returned the question.

"Yeah, I've always wanted kids," I reply to him, smiling slightly.

"Let's go back to the doctor," Dabi says grabbing my hand and we walk back into the doctors room.

"Congratulations," he says when I show him the test.

"Follow me, we need to take some more tests to find out how many months pregnant you are," the doctor says opening the door for us.

I hold Dabi's hand and walk out the door followed by the doctor who ends up walking in front of us into a larger room with a bed and some machines.

"Lay on the bed and I'll run the tests," he tells me and I do so.

~Time Skip Dabi's POV~

We arrive back to the cabin through one of Kurogiri's portals.

"So is he alright?" Shigaraki asked me as we came out of the mist.

"Yeah, it's really good honestly," I tell him making him look at me confused more then he ever has been.

"He's pregnant," I tell him.

"OMG NO WAY!!" Toga screams and hugging me and Izuku.

"Congrats guys," Shigaraki says, with a smile, which is rarer than anything ever, and it's not one of his creepy ones, it's a nice, genial smile.

"Thanks," I say as I'm being squeezed to death by Crazy.

"Dabi you should go tell your family," Izuku says pushing Toga off of him.

"Your coming with me," I tell him.

"Yeah, yeah," Izuku says kissing me on the cheek.

"Hey Crazy, I'd be careful if I were you the doctor said some women can get pregnant with quirks," I tease as Uraraka's and Toga's faces goes bright red with embarrassment.

"Go away Dabi," Uraraka tells me still covering her face, making her float to the ceiling.

"Aww someone's embarrassed," I tease again.

"Babe, leave her alone," Izuku tells me and drags me to our room.

"Your no fun," I complain and kiss him on the lips.

"Yeah, yeah," he says lying on the bed.

"Wanna watch a movie?" I ask him.

"Nuh-uh were going out and that's final," Izuku orders me.

"We were just out," I say as he grabs one of my hoodies and throws it on.

Hoodie thief.

"Yeah, but now we're going out to tell your family the good news, besides I've already called them and they have agreed to meet up," Izuku tells me dragging me out the door and downstairs.

"You guys going out again?" Kurogiri asks us.

"N-" I go to say.

"Yep," Izuku says glaring at me slightly.

"Where to?" Kurogiri asks focusing on his quirk.

"Rei's hospital room," Izuku chirps.

"Alright," he says with a pause after that as some mist appears, "there you go," he says and goes back to polishing a glass.

"Thanks," I say as I'm being dragged in by Izuku.

"Touya, Izuku!" My mother greets us as we come out of the portal.

"Hey mum," I say giving her a hug then my siblings.

"Good morning Rei," Izuku says hugging her also.

"So what's the news!" Fuyumi asks excitedly. I look down at Izuku who's looking up and smiling at me, I take a deep breath and look back at my family.

"Me and Izuku went to the doctors today," I tell them.

"Omg is he ok?!" Shouto asks worriedly.

"Yeah, it's more good news then bad," I tell him which leaves them all in curiosity.

"He's pregnant," I tell them as smiles widen across their faces.

"Congratulations," My mother says wrapping us in to a hug.

"I'm gonna be an aunt!" Fuyumi exclaims excitedly and jumps around.

"Congratulations big bro," Natsuo says joining in on the hug with Shouto.

"'Bout time another one of my siblings had kids," Shouto teases.

Izuku just laughs and hugs them all back. Then the least expected happens... Endeavour walks in the room.

"What are you doing here?" Shouto asks him sounding emotionless.

"T-Touya," Endeavour stutters standing there shocked.

"What is it?" I ask hiding Izuku behind me without making it obvious.

"How are you?" he asks.

"Except the burns I were given, I'm fine," I tell him still hiding Izuku behind me.

"Dabi, why are you hiding me?" Izuku whispers super quite since the room was silent.

"He'd get mad and he doesn't like you from what happened with Sho at the sports festival two years ago," I whisper to him as my father started going about how much he missed me and sorry.

"I'm fine," I say which stops his rambling.

"Ok, I should be going now, they need my help at U.A. for some kidnap or something," Endeavour says leaving he room.

"That was awkward," Natsuo said.

"Yeah," Shouto agrees.

"So have you found out the gender yet?" Mum asked as we stopped complaining about Endeavour.

"No we have an appointment in a few days though," Izuku tells Mum, as she climbs into her bed.

"Make sure to come and tell us when you do," Shouto says excitedly.

"Will do Sho," I tell them as Kurogiri's portal opens.

"Looks like they need us," I say to everyone and grab Izuku's hand.

We all said our goodbyes and me and Izuku went through the portal.

~Shigaraki's POV~

"Are you going to be fine with a kid running around?" Kurogiri asked a bit after Dabi and Izuku left.

"Yeah, I honestly would've loved to have kids of my own, never found the right one though," I tell him sipping the coffee in front of me.

"Huh? Never thought you'd want kids," Kurogiri stated.

"Nah I honestly like them," I confirmed.

"What gender do you want the kid to be?" I asked Kurogiri.

"Girl, what about you?" Kurogiri asked me.

"I hope they have twins, but girl if anything" I tell him honestly.

"Omg! First time I heard Shigaraki caring!" Toga pisses me off. I always care, I just don't show it thank you very much.

"Last time too," I say glaring at her.

"Hmph!" She grumbles and cuddles into Uraraka.

"OI SHIGARAKI!" a voice from the outside of the door.

"Bring Dabi back," I order Kurogiri. He nods and the portal opens.

"OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR!" the voice of Katsuki Bakugou yells.

"He's taking to long," I complain.

"Babes go upstairs and hide," Toga tells Uraraka as she runs upstairs on Toga's request.

"Ahh, Ground Zero what brings you here?" I ask as the bar door falls down to the ground with a bang.

"I want to know where Deku and Floaty is!" He demands walking into the bar.

"They're dead," I say blankly now hoping to god Dabi and Izuku doesn't come back.

"I know Deku's not, me and Shitty Hair saw him!! So where the fuck is he!?!!" Bakugou yelled as his hands started to spark.

"What's wron-" Dabi asks walking out of the portal with Izuku, fuck!

"Izuku go upstairs," Dabi tells Izuku who does what Dabi tells him.

"DEKU GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE WITH FLOATY, IM TAKING YOU TWO HOME!" Bakugou yelled up the hall. Izuku didn't come back so he ran towards the hall.

"Where the fuck do you think your going!?" Dabi asked as blue flames shot out of his body and towards the door frame creating a barrier.

"Deku and floaty are coming with me!" Bakugou yelled at Dabi releasing explosions out of his hands.

~Izuku's POV~

"Deku and floaty are coming with me!" Kacchan yelled as some bangs went off.

"GO GET FUCKED, IZUKU IS MINE BESIDES THEIR NAMES ARE IZUKU AND URARAKA!" Dabi yelled to Kacchan obviously.

"Ochako!" I quietly yelled.

"Izuku! Where are you?" She asked me.

"Hallway," I reply, obviously too loud too because Kacchan soon appears in the same hallway facing me.

"Deku... come back please..." Kacchan begged.

"IZUKU!" Dabi yelled from the bar.

"DABI!" I yelled back with tears streaming out of my eyes.

"IM COMING BABY!" Dabi yelled to me easing the anxiety building up inside me.

"Don't tell me your in love with that guy," Kacchan asked stepping towards me, as his words came out of his mouth like venom.

"I am!" I tell him stepping away from him as he steps closer to me constantly.

"Deku come back, your mum thinks your dead and it's killing her," Kacchan tells me as my back hits the end of the hall.

"DABI HELP!" I yell as Kacchan walks closer to me.

"I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD IF YOU LAY A FINGER ON HIM I WILL BURN YOU TO DUST!" Dabi threatens banging on something.

"Deku, come back home," Kacchan begged ignoring Dabi.

"DABI!" I screamed as Kacchan was a meter away from me now.

"IM COMING BABE!" Dabi yelled as I could hear something happen down the hall.

"DABI!" I yelled as I saw him running down the hall. But before he could get to me I was dragged out the window.

"IZUKU!" Dabi yelled attempting to grab my hand as I was dragged out the window.

"D-Dabi," I weeped as tears shed from my eyes.

"IZU-BABY!" Dabi yelled in pain as Bakugou continued dragging me to U.A.

~Dabi's POV~

"IZU-BABY!" I yelled with heartbreak and pain as I watched Bakugou drag him away from the bar and towards UA.

"Dabi?" Uraraka asked walking up to me with Toga.

"He's gone, he's gone again," I weep as I throw myself into Toga and Uraraka, who hug me back.

"We'll get him back," Uraraka assures me.

"But Bakugou won't give him up that easy," I tell them.

"We got him back last time," Toga reminds me as Kurogiri and Shigaraki join us in the hall.

"But last time he went he saved him from committing suicide," Shigaraki reminded Toga.

"W-Wait, Izuku's d-depressed?" Uraraka stutters shocked.

"Yeah, but right now we need to work on a plan to get Izuku back!" Toga says excitedly making me force half a smile on my face.
