《Deku And The Beast》Something There

Bakugou growled in pain when Izuku pressed the wet cloth onto his fresh cuts. "Oww! That hurts!" he yelled at Izuku. "If you held still, it wouldn't hurt as much." Izuku told him. "Well, if you hadn't run away, none of this would have happened!" the Beast retorted. "Well, if you hadn't frightened me, I wouldn't have run away!" Izuku replied. "Well, you shouldn't have been in the west wing!" Bakugou countered. "Well, you should learn to control your temper!" Izuku snapped back causing the angered Bakugou to turn away from him in the bed. "*sigh* just try and get some rest." Izuku told him while getting up from the side of the bed.
"Thank you for taking care of him." Momo told me. "Yeah, we are really grateful." Kiri said. "I don't understand, why do you all care so much about him?" I asked them. "We've looked after him our whole life."Momo said. "But he's cursed you somehow. Why? You did nothing." "You are right about that."Denki said. "You see when the master lost his father and his cruel mother took that sweet, innocent lad and twisted him up just like her...we did nothing." Momo told me. "Let's leave him to sleep." Kiri said and they all started to leave the room. I looked back over at the Beast and I couldn't help but feel sorry for him.
"I don't usually leave the asylum in the middle of the night but he said you'd make it worth my while." Monsieur Shigaraki said. I got the bag of money from underneath the table and threw it on the table. When I did that he started to inspect the money. "I'm listening." he said. "It's like this. I've got my heart set on marrying Izuku. but he needs a little persuasion." I told him. "Ha yeah because he turned her down flat!" Mineta laughed out. I took the drink he was holding and poured it on his head.
"Everyone knows his father's a lunatic. In fact, he was in here tonight raving about some beast in a castle." "Pssh the guys harmless." Shigaraki said waving his hand dismissively. I slammed my fist on the table. "The point is, Izuku would do anything to keep him from being locked up." "Haha yeah, even marry him." Mineta said so I kicked the chair from underneath him making him fall to the ground.
"So you want me to throw his father into the asylum...Unless he agrees to marry you." Shigaraki said and I nodded and smile at the sound of my plan. "Oh, that is despicable! I love it!" he laughed out menacingly.
Toshinori was in his house frantically packing things in his bag. "If no one will help, then I'll go back alone! Yes, is that everything? I don't care what it takes! I'll find that castle and somehow, I-I'll get him out of there!" He yelled while leaving his house and walking into the woods.

While Toshinori walked into the woods Uraraka and Mineta made their way to Izuku's house. Urarka opened their door and shouted their names but there was no reply. "Oh well. I guess it's not gonna work after all." Mineta said and started to walk out of the house. Uraraka, however, picked him up. "They have to come back sometime. And when they do, we'll be ready for them." She told him then shoved him in a bush. "Mineta don't move from that spot until Izuku and his father come home." She said and walked away.
"Ah, nuts!" Mineta said.
The next day I went back to the Beast room to check up on him. He was still asleep when I walked in. "He looks peaceful when he's sleeping...wait I don't even know his name I just call him Beast which thinking about it is pretty rude. *sigh* I'll just ask him when he wakes up." I mumbled to myself.
I got up from the side of the bed and looked over at the rose encased in glass. everyone already told me about how they got cursed and how it relates to the rose, so I know now why he got angry at me for going near it. But there's something I still don't get. "What happens when the last petal falls?" I asked. "The master remains a beast forever. And we become..." Kiri started. "Antiques." Momo said. "Knick-knacks." Kiri said. "Trinkets" Iida said. "Lightly-used houseware." Mina said. "Junk. We become junk. Denki said.
"I want to help you guys. There must be some way to break the curse." I tell them. "Well, there is one." Iida said but Kiri quickly stopped him. "You don't need to worry about us this is just our fate." Momo said. I watched as another petal fell. 'There has to be a way I could help them.'
I was standing on the balcony watching as Izuku played in the snow with Hiro. "Ugh, I feel so, so, weird when I look at him." "A good weird or bad weird?" glasses asked. "G-good?" "So what are you going to do about it." shitty hair asked. "Uhh I want to do something special for him...but what?" I mumbled. "May I make a suggestion." Kiri said.
I walked up to the library doors with Izuku right behind me. "Okay, Izuku there's something I want to show you but you have to close your eyes first." He tilted his head and gave me a questioning look. "Ha come on it's a surprise." He rolled his eyes but closed them nonetheless. I opened the doors then took his hands and slowly lead him into the middle of the room. 'I hope shitty hair is right about this.' "Can I open my eyes now?" He asked. I let go of his hands and backed away so I could see his reaction. "Alright. Now!"

As soon as he opened his eyes his face instantly lit up which was pretty cute. "I've never seen so many books in my life!" he said. "So...y-you like it?" I asked. "It's wonderful!" He said while walking around in awe. "Then it's yours!" "Really?!" He looked at me and asked. His eyes were so bright it looked like there were stars in them. I nodded my head and suddenly I felt arms wrap around me. 'He's hugging me! Holy shit I haven't been hugged in years...it feels nice.' "Thank you very much." he said. "Y-your w-welcome." I managed to stutter out.
Later during lunch, Izuku is reading a book while he eats his soup while Bakugou has his head down in the soup eating it like a dog. When Izuku looked up at him he chuckled quietly to himself about the Beast now messy face. Momo disgusted and embarrassed by Bakugou's manners gestured towards the spoon by his hand. Bakugou grumbled a bit before picking up the spoon and trying but ultimately failing to eat the soup with it. Izuku laughed again but decided to help. He put his spoon down and picked up his bowl. Bakugou copied him and together they slurped from their bowls.

"Perhaps there's something there that wasn't there before." Iida sang. "Wait I don't get it." Denki said. "Ha, there may be something there that wasn't there before." Momo sang. "But what does that mean!?" Denki asked very confusedly. Momo just rolled her eyes at him. "I'm sure you will figure it out."
Izuku walked over to Bakugou who is currently sitting outside reading a book. "What are you reading?" Izuku asked him making him quickly close the book. "Nothing." he said. "Guinevere and Lancelot." Izuku mumbled. "Actually King Arthur and the Round Table. You know knights and men with swords and stuff." Bakugou said. "mmm it's still a romance." Izuku teased. "Urgh fine you got me." Bakugou said causing Izuku to stifle a laugh.
"Um, by the way, I never thanked you for saving my life." Izuku told him. "Well, I never thanked you for not leaving me to be eaten by wolves."Izuku smiled at that then used his hand to push a strand of hair out from his face. "Umm ha, this is embarrassing..." Izuku mumbled while staring at the ground causing Bakugou to look at him questionably. "What is it?" He asked. "Umm, w-what's your name?" "My name?" "Yeah I've been calling you a Beast all this time and it occurred to me how insensitive that is and I hear Kiri call you Bakubro sometimes so I was just wondering what your actual name is."Izuku explained to him. "Katsuki Bakugou." "Kat-su-ki Ba-ku-gou..." Izuku repeated slowly making Bakugou's heart beat fast. "Ha, it sounds like a prince's name." Izuku laughed out. "Uhh yeah, I guess it does." Bakugou said. "hmm Katsuki...is it alright if I call you Kacchan then?" Izuku asked looking up at him with hopeful eyes. "S-sure." Bakugou managed to stutter out causing Izuku to smile.
They then heard sounds of laughter and excited voices in the distances. "They know how to have a good time." Izuku said. "Yes. But whenever I enter the room, their laughter dies." Bakugou told him. "Me too." Bakugou looked over at Izuku, confusion written on his face. "The villagers say that I'm a funny guy but I'm not sure they mean it as a compliment." Izuku explained. "That sounds terrible." "*sighs* Yeah it's almost as lonely as your castle." "Then why don't we run away?" Bakugou offered making Izuku tilt is head at him in confusion.
Bakugou leads Izuku to the library where he showed him a book that the enchantress has left him. He explains how the book will take you to wherever you want to go. 'Anywhere I want to go..." Izuku thought. He then placed his hand on the book causing it to glow.
They both are now standing in an old abandon room. "Where did you take us?" Bakugou asked. "Paris." Izuku replied while looking around the room. "Oh, I like Paris." Bakugou said while looking out of the window. "It's smaller than imagined." Izuku mumbled to himself. He then found himself staring at a drawing of a woman.

"What happened to your mother?" Bakugou asked. "It was the one story my dad could never bring himself to tell and I knew better than to ask." Izuku replied. Bakugou then looked down at a chair to see a doctor's mask resting on it. "The plague." He mumbled out. Izuku knelt down next to what used to be his crib, now understanding what happened to his mother. "I'm sorry I ever called your father a thief." Bakugou told him. "*sniff* Let's go home now..." Izuku told him.

The Deathseeker [Under Revision]
NOTE: This story has dark elements, but it's neither grimdark nor particularly edgy. It's also currently being revised. Satan's Axe...Lord of High Honor...The Immortal Giant...The Black Maelstrom...Son of Thunderfield...The Gods' Retribution. Dalric had many names. None were as fitting as his last, Dalric the Deathseeker. Born from an unwanted mating between the greatest warriors of the time, death was his only true kin. It birthed him, molded him, and now standing in the middle of a lifeless battlefield, it drenched him. The blood of thousands of soldiers soaked his skin. Two hundred thousand men approached him that day. All of them sought his life, none of them left with theirs. But they would not die in vain, they had accomplished their mission. Hidden beneath a thousand layers of their blood, was Dalric's very own. Feeling his life fade, he gazed weakly at his work. A seemingly endless array of corpses laid battered and disfigured before him. Some bore faces of horror, most had no face at all. His most trusted companion floated in front of him, blocking the view. Waves of sorrow flowed between them. “My time has finally come. I’ve begged for death and it’s finally arrived. My work is done...and so is yours. You’re free to be who you were meant to.” With his contract with the gods fulfilled, they were truly free. The centuries of torment would end. No longer would they have to walk the path of a monster. Little did Dalric know, the devil was in the details. What To Expect: A good time. In a few more words than that, a cast of believable characters in a unique world dealing with conflicts and problems a little bit more complex than punching the big evil guy in the face. Just a little though. Minimum Word Count a Week: 5000 Release Time(s): Between Friday 12pm EST and Monday 6am EST I also write A King in the Clouds
