《SUNRISE ༘ bakugo katsuki》8

"I didn't know we live quite near each other." You said as you parked the car right outside Katsuki's apartment.
Great. Now he knows where I live. Katsuki thought.
"Goodnight, Katsuki." You said and Katsuki could only nod, immediately leaving the car.
Just imagine how suffocating it is for Katsuki to stay in the car with you for a whole 10 minutes. That shit was torturing.
For Katsuki, of course. You, on the other hand, felt relaxed with Katsuki sitting on the passenger seat.
"Ah, Bakugo wait a sec." You said before Katsuki could close the door.
What is it this time?! Katsuki was this close to tearing up.
You tossed him the energy drink that you bought. "Here. I forgot to give it to you in the gym." You said and Katsuki caught the drink with shaky hands. He almost dropped the drink due to his nerves.
"Thanks..." Katsuki stuttered and closed the door.
Katsuki was fumbling with the keys, trying to open the door quickly to his room. Fuck, why is he still there? Katsuki thought. The key finally entered the key hole and he couldn't have been more relieved. He quickly entered his room and plopped on his bed.
Once he entered his unit, you finally left.
"But I just wanted to be with you right now." Shit, Katsuki thought of it again.
He despised what he's feeling. He didn't like how he felt like he was being chased, how he got flustered, how he got self-conscious around you, how his body reacts when he's around you, and most especially,
how he's feeling around you.
God, this shit was so complicated. Katsuki began contemplating if he shouldn't have agreed to your proposal last night.
Whatever. Katsuki thought.
"Hey, Y/N!" Hagakure calls as she approaches you. You were currently sitting on your chair, busy typing away on your keyboard.
You stopped typing and looked at her. "Goodmorning! Have you heard about the renovation on the third floor?" Hagakure says, initiating a conversation.
You were aware of her feelings towards you. You also made it clear that you weren't interested, but still, she was persistent.
Renovation? You shake your head and Hagakure giggles. "They didn't tell us which department will occupy it though. They said the renovation will be completed in two weeks!"

The renovation was sudden. You wished it wasn't your department that would occupy that floor. You were content on the 2nd floor, no hassle when the elevator's in repair.
The time went fast and you couldn't be more excited having the weekend's session with Katsuki.
"You look more tired than usual." Katsuki comments as you exercise while Katsuki keeps you in check.
Because of the renovation on the 3rd floor, your department was quite busy with handling the budget.
"You're quite observant." You said and Katsuki glared at you.
"Of course I am, I need to observe and check your progress." Katsuki annoyingly said.
"Am I making any progress?" You asked.
"No." Katsuki flatly replied and walked away from you. You inwardly snickered.
While you were finally done with your cool-down stretching, Katsuki handed you a dry towel and an energy drink.
"I didn't want to owe you anything." Katsuki says, pertaining to the time when you gave him an energy drink.
"You don't owe me anything, but I'll accept this nonetheless." You said and was about to reach for the energy drink after getting the dry towel, when Katsuki pulled it back and drank the bottle.
He took a big gulp and said, "you said I didn't owe you anything?" He smirked.
You took the drink from him and drank there as well, and he stared at you with widened eyes.
You finished the whole bottle and said, "you bought it for me."
"Why did you drink..." Katsuki stuttered as he gazed at the bottle and to your glossy lips.
"We were just sharing, Bakugo. Sharing is caring." You said and walked past him, heading to the changing room.
He followed you, still so flustered with what you did and you noticed this.
"Why are you so red? Are you embarrassed with the indirect kiss?" You asked and Katsuki immediately retorted. "NO WAY!"
You hummed in agreement. "Good. Since we've already kissed before." You said and went to the cubicle.
Katsuki was once again left in a daze in the middle of the changing room.
You stupid four eyes idiot fucker. Yes, he was out of insults.
After changing your clothes, you offered Katsuki a ride home when he's done with his sessions for today.

"No." He immediately declined.
"Are you sure? Do you have plans later?" You asked.
"Yeah." It was a lie. He was still embarrassed to even face you right now.
"I see. Did you forget something here? Didn't you have another session two minutes ago?" You asked.
FUCK. Katsuki ran immediately outside the changing room. He unconsciously followed you there and even waited. He didn't even know why he waited. He cursed himself a ton in his mind as he apologized for being late to his client.
You inwardly chuckle at Katsuki and shortly observe him as he instructs his client.
Your eyes met with his. Katsuki felt his heart beat loudly.
You waved and finally left the gym.
Unbeknownst to the both of you, someone heard your conversation with Katsuki and saw how you waved at the red-eyed man.
"No way... They're dating?!" Kirishima mutters to himself as he sees you walking out of the gym. He glances at Katsuki.
"He's blushing?!" Kirishima mutters to himself again.
After Katsuki's session for that day, which ended around 8 in the evening, Kirishima approached Katsuki and they walked out the gym together. They headed to the bus stop and waited for the bus.
Kirishima contemplated on asking. Is he in a relationship with his client or was I just hearing things? Kirishima thought as he side-glanced at Katsuki, who was just standing there quietly.
"Quit staring, shitty hair. Do you want to say something or not?" Katsuki says, irritated with Kirishima's squirming.
"Nothing!" He squeaks. I'll just wait for him to open up. Man, Katsuki finally has a partner! Kirishima was giddy at the thought and decided he'll support the both of you, despite Katsuki not telling Kirishima anything about his relationship with you.
You guys weren't even official to begin with.
As Katsuki arrived in his unit, he forgot to buy a dishwashing liquid and immediately went to the convenience store. He silently prayed not to bump into you but luck wasn't with him this time.
"Bakugo." You called as you grabbed a small sachet of shampoo.
Katsuki noticed the items you were holding. Which was a bunch of necessities in small sachets.
"You heading somewhere?" Katsuki asked as he walked past you and took a dishwashing liquid.
"Yes, I forgot to tell you. I won't be there in the gym for a week or so. I was chosen in our department for a project." You said and went to the counter, Katsuki followed behind.
He felt himself sinking with the thought of not seeing you for a while.
No, what the fuck. I should be glad not seeing his dumb four eyes.
"When are you leaving?" He asked and it was his turn to pay for the counter.
"Tomorrow." Katsuki couldn't hide his shock and looked at you. You waited for him to pay at the counter.
"Why? You'll miss me?" You said and Katsuki glared.
"You wish." He says and the two of you exited the store.
"Hey, why are you following me?!" Katsuki asked while the two of you walked in the same direction.
"I'm walking you home." You said matter-of-factly.
"Huh? No! Get the hell away from me!" He said.
You pulled Katsuki near you as a car passed by rapidly. "See? I need to walk you home." You said and the two of you continued walking.
"That's just because I got distracted!" Katsuki reasoned.
"You take me as a distraction?" You asked.
"No!" Katsuki immediately replied.
"Then an inspiration?" You asked, a slight hint of teasing.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT?!" Katsuki yells, whether out of shock, embarrassment, or just both.
For almost 2 months you've spent with Katsuki, this was his first time seeing you laughing heartily.
It wasn't short nor half-assed. It was one of those genuine laughs that would take you a couple of seconds to calm down.
Katsuki couldn't help but stare.
"I'll take it from here." Katsuki says as the both of you stopped at the apartment building.
"Okay." You said. "Goodnight, Bakugo."
He nodded at you and went inside the building. Fumbling with his keys right in-front of his door as he noticed that you were still waiting down there.
Once he finally entered, you left to continue packing your things.
Yeah, I wish you'd miss me. You thought.

Making of a Genius [A Progression LitRPG]
What does it take to climb to the top of the academic ladder? Lexus came face to face with his mediocrity the moment he arrived at Cambridge University to study computer science. There was a ceiling that he could not overcome, an intellectual world that was unreachable. But if you give a chicken an eagle's wings, it will fly higher than you could ever imagine. And that was exactly what happened to Lexus: with the help of a system, he could make it big. Schedule:1 chapter per week (every Friday evening at 5:30pm GMT). The weekly schedule is to allow time for research and factual accuracy where required. Author's Note: The story is about a computer science student at university, gradually improving and embarking on the path to become a world-renowned genius-level expert with the help of a system. There'll be a lot of studying and academics, but imagine being the best in your year. Easily. At that point, academics stops being stressful and starts being fun, doesn't it? The initial chapters are heavy on mathematical detail, but I don't expect anyone to actually read through them thoroughly. It's fine to skim them or even skip them, but I hope you try to get a sense of the progress being made, and feel happy for Lexus when something 'clicks' inside his brain :) As the story progresses, later chapters will go into less depth into individual questions, though I aim to remain consistent in terms of scientific accuracy/feasibility. Welcome, and I hope you enjoy the story!
