As Mom, Little Sister and I were driving home, we drove by a house on our street with many cars in the driveway and on the side of the road.

I pointed and said, "Look, a party."

Mom said, "Well, that wasn't nice of them not to invite us." Thinking for a brilliant idea, she said, "What you do, is go and knock on their door, and say 'Why wasn't I invited?' They'll say, 'because we don't know you.' Shake their hands and say, 'Hi, I'm KC, thanks for inviting me,' and walk right in."
