♤♠︎-Chapter 52-♤♠︎
{You got a friend in me}
•Emma's: Point of view•
He wouldn't let me leave, no matter how many times I came.
I couldn't even face him when he cleaned and fixed me up and left a kiss on the crown of my head as he left with a satisfied smile.
I'm just too mortified for how my body was enjoying every second of his tongue and hands on my skin.
Embarrassment and guilt don't begin to describe how I'm feeling right now. I do not have the confidence or will-power to be in front of anyone, knowing what I did just a few minutes ago with him.
My mind and body still couldn't wrap around what happened in the closet and my heart wouldn't calm down.
Why didn't I fight back a little more? Why did my body and mind crumble so easily under his touch?
How the hell did I let myself be consumed by his lust? And then filmed by him on the third time of him giving me pleasure.
Oh God, this is wrong on so many levels.
Never in a million years, that would've ever crossed my mind to do it in a place like that. Especially with him.
That small footage will cause me problems in the future. I need to erase every single one he has of me.
God, if anyone sees that footage, there's no way I would be able to explain it. Nobody will believe a word I say.
How would I be able to face him without thinking of him in that way? And blushing like a complete idiot.
Right now, I was inside one of the restroom cubicles instead of being in the lunchroom chatting with everyone and eating my lunch in peace.
Romania would definitely notice something was wrong with me. And if I returned this pocket knife, it would definitely seal her suspicions, which it was better to avoid at all cost.
She had a very keen eye when it came to noticing if something was off with someone's behavior, or if that person wasn't in a good mood.
It's like she had a sixth sense.
My train of thought comes to a stop when I hear multiple footsteps entering the girls' restrooms.
Judging by the number of footsteps I heard, it must be three to four girls.
For a second, I panicked. But then I remembered that there was a sign outside my cubicle that said "Out of Order" written in bold red letters.
Honestly, that was the reason that I took this stool.
It made me feel a little relieved that I didn't have to find another spot to rethink my problems that kept piling up on me.
Plus, I had no energy to wander the halls looking for a safe spot to recollect myself. My body felt heavy and drained.
"What happened? Why did you take the photo down? " My body tensed right back up when I heard the red-headed voice. It was not hard to tell it was her's, because she has a very unique, soft voice that holds venom beneath.
"Yeah, why did you take them down?" Another female that I don't know joined the convo.
"Because I wanted to. That mystery girl probably doesn’t go to our school. Nobody has found her for days. I don't want to get in trouble with the teachers."

"You think I’m stupid, Melissa. What’s the real reason you took them down? "
A moment of silence took over. At this point, I stayed DEADLY still. Not wanting them to notice that someone was inside here listening to their secret conversation.
Damn it, I should have left when I had a chance. Why do I keep making bad decisions?
Little sobs filled the room. Her small, soft voice cracked a little at the end when she let out these words in a hiccuping mess. "He broke up with me because of the stupid photo.
That won. Don't you get it? Now he doesn't want to be with me. "
"She hasn't won yet. He'll come back around, he always does. " The redhead tried to console her with her soft words, but instead of helping, it made her cry even harder.
Guilt attacks me... and I don't know why. Could this be why Leo has been acting closed off lately with his twin brother?
Oddly, the other girl doesn't say a word.
"He won't. And you know what's even worse? I can't beat her ass if I ever find out who she is.
Because if I laid a single finger on her, he warned me that he'd bury me alive.
He even choked me in the process, to make it very clear he wasn't fucking kidding. " She choked up a little while saying that.
He, what?!
"Let me see..." It goes quiet for a small moment.
"He's a fucking jerk." The redhead spits out with a hint of anger in her voice.
"He may be a jerk. But I still love him. You don't understand, I just don't want to give him up. " The blonde sniffles as soft hiccups start escaping her lips, again.
The guilt intensified in my chest the more I heard them talk about Leo. He probably did this to protect me…. from them.
"Damn, that's so awful. Maybe it is for the best. "Oddly, the other girl sounded a little happy at the news of their breakup. She sounded so fake with her concern. Surprisingly, none of the other girls said anything.
"Here, fix your makeup."
The water faucet turns on and the water runs for a while.
Then it's off. I hear them fixing up the blond as they both encourage her to stay strong until they find the mysterious girl from the photo.
I really needed to get rid of those videos and photos from Kevin’s stupid phone. The last thing I want is to have these chicks as enemies.
I'm certain that they'll kill me.

M
y eyes couldn't stay away from Kevin. Right now, I'm sitting on the bleachers watching him intensely train with his team.
It seemed like he sensed me staring at him because he peeked up and gave me that little knowing smile that made my heart beat harder and a warm rush of heat coated my cheeks.
It instantly made me look away from him, remembering what we did a few hours ago in that enclosed space.
The cheerleaders were doing their routine. Throwing a girl up in the air flawlessly, her group under her holds her steady on one leg when she safely lands on their open hands while she does one of her signature cheerleader poses.
Romania and her sister came up the bleachers as they shaded their eyes from the bright sun with their hands.
"Why didn't you come to lunch? I was waiting for you. " Romania questioned me as she sat down next to me.

"I—I was feeling a little sick. So I rested a bit in the library. " When they heard my excuse, they both gave me that "I don't believe you" look. Yet, they don't question me about it again, losing interest in that topic, making me very thankful for that.
"Well, something crazy happened at lunch. A fight broke out, and those bitches started throwing food and drinks midway through the fight." Romania said, a little pissed as she recalled.
For some strange reason, the hem of her white pants had light blue stains on them. Now that I'm seeing her clearly, she had a small cut on her upper lip too.
"And you know what the best part was? when this idiot right here got up from her seat and started fighting them. "Juliet chuckled as she eyed her sister with amusement. Romania rolled her dark eyes as she pulled her white box braids into a low ponytail in frustration.
"Of course I will. These are my favorite fucking jeans. They are hard to find again. Those bitches deserved what they got and more. "
"What caused the fight?" I look at Romania.
She placed her black bag on the bleacher next to her and sighed, as she continued "It seems like one of them fucked the other one's father... yeah, it's just fucking weird.
It seems like the mother of the girl caught them in bed and the rest is history... So the girl did what anyone would do if you broke up their family.
But really, she could have done that outside and not gotten other people involved in her messed-up business.
Her "best friend" is messed up for even looking proud of the fact that she fucked him. I'm telling you, people have some serious issues."
Damn. But she has a point, though. Who would do that to a friend? Someone who is really messed up in the head.
My eyes went back to the field. Immediately, Asher caught my eye when he proceeded to approach the bleachers.
He took off his helmet and looked up. When he saw us, he threw us a little wave and a half-smile, making me return it back the same way.
"What happened to his right eye? It seems a little swollen." I asked, seeing how one of his eyes seemed to be getting close shut.
"I elbowed him in the face at lunch. Sigh... He shouldn't have gotten in my way in the first place. He should have let me beat them until they regretted even considering throwing food at me." Romania said, as she shrugged a little.
"You would have been expelled from school if he hadn't stopped you," Juliet said as she shook her head in disapproval.
"I know, that's why I thanked him after for stopping me from doing something stupid."
Asher sits down and puts his helmet next to him.
"Look at him… he seems so bored. You should go talk to him, sis." Romania sneaks her arm behind me and nudges her sister. So she could work up the courage to be brave enough and go down there and keep him some company.
But when Juliet was going to follow her sister's good advice, a girl with jet black hair made her way towards him and sat right next to him, making both sisters softly frown.
That girl was in a cheerleader outfit. She was sitting way too close to him, and my eyes went to the cheerleaders who were gossiping among themselves as their eyes were glued to the girl and Asher.
It seems like they are taking a break.
"You should go down there and make that bitch back off. "
"No, I don't have to. I trust him.
I don't want to seem like I don't trust him." Juliet says, with confidence. Yet, for some reason, she seemed unsure of how to feel about the situation.
But Romania wasn't that kind of girl to sit back and watch some random girl flirt openly with her sister's man.
So she stood up from her seat and made her way down the bleachers and boldly, without saying a word, sat right next to him.
The girl beside Asher frowned a little when his attention went to Romania.
She tried to get his attention back, but he instead looked up at Juliet when Romania told him something, making a sly smile grace his lips as his baby blue eyes sparkled with mischief.
Juliet sent him a soft smile, but in her gaze, confusion was reflected in them.
Seeing the interaction between the two, the brunette got up and left as she rolled her eyes and flipped her mid-waist-length hair.
Romania stood up and ran up the stairs, and when she got close enough to us, she said, "You guys have a little date tonight."
"A date?" Juliet's voice was filled with curiosity.
"Yes, a very sexy one," Romania said with humor, as an evil glint glowed in her eyes.
"What exactly did you tell him? Romania."
"That you wanted to experiment a little tonight." Romania evilly laughed as she continued. "Remember to use protection. The last thing I want is to become a "cool young" auntie." She winked, making Juliet blush hard.
" Now if you don't want another snake trying to sneak up to your man and snatch him away from you, you better walk down there and make it clear that he's yours. So carry on now." Romania motioned to her sister to go down there and sit next to him.
So Juliet got up and went down the bleachers and shyly sat next to him.
Asher leans in and kisses Juliet on the left cheek, making her hit him on the right arm. Of course, he pretended to feel excruciating pain when she hit him, making Juliet wholeheartedly laugh at his cute action.
"Now that is only the two of us… tell me the real reason you skipped lunch today, Emma." Romania refocused her complete attention on me.
"...." I didn't answer as my eyes started to avoid her sharp, attentive ones. I should have known that she would spot a lie. She's good at reading people.
Seeing my lack of response, she continued, "How can I say this without being intrusive?
Umm, are you okay, like, mentally?
It's because these past few days you've been acting a little weird and I'm just checking up on you because... I'm a bit worried." She clears her throat as her right foot starts tapping on the wood, as she takes her dark eyes off of me.
"No, I'm fine. It's just that I'm overloaded with homework, and it's just harder to keep up with everything. School is making me stressed out. That's all. " That was partly true, but I don't have the courage to tell her something so abnormal, like one of my stepbrothers is fixated on having me as his toy.
"Oh, okay, good. If you have any kind of problem, don't hesitate to ask me for help. Plus, I'm a good listener, even if I don't seem like one." She softly smiled, and her gaze softened as it went back to the field.
She may have a hard exterior. But on the inside, she's just really a softie who cares for others.
"Okay, thank you." I softly smile to myself as my attention goes back to the field.
Sometimes it's better to keep them oblivious. The last thing I want is to give her something to worry about. She probably has her own troubles to handle.
