I feel a voice and someone shaking me. I quickly open my eyes. To be met with sight of Leonardo dressed in fancy looking dress pants and a plain black button up shirt. "Miele, sorry to wake you but it's time for dinner. We didn't want to start eating without you, also just a news flash. Dad has something to talk to you about." Leo asks with softness clearly in his voice. "Sorry for keeping everyone waiting" I replied groggily, wiping eyes before sitting up. He waited for me to walk behind him. I quickly followed behind him trying my hardest to keep up with his long strides. (Miele-honey)

We make it to the dining room with me basically gasping for air due from me having to jog to keep up with him. He opened the door just as easy has Alessandro had yesterday for dinner. And just like yesterday the conversations in the room vanished as soon as the door opened. I looked down to the shiny floor I try to control my breathing. I could eat my food off of this floor.

Once my breathing normalizes, I take that as my que to go sit down. I look up from the floor and look over the dining table trying to decide who to sit by even though it was pretty much obvious as Ilias was practically jumping out of his seat trying to persuade me to sit by him, it would be rude if I didn't. I simply walk towards the empty seat between Ilias and Ricardo.

"Haha, I knew she would sit next to me you loser! Since I am her favorite twin and big brother." Ilias squealed happily as I took my seat next to him. His happiness making me giggle lightly.

Everyone's eyes softened at the sound that left my mouth as they all began to look towards me again. The attention made the heat rise to my cheeks. Sensing my embarrassment dad cleared his throat, "Since everyone is now here let's eat" he announced. As soon as the words left his mouth everyone turned from gallant and graceful to beasts in the wild trying to fight for their food.

Instead of putting food on his plate Ricardo started grabbing food and placing it on my plate instead of his own. I scrunched up my nose in confusion of this action. What's he doing? "Mateo told of us yesterday that whomever you sit next to is to put food on your plate since you like to wait to get any." He stated nonchalantly, "Trust me if you were to wait until everyone gets what they want then you would never eat." Ricardo yammered to me with a grin on his face.

Ricardo put a little bit of everything on my plate. There was more food on my plate than I had eaten in the last year. How am I supposed to eat all of this? "You don't have to eat all of it but at least eat half." Ricardo whispered in my ear, beginning to fill up his own plate with much larger portions than what he had put on mine. I nodded my head.

I ended up eating all of my mashed potatoes and a little bit of my mac and cheese before I felt like I was going to throw up. "Are you ok, little sis?" Ilias mouthed to me. I nodded my head in reply, "I think I just ate too much." I mouthed back to him. Making him look down at my plate causing look of worry to come into his dark green eyes. "But you hardly ate anything" Ilias murmured to me.

"It may not look it, but I ate a lot of it, Ricardo just put a lot of food on my plate. Anyway, do you want the rest of my plate?" I emitted to him sliding my plate his way. "Are you sure, Bells?" he questioned me to which I nodded with a shy smile growing on my face. He hesitantly took my plate and scraped the rest of the food onto his plate. Nonetheless, he started to dig in, eventually the food was scarfed down.

Everyone finished eating signaling that it was time for dad to make the announcement. "Alright now that everyone is finished with our meal, I think it is time to announce that after tomorrow Isabella will be starting school. I know this may seem soon, but I don't want her to get too behind in school too much. That being said, tomorrow I, Alessandro, and Mateo will be taking her shopping tomorrow for school supplies among other things.

I'm starting school on Thursday! As in a day from now. To top that I also have to shopping with them.

"Dad, while I hate to have to miss out and be a buzz kill but I don't think the both of us should be missing work tomorrow how about you go but take Elijah instead of me." Alessandro pondered to dad causing Elijah to look up out of excitement. "Well, I suppose you are correct, alright then Elijah you'll be taking Alessandro's spot tomorrow." Dad announced, Elijah tried to keep a nonchalant/stoic face, but it was clear that he was about to burst of joy.

"But daaaad, I want to go too. It's only right me and my dearest little sister need some time to bond with each other. After all what would our poor little Isabella do without her favorite twin." Ilias pouted to dad. Dad sighed, shaking his head defeatedly. "I guess so Ilias but if you go you better make an A on your next science test, alright?"

"Yes, yes, yes! Of course, dad whatever you say. I'll make an A no matter what!" Ilias cheered starting to jump up and down like a toddler told he can have some candy from a store. "Alright Ilias calm down" Leonardo grunted obviously aggravated. "You're just jealous that you don't get to go with us." Ilias teased causing Leonardo to scowl.

I looked around the table taking in the scene around of me. It's truly a dream come true. A happy family sitting around the dinner table that's filled with smiles, laughs, and teasing.

I just wanted to apologize for my inconsistent posting, but I've been sick lately. I'll try to post again in the next couple of days, hopefully, more than just one chapter. Anyway, I'm curious to know who's your favorite brother so far?
