A few days later...
Time: 8:55pm
"What do you mean your both going alone?"
"I don't want to risk losing you a second time Jules. Please try to understand I'm only doing it to protect you."
Jules sighs, folding her arms and looking very glum.
The day of the aliens' biggest abduction yet had arrived and it wouldn't be long before Corny Complex was reduced to nothing. As per the truce with Slone, Midas was ordered by her to be the ones to help make sure her plan went smoothly without a hitch.
To play it safe, Midas chose for Jules and the others to remain on the island. He didn't want to put them in harm's way again, especially in a place as big as the Mothership. However he wanted to bring Jones with him, who was wearing his assortment of armour again, seeing as he did make the truce in the first place.
"Don't worry Jules. I'll be there for him. We'll be okay." Jones smiles, giving her a thumbs up.
"I dunno Jones... I still don't know if you can trust that woman. I'm scared you both won't come back."
"We'll get outta there somehow Jules. Besides, we have a couple of henchmen and a snapshot of mine to retrieve as well."
Midas wraps his arms around Jules, giving her a comforting and reassuring hug. She makes no hesitation in hugging back, worried for her older brother's safety. Inevitably though, she lets him go knowing she couldn't change his mind.
"Just... come back safely... it's all I ask."
Jones and Midas nod with a smile. The mastermind wields his staff and taps the bottom on the ground softly, teleporting them away. Jules sighs, hugging her arms.
-----------------
At Corny Complex...
Slone hums, folding her arms and waiting rather impatiently for Midas to arrive. It had been roughly half an hour since she sent him a message to arrive at Corny Complex and await her orders.
"Come on Midas. You would be late when I need you most."
A flash of light emits from behind the I.O leader, surprising her. She turns around and finds Midas holding a staff, plus John Jones accompanying him.
"Of course you'd bring HIM along with you." She tuts. "I'm not against same sex relationships, but how did Midas of all people fall for you Jones?"

"I suppose I just have the looks. Am I right golden boy?" He smirks, winking at Midas and making finger guns at him.
"J-Jones! Be serious!" He snickers quietly, blushing.
Slone sighs in frustration, clapping her hands to gain their attention.
"Hey! You two! If you both can't stop making goo goo eyes at each other this plan will be the thing that goes up in flames, not the Mothership."
Midas clears his throat, the blush on his cheeks fading slowly. Jones chuckles softly, scratching the back of the neck.
"Right. Sorry ma'am. Err, I mean Slone!"
".. just Slone will suffice John."
"Anyway. Are we the only ones? Is no one else coming?" Midas asks.
"Afraid so Midas. Unfortunately I won't be joining you either as I need to monitor your journey and progress from a safe distance." Slone responds. "It'll be up to you two to detonate those bombs manually."
The boys nod. Suddenly, chunks of land floating in the anti-gravity zone begin disappearing left and right, Slone begins backing out of the area.
"Alright boys. Hold tight. I'll be in contact with you once you're on board."
Midas and Jones grip on to one another's hand, their foreheads touching. Before they knew it they were swept off their feet and separated from each other, floating in the air before being sent into the Mothership for the second and final time.
--------
Blinking his eyes a few times, Jones eventually has them adjusted to his new surroundings.
"Huh. We're back in the prison decks again." He mutters. "Hey Midas, where you at?"
"In the cell next to you dear."
Midas was on his left. Strange looking backpacks were attached to their backs. A holographic projection of the Imagined Order's logo appears behind them, hacking into the backpacks as Slone's voice cuts through.
"They didn't arm you, and their troops are everywhere. So there's a chance they could be on to us."
Midas hums, opening his hand. His sceptre appears in it, landing in his grasp. A group of aliens march through the corridor and past their cells.
"Hang tight. Once this patrol passes, I'll hack the doors open and find you a safe pathway past the patrols and into the abduction chamber housing the bombs."
Jones tightens the headband around his head, readying himself. A strained voice coming from his right suddenly attracts his attention. Coincidentally, he had landed in the cell directly next to Dark Jonesy!

*cough*
From the looks of things he seemed to have just broken out of his corruption's control again, the black substance leaking out his eyes and staining his face. He seemed to have gained small fangs in his mouth ever since Midas and Jones escaped the first time, showing his corruption was slowly getting worse.
"Dark Jonesy?"
The snapshot turns around in shock.
"Here to destroy the Mothership... and rescue you and the henchmen."
At that moment the doors containing the three of them open.
"Alright, go! We don't have much time boys."
Wasting no time Jones and Midas begin to make their way out. Dark Jonesy slowly steps from the prison he's been calling home for so long. Seeing as he didn't have any other options, and didn't fancy getting caught by the aliens again, he races after them.
Heading through another set of doors Midas, Jones and Dark Jonesy race across a bridge as UFO's soar on by. Unfortunately one manages to spot the snapshot and alarms blare out everywhere.
"Keep moving boys! I'll try to find a pathway that'll help you evade oncoming aliens."
Sure enough a crowd of aliens surround them. Dark Jonesy clings to Jones, shaking in fear.
Midas smirks a little, clutching on to the staff.
"The answers simple. We'll fight out way through."
Spinning the sceptre around he slams the bottom into the ground and sends a shockwave of energy at them, knocking them to their backs. Jones takes Dark Jonesy's hand and follows Midas as they charge through the crowds.
"You aliens wanted to see my power?! Well here you go!!"
A beam of light fires from the sceptre, blasting back the aliens, even killing some due to how powerful it really was. Midas chuckles deeply, finding satisfaction out of beating the everliving shit out of the aliens that held him captive for a month.
Dark Jonesy leads the boys to a nearby elevator, Midas continuing to use his power to push back the alien patrols. When he's inside the doors close, giving the trio a sense of relief for a while.
"Hey Slone, dunno if you can hear us but we're in an elevator. If you can figure out the best floor we can take, that'll help a lot." Jones says, letting go of the snapshot's hand.
"I'll see what I can do John. Give me a moment." Slone's voice cuts through. "Aha! 4th floor. It'll lead to a transport tube, and it will get us closer to the one housing the bombs."
"Got it ma'am- err, Slone."
As Jones presses the button Midas stumbles slightly, leaning against the wall and breathing heavily. The Jonesies go to help him, slightly concerned.
"S-Sorry. Using that power for so long...it tires me out." Midas apologizes, standing up. "I'll be alright though."
Dark Jonesy points out, crossing his arms.
They all think for a moment. Jones' eyes suddenly lighten up with a plan in mind and turns to Midas.
"I know something we could try." He chuckles. "Trust me, if it worked in that film it's bound to work in real life."
"I wish a majority of your plans weren't from films you've watched." Midas sighs, the sceptre disappearing from his hand. "But...what's your plan my dear?"
"Okay, so here's what I need you to do."
-----------------
The elevator doors swing open with a ding and the aliens turn around to it as a voice calls out...
"Get help!!! Please!!"
Jones looks panicked, holding a weak looking Midas with his arm around his neck while Dark Jonesy shakes his head in shame. Meanwhile Midas himself had an unamused expression of embarrassment.
"My boyfriend is dying!! Get help!!" Jones yells, a smirk creeping on to his face. "Help him damnit!!"
Jones quickly grabs on to Midas tight and straight up throws him at the aliens, knocking them out cold on to the floor. Dark Jonesy rushes to join them.
Jones snickers lightly to himself.
"Ah, classic scene."
Midas gets up, dusting off his suit and turning to Jones.
"Remind me to not go along with any of your plans revolving around scenes from movies." He mutters, cracking his knuckles.
"Aw c'mon dude, you know you love me and my plans." Jones smiles cheekily, softly punching Midas in the shoulder. He blushes slightly, not denying that fact.
"Well while your methods of avoiding that patrol were... quite stupid, it's helping us get closer to our target." Slone joins in.
"Who's the other person with you?"
"One of my snapshots Slone, answer the question!"
"Ah right, sorry. Take a left and you'll find the transport tube."
Following Slone's directions they hop into the tube and follow the path, leading to their next destination.

(The Warnings Are just in case, thus far no plans have been made, but if there end up being any you are warned) [Terror Infinity Fanfiction, there was months of planning and thought into this. Left it for a year worked on it for a bit then left it again and back and forth. The Concept was interesting enough in both the Original and Side B, but the World Building for both was such a mess it gave me such a headache I had to restart and scrap entire ideas multiple times before I just gave up and started from almost scratch and got something mildly satisfying. In my opinion even then, it still needs work. Hopefully you guys will enjoy this.] (Cover Image Isn't Mine)
