《The Owl House: Wolfwalkers on the Boiling Isles》Part 2: The Bite/ Lillith's Raven Beast

School was now over for the day, and Luz had just finished saying goodbye to everyone, and started walking back to the Owl House. "See you tomorrow." She waves, as she was walking away
She decided to take a shortcut through the woods, cuz she thought it'll be the fastest route to go through. But soon, she realized that she has never been through this section of the forest before "Wow, many shrubbery and trees here. Its like I've never walked through here in years." Suddenly, she hears a twig snap on the ground from behind her, she gasped as she looks all over her surroundings. "Hello? Is someone there?" She calls out. "Gus? Willow? Amity? Is that you?" She grabs a nearby stick, and clenches it in her fists. "Okay Luz, it's probably just a small creature messing with you. Its all in your head." Luz tells herself. As the noise was getting closer, and closer, and closer... UNTIL... A small rat like creature came out of the bushes, running along the path of these woods. Luz sighs in relief. And continues walking. But after only a few steps, something appears in front of her. A big silhouette of a big wolf seems to be staring right back at her. As Luz clenches the stick in her hands, due to fear.
Meanwhile, back at the Owl House, Eda and King were just chilling out on the couch. King was looking through his demon books, while Eda was still trying to understand Glyph magic. "Sheesh, how does this kid understand this kind of stuff." "Well, what do you know. Looks like Luz has become more than your student here." said King in a humerous tone. "Hahaha. You wish. Alright, let's try this again." She starts drawing out, to what looks like a fire glyph, she then taps it, and to her surprise, it worked. The piece of paper has turned into a ball of fire. "Oh my gosh. It worked. IT WORKED!!! I HAVE ACHIEVED GLYPH MAGIC!" But all that was interrupted, when a rumble from the house causes the fire to burn out. Which made Eda furious, as she brings her fists down to the table hard. "Calm down, lady. Maybe your sister upstairs is having a bad day or something." says King. As Eda decides to go upstairs and check on her.

However, when she gets to her room, she notices something was off. She opens the door, only to find that Lillith was nowhere in site. Instead, there was a solid black beast in her place, who looked back at Eda, with wide eyes. Eda is shocked to see this, as suddenly, she transforms into the owl beast, and tackles the beast, pinning it to the floor. "You fowl beast. What did you do with my sister!" She was about to swipe down with her giant claws, until, "No wait! Edalyn, it's me!" The beast spoke with Lillith's voice. Eda paused, and gasped. As she puts down her claws, and gets off of the Raven Beast. "Li...Lilly?!" She says in shock.
Back in the woods, Luz is still having a face off with the giant wolf, the leaves blowing in the wind. Then, the wolf begins to walk towards Luz, bring itself out of the shadows. Its fur was a dark indigo blue. Followed by a tan brown colored under belly fur, same color as Luz's skin, with dark green eyes. "Hey! Stay... Stay back. I'm warning you." Luz said, holding up her stick as a way of defense, while backing up, away from the wolf. But what she didn't know, is that she was backing up towards a cliff, where spiky rocks are at the bottom, getting hit by waves of the Boiling Seas. "I said back, wolf. I will fight back." Luz said once again. Until suddenly, she tripped, and fell off the cliff, grabbing a root hanging off of an old tree growing on the rocks. The wolf then hurries towards the edge, whining, as if it was starting to worry. Luz tries to hang on as good as she can, while yelling for help. As Luz was about to let go and fall to her doom, the wolf made a drastic turn, and bites down on her arm, causing Luz to shout in pain, and throws her back onto solid ground. Luz was shocked, as she wipes away her tears, and looked at her arm. Which now shows a bite mark, with part of her sleeve ripped off. But something strange happens to her. As she blinks, her vision shows a different figure in front of her. A person who looks very familiar. With dark indigo blue hair, dark green eyes, and two fangs, showing a shocked and worried expression on her face. Luz gasps, and rubs her eyes, her vision going back to normal. The wolf walks slowly towards her, whining, as Luz backs away. Suddenly, the wolf licks her bite wound, and snuggles it's face against hers. Meaning that it didn't meant to hurt her. "So, you didn't mean to hurt me?" Luz asks the wolf, and the wolf shakes it's head, no. It then grabs Luz by the neck of her clothes, and throws her onto it's back. "Wait, what are you doing?!" Luz was confused. Until the wolf starts running off into the woods, with Luz holding on. All that was left by the cliff, was a piece of Luz's sleeve. Laying there, motionless.

Purple Scales - A Reincarnation Story
Ssssssss...... A simple story of a man brought into a world of fantasy, magic, and systems by a crude God as some sort of a deal we may never know. Although.... he's a snake. Your typical honest-to-goodness brightly coloured danger noodle with venoms and all. To be precise, a magical snake with lots of growth potential. Follow the story of Randy, a pushover whose commands by God only being "survive, and grow big", on a journey to... well... survive and grow big, as he discovers what the world truly has to offer. Which is not much. Hopefully, not too much. A typical reincarnation story, really, but it might just satisfy your thirst for these kinds of stories. I'm just an amateur writer hobby-writing on my spare time, mostly for private consumption. This is also a practice on me developing gamelike-systems in literature. Will contain lots of swearing Any criticisms and feedback regarding storyline, language, and thematics are welcome. As this is a spare-time hobby, updates are not, will not, and will never be predictable. I will try my best, but don't get your hopes up. Inspired by a few other works on this site.
