(I know this is short, but I think it's best left short and sweet)
Chiaki Nanami walked out of the reserve course building calmly, smiling as she knew she'd be playing Galaga (Her favorite game), soon. Heck, she even had a hairpin for it! She wasn't very good at it, but that didn't matter. Talent didn't matter, right? The beautiful sunset overtook her senses as she walked to the fountain. Then, she gamed so hard she had to stand up! This level was too hard! But then, she heard a voice. The voice of Hajime Hinata, but of course she didn't know the name nor the significance of the name at the time. "Hey, is that Galaga? I love that game! Isn't it an classic?" Hajime asked. "U-um...yes, I think? Playing through 5 times is my limit." Chiaki replied. "Really?" Hajime asked. "Yeah." Chiaki smiled. "Once I played through 10 times." Hajime shared. "Wow...that's impressive!" Chiaki gaped. "I'm just excited someone can play video games as much as a scrub like me. I'm happy and all, but I don't see how I got into Hopes Peak for playing video games because I have nothing worthwhile to do." Hajime smiled bitterly. "Don't say that. It doesn't make a difference if you're talented or not." Chiaki insisted. "Huh?" Hajime stared at her. "I mean, that's not the goal, right?" Chiaki explained. "But..." Hajime would've retaliated, but he didn't have the energy. "You have a talent that doesn't bind you to something, so you have greater freedom then them, like me and the reserve course." Chiaki interrupted. Hajime's eyes widened. "Can you show me what you can do some time?" Chiaki asked.
