Taehyung hoped Jungkook had gotten his hint.
Chris had given Taehyung the final clue that made him realize where he was. Because he had told Taehyung that he was finally 'home'. And Taehyung recalled the many conversations he had, one in specific. Taehyung had asked Chris where he was from originally.
The script writer had squirmed, saying his father was from Gangseo-gu, a district in the western side of Seoul. Considering this information Taehyung luckily recalled, he was certain that he was brought to a corn maze in Gangseo-gu.
Since the last part of the movie took place in a labyrinth, a corn maze was the most possible solution for recreating such a place. A corn maze with a tower like building in its center.
Funnily, they and their friends have talked about visiting a corn maze after the movie was finished, it was October after all and especially Jungkook loved these corn mazes. Even the scaredy cats of the group decided to tag along.
Taehyung hoped his thoughts were right and he didn't cause Jungkook to move onto the wrong track. To be honest, Taehyung was very much scared for his boyfriend's safety.
Chris had told him all about the original plot where the wizard's dragon got to take a hold of the King, bringing him to Akma who beheaded the King in front of the crying and screaming Taehwa. Later then, the kingdom was taken as Akma's to destroy after no one could reach the tower hidden in the labyrinth, all possible saviors being burnt alive. Taehwa was forced to marry Akma and the plot ended with Taehwa standing by Akma's side on a cliff, tears streaming down his face as he watched his kingdom burn to ashes.
Taehyung was so scared Chris would try something like that in real life too.
The tied up male shuffled in his restraints, looking around the room. He at first had believed he was moved into a cave but that wasn't the case: Taehyung was situated in a round room made from rough stones and he could see the clear sky through a little window, way out of his reach.

There was no one besides himself in the room, which Taehyung was grateful. After this horrible phone call, Chris had left him alone to 'take care of something' in his words. But he had pushed a cloth between Taehyung's lips so the male couldn't scream for help.
Not that anyone could hear him, Chris had laughed before pecking Taehyung's cheek and leaving.
Taehyung huffed, looking up to the massive iron hand cuffs tying him to large chains. The holes where the ends were pushed into the wall looked fresh, as if someone made them on purpose. And Taehyung was certain this someone was none other than his kidnapper.
Chris was really insane and any sympathy left was gone. Taehyung was only terrified now, he had seen what Chris was capable of. And from what the caramel-haired male had seen, it was a lot. Taehyung had also come to the horrible realization that Chris had stalked him.
There were no excuses left for that maniac, Taehyung wanted to be far away from that man.
There were creaks coming from behind the wooden door embedded in the floor, the only entrance to the room. Taehyung fearfully pushed his legs to his body, trying to pull that annoying dress down that constantly moved up high his legs until a good portion was exposed to the cool air.
The poor male felt utterly exposed, he couldn't possibly defend himself in this position, he was fully at Chris' mercy. And Taehyung hated every single second of it.
The door crashed open, making Taehyung flinch before a pressed whimper left his sore lips, bruised from the attempts to get that forsaken cloth out of his mouth. His back was flat against the cold wall behind him and the little puppy trembled.
Chris' head entered the poorly lit room, a wide smile forming on his face when he found his doll in the position he left him in. The cute little angel sat on the ground, exact position of prince Taehwa, arms pulled over his head, feet dragged to his lithe body barely covered by a dress. God, Taehwa is so beautiful, Chris thought to himself.

Large puppy eyes stared back at him, glossy from unshed tears. Taehyung had refused to cry in front of Chris, he was stronger than that for fuck's sake!
But upon seeing the item Chris pulled into the room, Taehyung felt like crying all over again. The man's impressive muscles flexed under the tight costume fitting Jihan's much slimmer frame, the costume Chris had stolen from the set. Akma's costume.
Taehyung was no full on panicking, watching his kidnapper horrified. Chris threw him a smirk before getting the item ready, setting it up on the window. Taehyung didn't dare to make a sound, heart fearfully beating in his chest.
Because Chris had created something as horrible as the dragon of the movie: a fire thrower, replacing the deathly heat of the dragon's breath.
"You like my new playtoy, doll?", Chris asked Taehyung with a little laugh, having caught the puppy staring at the fire thrower now set up at the window. Taehyung immediately shook his head, making his golden, caramel locks fly around his face.
Chris cooed at him, unimpressed by his captive's distressed face.
"It'll finally bring death to King Jeongshan and then we can be together, you and I. As Akma and Taehwa. Isn't that lovely, doll?!", Chris exclaimed with an insane twist in his voice, tilting his head to the side like an owl. Disgust crawled over Taehyung's back.
When he didn't show a reaction, Chris' face morphed into a mask of pure fury and he stalked over to Taehyung, grabbing his tied wrists and smacking the one, two, three times against the wall behind.
Taehyung felt something twist and he screamed into his gag. Now tears of pain pooled in his eyes as he looked up to Chris.
"Show me a reaction when I'm talking to you", Chris snarled angrily at Taehyung who made himself instinctively smaller. Chris was not even afraid to harm him in order to get what he wanted. Taehyung should obey his demands of playing along or else he was hurting the poor actor.
Taehyung shook his head timidly, even bringing up the strength to glare at Chris. A mewl of pain left him and Chris finally realized the tight hold he had around the other's wrists. He immediately let go, stumbling backwards.
Chris inhaled deeply, wanting to say something. But police sirens outside the tower interrupted him.
Taehyung nearly cried from relief.
"Fuck!! How could they find us?!", Chris asked frantically, tugging on his hair before swirling around, running over to the fire thrower. He clicked on some buttons, hissing satisfied. Then, he turned to Taehyung.
"Jeongshan is here to save you. Let's see if he can make it out here alive", Chris cackled. He walked over to Taehyung, swiftly unlocking the chain from the wall and pulling the stumbly puppy up.
He forced Taehyung next to him at the window, looking down to face a raging Jungkook, their friends and a set of four police cars alongside with eight police men.
"Prince Jeongshan! Finally! You're here to save the prince, aren't you?!", Chris screamed down to them. Jungkook growled by the words, exact repeats from the movie villain's part.
"Let him go you psycho!", he spat, the police men behind already taking put their barrels. Chris cackled, pressing the whimpering and cuffed Taehyung closer to him.
"You want him? Come and get him!"

And the showdown starts
