Jungkook POV

It was now the next day and once everyone was off work we made our way towards Y/ns apartment building.... Entering the apartment building and taking the elevator to the designated floor, we got off and walked down the quiet hallways until we saw a door open and Minji step out with her purse in her hand while being all dressed up. Noticing our presence she turned looking at us before having a bright smile on her face. "KOOKIE!~" she chimed while running up to me before wrapping her arms around neck bringing me into a hug. Quickly pushing her away she awkwardly laughed before tucking away a strand of hair behind her ear.

"M-Mianhe... I got carried away.." she glanced over at the other members before turning to me "why are you all here??? are you here to see Y/n??" we shook our head before I spoke up "Im here to talk to you..." tilting her head to the side slightly she looked confused "talk to me? about what???" "About Y/n"

Raising a brow at me she scoffed while crossing her arms "Why do you want to talk to me about her? What did she even say to you the other ni-" "Stop telling others that were still engaged, you know very well that what we had was done the day you walked out on Taewoo and I. What makes you think your allowed to tell, not only my hyungs but my girlfriend that were still engaged and that im using her as a rebound to forget about you? Telling Y/n that the only person I would love is you.. are you crazy?" Her eyes widened before biting down on her lower lip trying to contain her nervousness. "I-I-" "I dont want to hear what excuse you have for what you said and done... especially for even laying your hand on Y/n. You may be the mother of Taewoo but I will never... NEVER let you anywhere near him, Y/n... or anyone else I care about-"

"But Jungkook, w-what I said was true! I-I know that somewhere deep down in your heart that you still love me. I know you wouldnt forget about me and move on that quickly... I know when I left you both I said that I wasnt ready but I was wrong. Ever since then I couldnt forget about you two, I love both you and Taewoo that I always thought about you-" "You say all that but yet you never came back. That just proves that you never cared about us..." "Jungkook please let me explain! There was a reason to why I couldnt go ba-"

"Kook??"

"Appa?? Oh! OH!! guess what! Miss Y/n said she was going to bring me to the playground with Uncle Jihoon!"

Freezing in place I shot my head towards the voices and saw Y/n standing there along with Jihoon as they both held the small hands of Taewoo who was in the middle. Both knowing what was happening they were all going to leave until Minji spoke up "I-Is that him??" Staying silent while Y/n held Taewoos hand tightly in hers she looked down at the younger before softly speaking "Kaja... lets go to the park now.. Uncle Jihoon will treat you to some ice cream" Taewoo smiled brightly while turning away.

But suddenly Minji stormed her way towards them and before anyone could stop her she grabbed Taewoos hand puling him away before roughly pushing Y/n hard enough that she fell to the ground Everyone was shocked at the scene that was playing out in front of us. Taewoo was in a state of shock and confusion as to what happened, not knowing the woman in front of him he began to squirm around trying to take her hand off of him.

After Minji pushed me to the ground I shot my head up and met eyes with Taewoo, he was scared of what was happening. "A-Appa... M-Miss Y-Y/n" he stuttered while trying to take Minjis hand off of him but she tightened her grip causing him to wince in pain before crying. My chest tightening at the sight in front of me I quickly stood up and ran towards them before snatching the young boy away from her and holding him in my arms. Now standing in front of the woman she sent me a dark glare "give him back to me..." I furrowed my brows, she reached out attempting to do something but I quickly stepped back.

"I said give him back to me! HES MINE NOT YOURS!" she yelled loud enough that probably everyone on this floor including the one above and below could hear. Taewoo began to cry into my shoulder while holding onto me tightly. Minji suddenly snapped once hearing Taewoo cry and she quickly changed her attitude. "T-Taewoo... i-im sorry... baby i-its me~" the younger glanced at the woman who was slowly making her way towards us, he was confused until Minji spoke "Its me... Eomma..." I quickly looked at Taewoo whose eyes were now wide. But soon that expression he had turned angry, Minji slowly reached towards Taewoo until he slapped her hand away causing Minji to go into a state of shock.

"YOUR NOT MY EOMMA! SHE LEFT ME AND DADDY LONG TIME AGO AND NEVER CAME BACK FOR US! I DONT WANT EOMMA TO COME BACK!" my eyebrows raised surprised at the sudden outburst Taewoo had. Once he was done yelling his breathing was heavy before he turned to me with tears in his eyes "I only want Appa, Uncles, and Miss Y/n....." he softly spoke before wrapping his arms tightly around my neck bursting into tears once again. Gently squeezing him in my arms I turned to Jihoon and immediately knowing he took Taewoo from my arms.

Feeling a dark presence I glanced up to see Minji with a sinister look on her face, her eyes were dark as she clenched both her fists while biting down on her lower lip. Swiftly standing in front of Taewoo and Jihoon I held my ground. "What did you do." (????) "I ASKED WHAT DID YOU DO! IM HIS MOTHER! I SHOULD BE BY HIS SIDE NOT YOU! WHAT DID YOU TO HIM! WHAT DID YOU DO TO BOTH OF MY BOYS-" I snapped once those words left her mouth... I felt annoyed, I felt as if the amount of patience I built up just collapsed. As she continued to yell I took a deep breath in before charging back. "ITS NOT ME WHO DID ANYTHING! IT WAS YOU! YOU WERE THE ONCE WHO DID THIS TO THEM! YOU WERE THE ONE WHO LEFT WHEN BOTH OF THEM NEEDED YOU THE MOST! YOU WERE THE ONE WHO DECIDED THAT THIS WASNT THE PATH YOU WANTED SO YOU LEFT!.... AND WHO WAS BY HIS SIDE THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE DAMN THING..., NOT YOU! IT WAS HIS HYUNGS! THOSE MOMENTS WHEN YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE WITH HIM YOU WERENT! HE HAD TO GO THROUGH ALL THOSE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS TO TAKE CARE OF TAEWOO! HIS HYUNGS WERE THE ONES WHO HELPED HIM RAISE TAEWOO NOT YOU! SO YOU SHOULDNT EVEN BE YELLING AT ME TELLING ME THAT I SHOULD KNOW MY PLACE WHEN YOU DONT EVEN KNOW YOURS!"

Feeling my blood boil as I stood there glaring at Minji she took a step back and looked around. She looked at Jungkook trying to get him to take her side but they walked passed her and stood behind me. "T-Taewoo..." the younger didnt even want to look at her... "I-I..." Jungkook took a step forward before speaking "I simply came here to tell you to watch what you say or do... but you turned it into something more. Our engagement and everything that happened between the two of us is over. You may be the one who gave birth to him but you dont deserve to be called his 'mom'. I will be taking this to court and asking for full custody of Taewoo... and after what happened today a restraining order may be a possibility to..." Once Jungkook was done speaking he softly placed his hand my back "Kaja... lets all go now"

Leaving Minji in the hallway as she broke down we got onto the elevator in silence before arriving in the lobby where one of the apartment managers came up to me. "Min Y/n... is everything alright... one of your neighbors on your floor called me and told me someone was causing problems for you." I nodded and told the manager parts of the story "Im so sorry she did all of that. I will contact her and make sure she is dealt with... i hope you are all okay" I thanked him before we all exited the apartment building and stood outside.

Breathing in the fresh air I heard everyone heave a heavy sigh. "That was... a lot to handle" Namjoon spoke up making everyone nod in agreement. Looking over I saw that Tae took Taewoo from Jihoon and held him in his arms. "Taewoo... are you alright" Tae asked, his voice filled with concern the younger sniffled but nodded "Ne... I-Im sorry that I yelled.. I know its not nice to talk back to an adult."

Before I could say anything Jungkook walked over to his son and brought him into his arms embracing him as if he was basically holding the entire world in his arms. "You dont need to apologize.. you were not at fault for what happened but im so proud of you for saying what you said. You spoke your mind and told her how you felt... theres nothing you should be sorry for." While Jungkook was comforting Taewoo I felt a light tap on my shoulder, turning around I was now face to face with Jimin and Yoongi who had a smug look on their faces. "Didnt expect you to pop off like that on her..." I sighed while rubbing the back of my neck "Yeah I didnt expect that from myself either... I guess something inside of me just snapped" Jimin chuckled before wrapping his arm around my shoulder "You handled that situation rather well if you ask me..."

Yoongi nodded before pushing Jimin away. Leaning down and towards my ear Yoongi whispered "Jungkook and Taewoo are both very lucky to have someone like you in their lives now... take good care of them okay?" but before I could reply, a voice interrupted "Yah... what are you telling her..." turning our heads Jungkook stood there with his arms crossed looking down at the two of us with a raised brow.

Yoongi shook his head before joining the others, now looking at me his intense gaze pierced my eyes and I was left flustered before managing to stutter out a single word. (Even just by staring he makes me feel some type of way...)

"N-Nothing...." he tilted his head in confusion before glancing between his hyung and I. Not thinking much of it he suddenly wrapped his arms around my body bringing me into a hug. "Im so sorry you had to be involved with what happened... but... -Thank you for saying all those things.. for standing up for not only Taewoo.. but for my hyungs and I. I really appreciate it.." Pulling away from the hug I looked up and him and smiled "It was nothing... but! you now owe me something..." Looking down at me he soon laughed before asking...

"what... dont tell me its going to be food.."

"...."

"Its food isnt it..."

"Y-Yeah..."
