Zubia has shifted from OT to ICU,the only sound in the room is of beeping of machines.

He enters the room with slow steps and a heavy heart..she is there lying on the bed with a oxygen mask on her..

With every single step He is feeling more helpless and guilty.

Helpless because He can't do anything for lesser her pain and guilty for not able to save her when He was there with her..

He sat on the stool keeping it near her bed,looking at her face trying to get a proper look of it,If it's humanly possible to get the pain or wound of others on themselves He had done it the very same moment. He took her right hand securely in his both the hands.

Zubia...Zubia...

Please get up,look at me..open your eyes please..

I said get up Mrs.Asfandyar,you can't do this to me... Zubia.. Are you listening.. Get up.. Look at me please..

He is impatiently telling her to get up and looked at him.. But She is not responding..

He is totally being unreasonable at this time,knowing that she is influence of anesthesia.

He bend on her side coming closer to her face ..He slowly rubbed his thumb on her hand and kept one hand on her forehead slowly caressing it...

A single tear rolled down from as his eye.

He kissed on her fingers..Sitting there just looking at her..

Gaiti informed Lubna and usman about zubia's condition,they all are sitting in the waiting room.. Haroon entered and inform usman about police arrival..

Usman came outside with Haroon,there Dr.Shehroz was already talking with them.. As usman is well known personality in their area..Police already familiar with them.. Officer greet Usman..

O:Usman sahab Hame Dr.Asfandyar se Baat karni hai.. Humne already investigation shuru kardi hai..

U:Officer meri request hai Abhi Ap Asfand se na mile..Woh Abhi is halat me nahi hai..ummed hai Ap is Baat ko samjhegen..

Officer nodded in yes..

Dr.S:Aur Waise bhi Abhi patient ki condition bhi stable nahi hai.. So I request ke ap Hame thoda waqt den.. I hope you understand.

O:Theek hai.. Abhi ke liye Rehne dete hain..Jaise hi patient ko hosh Aajaye please Hame inform karden... Hamara ek constable yahi rukega...

He said and left the hospital..

It's almost 8 hrs to her surgery,not for one second Asfand leave his spot,Gaiti and Haroon was looking for them to time to time..On Gaiti insisting Usman and Lubna left for home but Haroon request them to go for his home instead..Seeing Lubna condition Usman agreed as Haroon mother will be there with her..

Asfand is still sitting when He felt a sudden movement in his hand which holds on her fingers.. He looked up..there is some movements on her eyes balls also.. He stands up and looked at her She slowly tries to open her eyes but can't though fully..

Zubia...Zubia.

He called her names kissing her on her forehead..

As.. ss.. f..i

She can't even speak in that drowsy condition.. His name also bearly heard to him.. And that oxygen mask is not helping in it at all..

Zubia.. Zubia..

He still called her...at same time she called for a nurse and tells her to inform Dr.Shehroz..

Dr.Shehroz,Asifa,Gaiti and Harron was sitting in Shehroz cabin..when nurse informed them about Zubia.. They all rushed to ICU..

Dr.Shehroz checking Zubia, Asfand and all are still standing there..

Dr.S:...She is stable now..Pulse rate ab normal Hogai hai...But it will take time to get complete consciousness..And I suggest ke Hame Kuch Dino keliye dosage high rakhni hogi.. So it can help her to improve fast..

Asifa and Asfand nodded in yes..

Now listening to shehroz Asfand is looking quite good,the constant frown and tension is slowly vanishing from his face..

Later when they discussed about her condition and everything.. Shehroz called out Asfand to came outside..

Asfand tried to say something but Shehroz eyes and his tone is enough for Asfand to know its something very important and urgent.. Asifa and Gaiti remain in the ICU with Zubia..

Dr.S:..Asfand ye sab kaise huwa tha I mean.. Tum Log tou party Me.. How this all happened..

Haroon also looked at Asfand to heard about what actually had happened..

A:... Zubia insisted to take walk.. So we went to just by lake side.. Jab hum wapas horahe the.. Suddenly ek jeep Ruki.. Kuch 2 ya 3 teen log the probably,jab tak Mai Kuch samjh ya react kar pata......

He sighed..

Aur flash ki wajah se Mai in logon ke chehre bhi nahi dekh paya.. And rest you is..

Haroon patted on his shoulder..

Dr.S:Magar mujhe samjh nahi aarahi.. Ke in logon ko Tum dono ke wahan hone ka pata Kaise chala... It's all not making any sens.. Kisi ka achanak aise goli chala ke bhag Jana..

H:Hosakta hai planned ho.. Mera Matlab woh log Jo bhi hain.. Unhe Hamare bare me sab pata ho.. Until its not possible ke Koi Aisa step uthae.. Aur yahn to sab Hame Jante hain..

Dr.S:Asfand Haroon is right.. I think Hame police ko inform kardena chahiya ab...woh log Pehle hi aagaye the.

Tumhara Puch rahe the.. Usman sab ne Kaha ke Kuch time tak wait kar len.. But listening to you I don't think it's a good idea to wait..

Asfand nodded in yes..

After their conversation Asfand is also getting curious of things.. Before becouse of her condition and his state of mind.. He is not in a good place to think anything else..

Asfand immediately took out his phone and dialed a number.. He spoke and cut the call..

Later He called Usman to inform about Zubia health.. He again came to see her.. He informed Gaiti and Haroon to go home and come early in the morning..

They left to home..

It's morning when Gaiti and Haroon came.. And entered the room were Asfand is fast asleep,sitting on the stool and resting his head in bed and holding her hand firmly in his hold..

Gaiti tap on his shoulder He woke up..

After telling so much He finally agreed to go home and get fresh and up..

He hardly took less than one hour to come back..He again came to hospital by that time Shehroz and Asifa was also there.. They once again check on Zubia..

After sometime watchmen inform them that Police is there waiting area.. They all came outside..

Asfand once again repeat everything to them.. They were discussing on something when a voice came..

Kya hal hain Dr.Asfandyar..

Asfand looked at the direction.. The person came forward..

He is non other than his old friend who is intelligence office.. Last night He called him and tell him to reach here as soon as possible..

A:Officer ye mere Bahut ache dost hain Shehryar Siddiqui.. He is an intelligence officer and He will help you in the investigation..

They all greet.. He shows his official documents to police and they agreed to take him in the team..

A:Shehryar ye hain Dr.Shehroz and Dr.Haroon..

Ther greet with one another.. Later Shehroz and Haroon left from there

S:Asfand ye sab kaise huwa..Bhabi ki Kya condition hai..

A:Ab Theek hai Zubia.. But pata nahi yar ye sab.. Kya Kaise.. Damn it..

S:Yaar tou tension naa le.. Mai dekh tha hoon..I hope sab Jaldi pata Chal Jaye.. Tou bhabi ka qayal Rakh...Mai dekhta hoon sab...

Asfand nodded in yes and thank him for coming on such a short notice..

It's has been two days She is still in the effect of medication..she hardly wake up.. Asfand was always there with her all the time..

He was still in her room when His phone rang...He came outside to answer it.

A:Hello..Haan Shehryar..

S:Asfand.. Woh

He spoke for a while and dropped the call..

Asfand was sitting in his office when Gaiti enters..He is zone out.

G:.. Asfiiii.. Asfi.. Zubia ko hosh aagaya hai...woh tumhara Puch rahi hai.. Jaldi Chalo.. Asfii.. Chalo Jaldi..

A:.. Bhabi Ap Jayen.. Mai ajaon ga..

He said not looking at her..

G:... Asfand Kya Matlab Baad me aonga....Kya huwa hai..

She questioned listening to him..how can he react like this..

A:Bhabi please Ap Jayen.. Zubia need you..

He said and walked out...

He sat in his car and drove away.. He is driving harshly and frustrated..after a while when he can't continue He stopped the car,get out off closing the door with a thud.. He came and stand by the bridge holding on to the railing side..

He recalled the phone talk with shehryar..

"Asfand... Woh..un logon ka pata Chal gaya hai Jisne bhabi par goli Chalayi thi..

But the fact is woh sab Kuch Tere liye plan tha.. Aur bhabi..

Asfand..tune Kuch Din Pehle jis admi par case kiya the illegal property and school construction ke mamle me.. Ye Wahi log the..Tujhse baldla lene keliye woh log tera kafi din se picha kar rahe the aur finally they found you on that isolate place..

Asfand is in shocked..

Asfand.. Abhi keliye tou sab Kuch under control hai.. Mai tujhe update deta rahunga.. You don't worry I'll take care of it..

He is not believing what he heard,That was all planned for him but She had came in between and....

This all happened because of ME,If I was not that crazy for the school thing and the property thind it would not have been happened.. This all is just because of Me.. She is suffering all my pain..If she doesn't came in between then she should be fine.. She was not on the verge of losing her life..It all happened just because she care for me more than anything on the world not even herself..

I may have lost her. No No..

I can't put her or any of family members life on Risk.I have to do something..

It's better if I send them all away from me.. That is good for everyone..That's good for her... SHE already suffered alot because of others deed an again the same thing is happening..

If it cost him to fulfill his promo of taking care of her by sending her away from her.. He will do it..He already lost Daniyal but He can't wait for something bad happened to his family his love again.. He will make sure of that..

But How will you live without her Asfand.. How..when she is not infront you for sometime you can't bear it...then how you will survive without her.. When she will be not around.. She will not be there when you came home,she will not with you by your side when you want to feel her to love her..

But She will be safe, she will be okay, she don't have to suffer from anything bad.. And that is all HE wanted..

If this is the cost of her safety,She have to go and He have to let her go..

He sighed.. Rubbing his hands on face to his hair.. Losing the war with his heart and clearing his mind that what He wanted to do.. He left from there..

Driving back to hospital..
