I have won, I have lost, I have changed my approach of facing certain circumstances. I walked away and sacrificed myself so that you could be happy but now that you're no more, I'm numb to all sorts of agony.

The sky is slathered with dark mist of cloudy, the entire atmosphere is engulfed with silence in contrast, it's raining heavily. I'm physically here but my mind lingering to that day. Your face held a honeyed-crisp smile, your cold, svelte fingers in mine. Who knew that would have been our last ever conversation.

My bare feet are standing on the damp muddy graveyard. I see everyone bawling their eyes out but I'm prone to numbness. I could not save you then what is the point of me being a renowned neurologist?

When we were young, the day we came about you being diagnosed with Meningioma, I swore to myself I would become the best neurologist in Pakistan because I firmly believed that I could save you. I'm unable to do anything now, I rest your case to Almighty himself.
