《Sqampy's Adoption》The Man

Izzy's PoV:
I had got Flo up and Squid had eaten breakfast so it was time to go to the hospital and have a check on Flo's ankle and hopefully give back her crutches.
Tom was supposed to be coming with us so there would be two adults. Julie our social worker was supposed to be coming with us but there was an emergency case so she couldn't which was why we needed the second adult. But earlier I had spoken to Nicole and Tom and told them that I had a plan to get Stampy to adopt Flo.
It was risky and there were lots of things that could go wrong but we had to try.
Squid, Flo and I were waiting at the front door for Tom to come.
"Come on bro, hurry up!" Squid shouted up the stairs.
Tom appeared looking really ill, "Sorry mate I don't think I can come, I feel really ill."
Squid looked worried, "Nicole can you come?!"
"Sorry love, but I really have to stay and look after Tom." Nicole replied coming up behind Tom.
I could see that Squid was about to say that he could look after himself so I jumped in, cutting him off.
"Stampy is just down the road! I could go and get him on the bike." I suggested.
"Okay I will text him to ask if he can." Squid said pulling out his phone. We didn't have to wait long for a reply saying that it was fine.
"Izzy take my BMX and go and get him while I get Flo in the car." I nodded and followed Squid and Flo out of the door, giving Tom and Nicole a thumbs up as I walked out.
I went round the side of Squid's house and grabbed the bike. I cycled back through the driveway, past Squid who was helping Flo into the back of his car.

He was such a good father figure!
"See you in a sec!" I yelled as I started to cycle down the road to Stampy's house.
It only took me a minute to get there and I got off the bike and knocked on the door. Stampy opened it, "Stampy to the rescue!" He cheered as he walked out, closing the door behind him.
Stampy got on the bike and I stood on the pegs with my arms wrapped around him as we thought that would be easier due to the size difference.
We made it back and Squid was waiting. Stampy stopped the bike and got off so I could put it back round the side of the house. I cycled round the side of the house and dumped the bike on the floor before running back to Squid's car and jumping in.
"Finally, lets go!" Squid said, starting the car.
----------------------------------------------
We finally got to the hospital which was a relief as Squid and Stampy had been talking about views and how faire building time was and other much more complicated stuff. Stampy had asked me about how my YouTube channel was going. It was going alright I had around 50,000 subs now and they were growing at a good rate. I hadn't really been able to do much with it as all the stuff that had been happening had sort of got in the way, but over the few weeks I had had settled in with Squid and Nicole I had finally managed to do more videos. Stampy started asking about more complicated things and I had no idea what he was talking about as Squid sorted all that stuff out, so then it went back to the conversation between them.
As we arrived at the hospital Squid helped Flo out of the car although she didn't really need it anymore, Squid was just paranoid that she would get more hurt in his care, so he wasn't taking any risks.

Flo grabbed her crutches and we all made our way through the car park into to hospital.
We got to the front desk and Squid went up to the lady to sign in and ask where to go.
I stood back a little and looked around. There where a few people with crutches and in wheelchairs and there where some people coughing although everything looked and smelt clean. Typical hospital.
I started to look more closely at the people, there were some kids and some elderly people, but none of them really seemed interesting. I kept scanning the room and one person caught my eye, he was a man who looked to be in his mid-thirties. He had only just come in and was standing in the corner and looked to be staring straight at me. But, as I looked a bit closer I realised he wasn't looking at me he was looking at Squid who was still behind me talking to the woman.
I saw his vision flick from Squid and to me, we made eye contact for a split second but then I felt someone's hand on my shoulder so I turned to see who it was. Squid was standing behind me looking worried.
"What were you staring at?" Squid said looking in the direction I was facing.
"A ma..." I said turning as well but he had gone.
"A what?" Squid asked.
"Oh don't worry." I replied, turning back to face him. He gave me a confused look but went along with it anyway.
"Okay come on, Stampy's already taking Flo up to see the doctor. We have to catch them up." Squid said, starting to walk away. I followed him but I wasn't really thinking about Flo I was more worried about that man. He didn't seem happy to see Squid, I had no idea who he could've been.
