《Separation -- The Original》[18]

I stared at the letter in my hand, and felt it crumple up. It was the tenth one I had received. I was getting them at home now. I angrily threw it in the trash can before stomping down the stairs. Why can't he just leave me alone? Why does he constantly have to keep bothering me? What did I ever do to him?
"Hello sweetie." I had walked into the kitchen, where my darling parents were sitting at the island. I froze in my tracks, looked to Grey and Ryker for help, but realized that they were of no use. They were shoving their faces full of food, and I knew I couldn't avoid this situation any longer.
"Hi." I breathed out, crossing my arms over my chest to show them that I was angry. I have never really been angry at my parents before, they never gave me reason to. What do I do? Am I allowed to curse at them, or is that disrespectful? Or am I only allowed to curse when I'm doing naughty things with Grey and Ryker?
"Please sit down, sweetheart. We need to talk to you." My mom said, patting the space in front of her. My dad had his arm wrapped around my mom's waist, and his other hand was placed on top of hers. He placed a kiss to her hair and she snuggled into him. I hate it when they get all cute because I can't stay mad at them for long.
I slowly walked over to the island, glancing back at Grey and Ryker. Ryker gave me a sympathetic look but Grey had his eyebrows raised as if saying, "Go Holland". I placed my hands on the counter top and immediately looked down at my hands. My lower lip was trembling. I feel bad for staying mad at my parents. It just doesn't feel right.
"Holland, sweetie, please look at us." Tears were welling in my eyes as I looked at my parents. My mom reached across the counter and placed her on top of mine.
"There is nothing that we can say that can express how sorry we are. But we just...we didn't know what to do. You are our only child, Holland, and we had tried so hard to get you, sweetie. We just couldn't lose you." My mom cried, causing me to cry. My dad kissed my mom's hair before walking around the counter and grabbing us all into a hug.
My mom had something wrong with her eggs or something that made her chances of getting pregnant very slim, even with mating and whatnot. They told me that it took them seven years of trying before they finally had me.
I guess I can understand where they're coming from, but it still leaves a sour taste in my mouth and a hole in my chest. They just took away half of me. Half of me that I am never going to get back.
"I forgive you." I cried, clutching onto them. I can't stay mad at them for forever, and they did have plausible reasons as to why they got rid of my wolf. They both placed kisses to my hair and my forehead.
"Thank you sweetheart." My mom whispered when she pulled away from our hug. She looked down at me, and brushed my hair away from my face. She wiped away her tears and gave me a little laugh.
"Did you want some breakfast before you go to school?" She asked. I nodded my head. She went off to make me some breakfast and my dad pulled me into another hug.

"I need to talk to you after school. Come straight home." He said to me. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion but he just walked back over to my mom, wrapping his arms around her waist. I bit my lip and just sauntered over to my boys, draping my arms over their shoulders.
"Good morning handsome." I placed a kiss to Ryker's cheek.
"Good morning handsome." I placed a kiss to Grey's cheek. They both swooped in and placed a kiss to my cheeks.
"Good morning baby doll."
"Good morning beautiful." And those words instantly made my day.

I opened my locker, saw the note, and quickly stuffed it into my pocket. What the actual heck?
"What class do we have now?" I asked, placing my books in the locker.
"Calculus." The boys groaned and I instantly perked up. I love math. I grabbed my books, waited for them to grab their books, and slammed the locker closed.
As we walked to our next class, I held Ryker's hand while Grey draped his arm around my waist. I have learned to just ignore all of the looks that we get from people. I get the weird stares from girls that looks like they want to hurt me, and I ignore the smirks on all of the guys' faces. I especially ignore the disgusted looks that everyone throws our way. Why is it wrong to have two guys who love me, and I them?
When we settled into Calculus, I took out the note that was in my locker. I looked around to see if the boys were looking before I quickly opened it and scanned the words on the page.
Dear my beloved Holly,
Oh, in just a few days we shall be united, my love. Don't worry, your little toys will not be harmed. Unless they try and stop me, that is. How many children would you want, Holly? I personally would like three, but that is always something we can talk about. Don't worry, all in good time. Oh, Holly. I have waited so long to have you and all the pieces are just falling in place for us to be reunited once more. Don't say that this is wrong, because the Fates told me so themselves that we were meant to be. Ignore the bullshít your toys tell you about you being their true mate. You are mine, Holly. MINE.
Until then,
Theo
My stomach clenched unbearably as I crumpled the paper up. I can't tell the boys, they will kill him. But it I don't, then Theo will kill them, and I can't live without them.
"What's this?" Grey asked, snatching the note from my hand. He laughed at me before he turned his head to read it. My stomach clenched as I wrung my wrists, nervous of his reaction. Ryker leaned across the aisle to look at the note in his hand. I bit my lip as I saw their jaws clench. Grey neatly folded the letter and placed it in his pocket.
"Thank you, Holland." He said, focusing on Calculus. He called me 'Holland', not 'baby doll'. Oh god, he's mad at me. I gripped my pencil and tried to focus on class for the rest of the period, but my stomach muscles were unbearably tight. I couldn't relax. I was too stressed about Theo, and now that fact that Grey and Ryker are now mad at me.
For the rest of the day they treated me coldly. They still held my hand, but they barely spoke to me. Their jaws were clenched almost all day, they didn't put their hand on my thighs during lunch, and they barely looked at me.

Kali and Theo haven't been in school which is quite odd. Where exactly are they?
At the end of the school day, I slid into the truck between the two of them. I went to grab their hands and they flinched away from me. Tears welled in my eyes at their rejection. I placed my hands in my lap, and looked down at them for the entire ride. Why were they so mad at me? I hadn't even done anything wrong!
When the truck stopped, I looked up and we were at a house I have never seen before. It was huge, like a mansion. I quickly looked around and saw that there was a huge front lawn, and then there were the woods. We were surrounded by woods, and a long driveway, and a huge house in front of us. Where are we?
I have to be home so I can talk to my dad!
I went to open my mouth when they both stepped out of the truck, leaving their backpacks inside. Grey held out his hand and he helped me out. They both gripped my hand tightly as we walked into the huge house. The inside was filled with people mulling about, and it was bigger on the inside. Like holy jiminy, it looked like it was a hotel!
Children were running around, screaming. Teenagers were haphazardly dropping their backpacks as they came in through a door near the staircase, talking and laughing as they went into the kitchen where a bunch of women were cooking and having the time of their lives. I saw a few men mulling around the living room, but I guess they were still at work.
Grey and Ryker led me to the kitchen, where there was a huge uproar of noise.
"The boys are here!" The women all shouted, excited to see them I guess. I looked up at Grey and Ryker, and they were grinning from ear to ear. Grey placed a kiss to my hair and all the women squealed.
"This is her, isn't it?" They all shouted, and they continued to talk amongst themselves, grinning and smiling at the three of us. I felt my cheeks redden at all of the attention that we are receiving. Who even are these people? Where am I? Are they going to explain it to me?
"Come here, sweetie." A lady said, coming up to Grey and wrapping her arms around him. He wrapped his free arm around her. When she pulled away, I looked closely at her. She looked almost exactly like Grey. Is this his mother?
"You must be Holland. Grey would not stop talking about you, darling. Come here." She wrapped her arms around me, and I just stood there. I awkwardly laughed as she continued to hug me. What the hell do I do?
"Oh, look at me. Hugging strangers. You don't know me." She said when she pulled away. "I am Leanne, Grey's mom." I just awkwardly smiled at her. She already knew who I was. What do I do know?
"She is so adorable, boys. Wow, did you want some dinner? It should be ready in a few minutes?" She asked, hugging Ryker.
"No. We need to see dad. Where is he?" Grey asked, squeezing my hand. I furrowed my eyebrows at his gesture but just shrugged it off.
"He's upstairs in his office. I'll make you guys a plate." She said, sending us off with a smile. Grey led the way up the long staircase to the second floor. We walked down a long hallway, and finally came to a set of double doors. Grey knocked on the door, and a deep voice from the other side said, "Come in".
We stepped through the doors, and I was blown away. The office was huge, with bookshelves lining the walls, a huge panel of floor to ceiling windows right behind the big desk, and occupying the desk was an intimidating, scary man who resembled Grey. This must be his dad?
"Grey, son, come in. I see you have finally brought Holland." He stood from the desk and nodded at me. I heard a growl from the boys and he just chuckled at them.
"Be quiet and sit down. I assume there is something you wanted to talk about?" He said, gesturing towards the three chairs in front of his desk. We all settled into the seats, and I examined his desk. It was cluttered with papers, and there was an open bottle of alcohol on his desk which was half empty. There was a small plaque on the front of his desk which read 'Alpha Jax Colburn'.
"He is relentless, dad. We just don't know what to do." Grey said, pulling Theo's note from his pocket and placing it on the desk. Jax picked it up and quickly read it, the note slightly crumpling in his hands when looked back up at us.
"Son, Ryker. As soon to be Alpha's, you should know this already. I respected your choice to not take the position until you are eighteen, but at least give me the respect of actually coming with a game plan. I cannot hold your hand on this issue. You need to work this out by yourself, come to me with a plan, and we will move forward from there." Jax explained, placing the note on his desk. I stared at the note in complete shock. Why can't he help us? I don't understand. Shouldn't he want to help his son, who may just be killed?
"Okay, then here's our plan: we fúcking kill him before he kills us. Dad please just help us this one time." Grey pleaded, squeezing my hand out of anger. I winced and he snapped his head to me, an apologetic look sweeping across his face. He brought my hand to his lips and I gave him a small smile.
"I am sorry son." With that, he turned back to his papers on his desk, throwing the note in the garbage can right by his desk. I was at a loss for words.
Grey released my hand, stood from the chair, flipped it over and walked out of the office. Ryker squeezed my hand and led me out of the office and into the hallway. We followed the fuming Grey down a few more hallways until we came to a door. We walked in and I think it was Grey's room. The walls were a dark red, a few lamps lighting up the room. There was a king sized bed pushed against the wall, a desk with a rolling chair, a TV with a game system and a small couch in front of it, and a few posters littering the wall.
But when I looked closer, they weren't posters. They were all pictures of Grey, Ryker, and I from kindergarten all the way to recently. Tears welled in my eyes as I looked at the pictures, memories springing in my mind as I looked at them.
I was startled when I was pushed against the wall, and a pair of lips came crashing down onto mine. I brought my hands up to their hair and ran my fingers through the silky strands. Grey.
He fervently kissed me, slipping his tongue past my lips and immediately trying to dominate me. I gave myself to him, melting and molding to whatever he wanted me to do. He gripped my thighs and I jumped, wrapping them around his waist as he grinded his hips into mine, his bulge pressing ever so deliciously into my core. I moaned into his kiss, grabbing at his hair.
He pulled back and rested his forehead on mine.
"God, I am so fúcking pissed, baby doll. If you couldn't tell." He chuckled, and I laughed with him, triyng to calm my heavy breathing.
"We need to brainstorm." He rolled his hips into mine. "And then I will fúck your pretty little pússy. Am I understood?" I bit my lip, my cheeks reddening and my panties dampening.
"Yes Alpha." He slapped my thigh and I yelped.
He carried me over to his bed and dropped me on it, causing a laugh to tumble from my lips. Grey laid down on my right side and Ryker laid down on my left side.
"Okay. We need to plan this shít out." Ryker said, clapping his hands together like the mischievous little five-year-old that he is. I just rolled my eyes at them as they bounced ideas off of each other.
"He said in a few days, so for the next week or so, we need to have constant surveillance and protection on Holland." Ryker.
"We don't have that many men at our dispense. We have probably twenty, and I don't think that is even close to being enough. I don't trust Theo, especially with what he has done before." Grey. Wait, before?
"I know. But if twenty is all we have, then twenty is what we need." Ryker. I love his voice.
"We can have five always at her house, watching to see if he is around or any of his men. And we can have at least ten at your house, Ryker, seeing as how huge it is. And we can have the remaining five with us at all times. Kind of like bodyguards, but from afar as to not draw suspicion." Grey. They sound so sexy, talking strategy. Alpha strategy.
"That sounds just about right. Are we using teenagers, or will your dad let us use the warriors?" Ryker. Warriors? What in the world?
"I can ask him, but if he says that it is up to us, I know the warriors will not listen to a word we say. They are only programmed to take orders from the Alpha, so we will have to resort to teenagers." Grey. Programmed? Like by the Fates?
Sigh. "Alright. It sounds like a plan. Hopefully it works." Ryker. God, I am so wet right now. I need to be touched.
"I'll be right back to talk to my dad. When I get back, make sure she's ready." Ryker nodded, but I just furrowed my eyebrows. Ready for what?
Ryker turned to me and placed his lips on mine. He pulled back and mumbled, "Strip".
Ohhhhh.
