《RWBY: Godzilla》Plan

I have never been more upset at being right.
The next day, school was off. None of the teachers were in class, and the students were left to do whatever they wanted.
Nobody questioned what they were doing. We all knew. And it hurt me the most to know.
I was lying in bed the whole time, wearing my usual outfit. I knew my friends were worried about me, to the point where they wouldn't leave the dorm unless I went with them. I guess they thought I would be worried about them.
I wasn't.
(Y/N) was far more important at this point. I knew they'd leave when they got bored. And even if they didn't, it wouldn't kill them to stay in our dorm. All I cared about was (Y/N).
He'd transformed, and now I'd probably never get to be with him again. Unless someone figured out how to turn him back.
Not only that, but they had to be discussing how to kill him. I hated the thought. I just wanted to be with him.
Then, the door to our dorm opened. The others turned to see who it was, but I didn't. I figured it was staff, or a student. Either way, I didn't care what they had to say.
"Ms. Rose?"
I sat up, and I saw Doctor Oobleck standing at the door.
"Oobleck!" I said, climbing down from my bed and running to him.
He was the only teacher who really cared. I was sure if anyone was the voice of reason, it was him. So why wasn't he with the others?
"What are you doing here?" I said. "Shouldn't you be defending (Y/N)?"
"I was," he said. "They want to see you, Ruby."
"Me?" I said.
"Yes," he confirmed. "You were the closest one to him. They want to talk to you."

This was my chance! Maybe I could save him after all!
"Okay," I said.
I followed him to the CCT Tower, keeping quiet for once. Ever since the day he fought back, my positivity had gone away. All that was left was concern and fear, it stayed that way for days now.
Soon, we entered Ozpin's office. I saw all the staff in there, and even General Ironwood was there.
"Ms. Rose," Ozpin said. "Please come here."
I walked up to his desk.
"Professor Ozpin, please!" I said. "I know it's considered a threat for a Godzilla faunus to transform, but you guys left him with no choice--"
"Ms. Rose," Ozpin said. "We'd like your help."
I was confused, but I started to feel hopeful.
"With what?" I asked.
"With (Y/N)," Ozpin said. "We know he doesn't want to harm anyone. We need to calm him down. You're the only one he trusts, Ruby. We need you to help us keep him calm."
I couldn't believe it! Maybe things would work out after all! Maybe I could actually get (Y/N) to calm down, and he could be turned back into a faunus!
"Okay," I said. "But... how are we going to find him?"
"Well," Ozpin said, "Oobleck is a Godzilla expert."
I turned around, and looked at Oobleck. He had a somewhat ashamed look on his face.
He sighed. "Godzilla tend to spend most of their time underwater. If I know (Y/N), he'll be in the ocean by Vale, trying to find out what to do with his life now that he's... a Godzilla."
"I see," Ozpin said.
"So how exactly will we find him?" I asked.
"Sonar," Ironwood said. "Our sonars can pick up something as large as (Y/N)."

"So... what exactly is the plan?" I asked.
"We find (Y/N)," Ozpin said. "You will keep him calm. Make sure he doesn't hurt anyone. We bring him back to Vale, and try to find a way to turn him back. You will make sure he doesn't get out of control. Stay close to him as much as possible. We will see if we can find a way to turn him back."
"So... he's going to be okay?" I said. "You promise he'll be okay?"
"... Yes," Ozpin said.
I sighed in relief. "For a second I thought you guys were going to kill him."
Everyone stayed silent. I wished I'd understood what that silence meant. But I was too optimistic of the future.
(Y/N) was going to be okay, and no one was going to hurt him. I knew he wouldn't hurt us. He wasn't like that. Everything was going to be alright.
I wish I still had that kind of optimism.
