"Ellie!" Dan shouts at the top of his lungs. He then comes to his realisation that he is in his bedroom. His bedroom of which wasn't his bedroom at the time when he was with the girl.
Ed runs into the room more or less straight away, he was planning on taking a late night shower...but now he is more concerned about Dan.
"Not again man." Ed whines after he turns on Dan's light. Dan sits up in bed clawing at his chest psychotically like he can't breathe. He's in a state of shock, however this happens every other month now. Nearly everyone in the house is used to Dan's nighttime antics.
"It was like she was there." Dan whispers, pushing the glistening tears out from his eyes.
"Dan it's been nearly five years, you have to let her go." But Dan adamantly shakes his head.
"I can't let go of her. I've tried. I really have fucking tried."
Ed, however, rolls his eyes back. He's getting fed up, at first he was supportive but now he is angry that Dan is still pining after a dead girl.
Dan then looks at his friend, while he hugs into his pillow. "You don't believe me, do you?" Ed loudly sighs in response to Dan's question.
"It's not that I don't believe you mate. It's just the fact that...she played you. She played all of us."
Dan stays in silence while Ed sits on the corner of Dan's bed.
"Was it love...if she lied?"
Dan closes his eyes, he is past the point of embarrassment. "What even caused this anyway? You was doing okay." Dan shakes his head.
He wants to tell Ed about Charlie. He really does. But he feels strange. Dan's heart is still with the person who is six feet down...when realistically it shouldn't be. But it isn't entirely his fault.

"It was love." Dan almost hisses.
"She lied about her entire life. You fell in love with a lie...come on mate. That's hardly love." Dan doesn't listen to Ed. He just replays the take when we went on Take Me Out. Dan sometimes acts like he is better than everyone else, it's a shitty coping mechanism for him. He knows that it's shorty but in the end...he doesn't care.
As far as Dan is concerned he knows more about dating than Ed does.
"She loved me. That's the only reason why I can't stop thinking about her. And I know it's a pathetic reason. She loved me, Ed. She fucking trusted me...whether you like it or not." But Ed laughs.
"She clearly didn't trust you if she lied to you." Dan gets angry. But he stays silent in hopes that Ed will either change the topic or walk out of his bedroom.
It's too early for this shit - Dan thinks.
"You fell in love with a nonexistent woman called Ellie. But you're mourning Lauren...the little girl who played Ellie like a fucking yo-yo." Dan closes his eyes.
"Do you seriously get a kick out of reminding me that I fucked up? Because I seriously am getting that feeling." Dan isn't the one for violence. In someways Dan considers himself a pacifist...but he really wants to punch Ed right now. Dan tenses up, but hides his fist under the blue covers.
"Move on. Forget she ever happened." Dan can't let her go. He can't move on. He doesn't want to be played again. He doesn't want to go through the same heartache.
"Why the fuck don't you move on from your past encounters? Instead of bitch about them in songs?" Dan is also guilty. But he doesn't give a shit about his hypocrisy.

"Fuck you."
Dan then falsely smiles. "No. Fuck you." Ed angrily gets up off of Dan's bed and walks briskly to the door. He doesn't bother saying anything else to Dan. He's angry - and disappointed - in his mate. Ed thought Dan was getting somewhere with his life, especially for his big change in entertainment industries...
But it seems like Dan is going backwards instead of forwards...

Meg The Heavenly Merchant
Updates once a week.(This is a rough draft) Author's Note: This story has grown in ways I did not predict and while it still features a merchant those aspects have gotten less page time than the fighting and romance elements. I have updated the description to represent the story better) For the past fourteen years Meg has dedicated herself to walking the path of a Heavenly Dragon Knight in her favorite videogame, Tattered Realms:Chaos Age. But now the game is shutting down and everyone wants to know what she plans to do for the sequel. Meg isn't sure at first. She knows only that she yearns for the days when she could lose herself in a game without worrying about boss strategies and crushing her rivals. And when her friend suggests playing a merchant her heart is filled with the same wanderlust and inspiration that launched her gaming career in the first place. But if she isn't dominating dungeons and setting records will people still watch her play? And can she really walk away from all the fighting for a quiet life of buying and selling?

The Flesh and Blood Dungeon
This is not the usual dungeon core story. I did not originally plan to make it humorous, but, well, you'll see. This fiction will not turn into a story about a bunch of adventurers who enter a giant boars anus looking for treasure. No promises tho.
