《Infinity || Dan Smith》Sixty-Two.

Never in a million of years would Dan of ever thought that he'd be talking in front of his cast and crew mates about a Hollywood film that he starred in. But here he is defying those odds.
Dan isn't too nervous about public speaking anymore, although he still looks at Charlie for his reassurance.
"There is nothing I can say that won't be classed as cringeworthy." Dan laughs to himself while the cast and crew smile, including Charlie who is sitting their table, who looks up at him with love heart eyes.
"But...I want to thank every single one of you. Whether being the insanely talented make-up team who had to deal with this eye sore everyday." Dan points to his face while the make-up team laugh.
"Or Aubrey and Kevin who had to deal with my seemingly ridiculous questions." Charlie claps her hands together while Aubrey pretends to look annoyed for a moment.
"But I guess I want to thank the people who cast me in Illusion. They was the ones who...made my life better. Before this film I wasn't doing anything, I was getting drunk at my mum and dad's house...but that changed the second after me and Charlie first talked..." Everyone makes an 'awe' noise.
"I want to dedicate a toast to those who have worked so hard on this film, and of course my beautiful fiancée and our daughter. Without them...this film would've probably bombed." Everyone chuckles while raises their glasses up in the air along with Dan who is behind a glass podium.
"To Lady Luck and Illusion!" Dan shouts while everyone raises their glasses upwards and repeats the toast, including Charlie with her glass of water but in a champagne flute.
Dan then returns to their table while the music suddenly comes back on. In reaction to the music everyone then stands up. However, Charlie is the only one who remains seated. "Go and dance for me!" She shouts over the music with a gentle smile on her face.

Dan, however, shakes his head. He'll only 'dance' when Charlie is ready, otherwise he won't. "Are you okay, you're really pale?!" He leans down in front of her chair while Charlie falsely smiles, although she's been feeling a bit ill all day.
Aubrey then comes over to their table and holds Dan's back, while she too leans forwards slightly. "What's the matter?" She asks, looking at Dan rather than Charlie.
"I think she doesn't feel well." Charlie closes her eyes for a couple of seconds while Aubrey nods her head.
"Take her to hospital...get her checked over." Charlie then vigorously shakes her head. She hates feeling belittled.
"I'm fine!" She snaps.
"You don't look well..." Aubrey whispers while Charlie falsies a smile, even though the world around her seems to be spinning.
"I'm okay."
Both Dan and Aubrey know that she isn't 'okay', but they can't force her to do anything that she doesn't want to do...even if it is for her greater good.
"You go and dance for us..." Dan pats Aubrey on her shoulder while Aubrey shakes her head.
"Seeing me dance is going to be torture for Charlie." She tries cheering Charlie up, but doesn't get the normal bitchy response form Charlie back.
Charlie then get's her phone out from her small back and types away. "I better leave you two alone then..." Aubrey says out of awkwardness while Dan smiles a little and nods his head.
Dan then looks over Charlie's shoulder and spots a text Charlie has just sent to his mother: He then looks away when Charlie goes to look around, but she catches Dan watching her.
"Rude." Charlie sternly says while holding her phone close to her chest for privacy.
"Do you want to go home and see her?" Charlie then shrugs. Apparently there's an 'after wrap party' that's going on. A bunch of the cast are going out to a nightclub, Dan and Charlie was of course invited.

"I'm not sure if we can go yet, besides we haven't had a night out in...months. It's nice being with you." Charlie smiles while Dan leans closer as they kiss with their eyes sealed shut.
But then Dan pulls away feeling guilty, "I know you're just saying that so I can get out of my head..." Charlie shrugs, of course not denying the truth.
"I want you to enjoy yourself, don't worry about Lacey...or me. Just go out there and celebrate your first ever wrap. You deserve it." Dan nods his head while he then looks away, feeling sad that Charlie is obviously not feeling well enough to celebrate without him.
"You don't need drinks to have a good time anyway." Dan says with a smile while he picks up Charlie's glass water bottle and takes a sip. He wants to cut down on the booze. His been thinking about it for a while now, but he needs a purpose to stop drinking.
Maybe the 'purpose' was right in front of him the whole time?
With that Charlie smiles. "Woah, go easy on that stuff big guy." She then winks at Dan while he lowers his head with a helpless smile on his face.
"I already feel rather hazy." Dan says with a smile while Charlie points to the dance floor. She knows 'Dan doesn't dance...but he does'.
Dan does as he is told and comically shuffled backwards while swaying, and Charlie has the front row pleasure of watching Dan make a complete fool out of himself. Oh how she loves life...
