akaashi has been awake since 5:42 am, but he doesn't get up. he doesn't want face anyone at school today, especially bokuto kotaro. when did he ever get attached to the older? he didn't even realize until yesterday. he's confused. does he like bokuto? that's impossible, right? he's only known him for, like two weeks.

keiji. he called him by his first name. and it's making him crazy. keiji. keiji. keiji. keiji. "keiji!" akaashi bolts up from his bed. "it's time for school! are you not awake yet?" the teenage boy sighs. he knows he can't skip school just because he can't take his mind off a guy.

"really, is going to school today worth it?" akaashi asks himself. "just hope you don't run into him."

akaashi curses at his luck today. as soon as he reached the third floor, bokuto's already waiting for him in front of their classroom, leaning against the big window. "bokuto-san." the older signals him to go closer. "i'm sorry about yesterday." bokuto apologizes. akaashi licks his lips.

"it's okay. i am also sorry for misunderstanding you and yukie-san's relationship." the younger keeps his head down. "were you jealous?" bokuto's question makes the younger raise his head up. "what?"

"i asked if you were jealous." the older walks closer to akaashi, making akaashi look down again. "people are looking at us, bokuto-san." the older looks around, and for sure, peopple are looking at them. some with confused faces, some with smiling ones. "let them look. akaashi, do you llike me?"

"no, bokuto-san. i do not." akaashi answers almost immediately, with panic in his voice. "you do. it's obvious, you know. i just wanted to be your friend, i didn't think you'd have romantic feelings for me."

"it's your fault. coming up to me and, and asking me to be your friend. inviting me to hang out, going to my house. telling me to smile. making me s-smile. i hate all of it, okay? just leave me alone."

it's official. akaashi keiji have lost. akaashi keiji now has romantic feelings for bokuto kotaro.
