At RohiRat's house -

Rohit - "Vi u go ahead .. I will stop by restaurant for sometime"

Virat - "I was also thinking to go to the restaurant but not now may b later I will come in evening"

He said.

Rohit - "Okay"

Virat - "I am working from the outhouse today .. so if u need me come to home directly"

He said not wanting to go to office today .. he was feeling really uneasy today.

Saying this they both went their ways.

Rohit saw Mahi standing there which confused him. And what shocked him was he was in same state as yesterday.

Mahi had some tears in his eyes .. looking really tired and exhausted.

Rohit thought - "Is everything okay at his home ? What is he doing here ?"

When he came back after parking the car he saw Mahi sitting with Anushka and Ritika.

Rohit went near them and cleared his throat to get their attention.

Ritika and Anushka got up immediately. "Hey Ro u didn't tell us u were going to stop by" Ritika tried to say in normal tone.

"Just a casual visit. All okay ?" He asked to all three of them seeing them a little nervous.

Mahi - "I was just grabbing a coffee"

He lied.

Rohit thought - "He still cannot lie"

Rohit said not able to stop himself - "u still cannot lie .. so if u don't want to tell it's fine .. and anyway it doesn't matter"

Ritika - "Don't say like that Ro"

She said seeing Mahi sad already.

Mahi - "It's fine"

He said.

Anushka - "Ro hear him out once."

She said softly wanting to take a step towards progress so that everything could fall in place.

Rohit obviously couldn't deny both of them. So he sat down.

Mahi began hesitantly- "I don't how to say This .. but I am terribly sorry for whatever I did and what consequences were there because of that .. I am going to feel guilty my whole life because of that .. but please I am sorry Rohit ... I am really sorry I didn't believe u both ... I am really sorry for what pain my actions have caused you ..."

He said with moist eyes.

Rohit didn't say anything .. he just felt so emotional because this was the exact same way he pleaded Mahi to believe him but he turned his face.

Rohit stood up and said - "I got to leave"

Saying that he left from there and went to the one person who was there with him all this way apart from his wife Ofcourse.

Mahi sighed when left. Ritika told him softly - "Bhai give him some time"

Mahi - "where did he go ?"

He asked not wanting him to be in trouble.

Anushka - "He went to Vi

She said.

Ritika - "Don't worry he never goes anywhere in anger .. he ends up at home only .. he can't have us worried again specially Virat"

She said seeing him worried.

Rohit reached home and went to outhouse and found Virat sitting on the sofa staring into nothing.

He just went and hugged him tightly. Virat got startled by it but eventually hugged him back.

"Kya hua Ro ?" He asked softly.

"Nothing .. tu bata tujhe kya hua jab mai aya at that time u were staring into the wall"

He asked breaking the hug.

"I just ... I don't know" said Virat sitting back on the couch closing his eyes.

(This is the flashback according to Virat's POV and same has been narrated to Mahi bhai by Ritz and Anushka)

It took a whole week for Virat to find out that whatever the documents were all was fake. Some person took their signatures while endorsement advertisements and some crazy fan who thought that because of Virat and Rohit we lost the knockout matches he framed them.

This whole week he just felt so alone .. going to the hospital to see Rohit still not consicuous and then going back to home where media was present everytime and working on proving them innocent.

Finally the day he went to the hospital Rohit woke up.

Ritika - "How are u feeling Ro ?"

She asked softly.

Rohit just smiled lightly and said - "Better"

After sometime Virat sat beside him but Rohit didn't talk to him at first assuming he left him.

Virat - "Ro please talk to me"

He said emotionally.

Rohit - "you left me alone .. u were not there when I woke up"

Rohit said remembering the how he was alone in the room.

Virat - "Nahi Ro I swear .. I just went to the meeting on behalf of u at the board .. I didn't leave u alone .. I can never leave u alone"

He tried to convince him.

Rohit still didn't budge because he was also thinking very emotionally at that moment.

Virat stood up seeing him not talking but his legs gave up and he fainted.

Rohit got shocked seeing that but couldn't get up to hold him..

Rohit shouted - "Ritz , Doctor ..."

Doctor shifted him on side couch as requested by Rohit and checked Virat.

"lack of sleep and food caused exhaustion .. he will be fine soon"

Anushka came by that time and saw Virat on the couch.

Anushka - "How are u Rohit ? What happened to Virat ?"

Ritika - "He is tired"

Rohit just slept due to weakness. Ritika and Anushka both sat beside by their husband thinking when this all will be over.

Rohit saw how Virat looked really lost these days from the day they met ICT. He was pretty good at hiding it but it was noticeable.

It had been 15 mins he was zoned out.

"Can u please tell me what are u thinking Vi?" Rohit asked keeping his hand on his shoulder.

"How u doubted me that I don't trust u and left u alone when u woke up" Virat said absentmindedly.

"What?" Rohit asked being shocked.

Virat got out of his thoughts and said "Uhhh I am sorry I don't know why I said that ? Sorry I didn't mean anything"

Rohit didn't push further. He was thinking what were Ritz and Nush doing with Mahi bhai. He could not tell Virat yet as he seemed in different mood today.

Virat's thoughts - "Why did I say that ? Why MS was there at that place last night ? What had happened to him ? Ughhhhh I need to stop thinking about him ?"

Here in Restaurant -

Mahi was thinking how alone must have Cheeku felt because of all this .. Handling all this alone .. he used to always ask him. How he used to whine for every single thing ...

"Mahi bhai mai nahi kar sakta ... aap batao kaise karu ... aap rahoge na mere sath toh kya tension hai ... Mahi bhai please yeh kar do ... Bhaiiiiiii aap mere liye itna nahi kar sakte ... I am ur Cheeku na ..."

Mahi remembered his whining and had a sad smile on his face that how his Cheeku lost his chirpiness in all this mess.

"U know bhai they have been so strong for each other and for us too" said Ritika being proud of them.

"But in being all strong they started to bury their feelings ." Said Anushka sadly.

Mahi - "Where did u all go ? Like for 6 months and how did they suddenly decided to retire?"

Ritika - "Virat took us to Mussoorie as Rohit and Anushka both were advised a calm environment"

She said.

Anushka - "And the retirement part u need to ask them because they just told us and we supported them"

Mahi asked hesitantly - "What happened to u Anushka ?"

Anushka - "Nothing much Bhai u don't worry okay .. you have to think how u could get them to talk to you"

She said softly not wanting to worry him more.

Mahi didn't push further but he wanted to know. He decided may be some other time.

Mahi - "Rohit will ask you Ritika about meeting me"

He said remembering Rohit was here.

Ritika - "Don't worry bhai I will handle that"

She said.

Mahi left from there. Ritika and Anushka left for their home wanting to talk to Rohit.
