Virat just caressed KL so that he could sleep. Jassi already slept on his shoulder. He saw Hardik who was sleeping on Rohit's lap.
After sometime Rohit made Hardik sleep properly. He went towards Virat .. He loosened Jassi's hold on Virat and Virat made KL sleep properly.
Rohit and Virat came out of the room and went towards Mahi's room and saw him sleeping.
They came out of Mahi's room and met the seniors in the corridor.
"Where are others ?" Asked Rohit seeing them.
"They are in Rishabh's room sleeping. They were too awake at night." Said Jinks.
"Could we talk please ?" Said Bhuvi this time.
"Sure" said Virat.
Rohit was confused about what was going on in Virat's mind. He was so worried as this was a lot to take in. And Virat was not denying to listen he was just listening to everyone.
They move to Bhuvi's room. Virat and Rohit sat on the couch. Jinks, Bhuvi, Ash and Jaddu were sitting in front of them.
"I don't how to start. I know what we did is unforgivable. But we are really sorry."
Bhuvi said being guilty.
"We know that we are not kids, we were ur friends and we should have trusted you. We regret it so much."
Ash said.
"We knew both of you before the juniors but still didn't trust u and we are very sorry for that. Can u please give us one chance to make everything okay?"
Asked Jaddu.
"We have hurted u a lot. We don't deserve ur forgiveness but please give us a chance. Don't leave us please"
Jinks said being guilty.
"Anything else ?" Virat asked.
They nodded in a no. Virat and Rohit left the room hearing that. The seniors just sighed at that.

Virat and Rohit went in KL's room and saw all of them awake and sitting silently in their own thoughts. They looked at each other and got confused as it was just half hour they left and they were awake.
"What's wrong?" Asked Rohit in common.
"We thought it was all a dream" said KL in a low voice.
"No it wasn't" said Virat softly.
"Can u please sit close to us?" Asked Jassi this time.
Virat went and sat beside Jassi. Jassi just held his arm and rested his head on his shoulder.
Rohit sat beside KL and he did the same. Hardik didn't bother to move.He just remembered what all he said to Virat.
"I am sorry for saying all that Virat" said Hardik being guilty.
"U said what u felt right ? There is nothing wrong in that" said Virat.
"But it was rude of me to say it like that. I didn't want to unload on you. I am sorry" said Hardik
"He has changed a lot. Hardik being sorry for two times, strange!" thought Virat.
"Say something" said Harry seeing him lost.
"It's okay, u had that things in ur mind. U said it !" Said Virat.
"Are u angry with me ?" Asked Hardik in a low voice.
"Why will I be? I am not angry. Don't worry urself" said Virat.
"I am tired" whispered Jassi and cuddled to Virat.
"I know, I am here" said Virat said softly.
Hardik went to other side of Virat. Hardik looked at him for permission to lay in his lap. Virat sat properly for that and Hardik placed his head on his lap.
"Will it ever be okay?" Asked KL
"Hopefully" said Rohit softly wanting to believe it himself.
Virat's phone vibrated in his pocket which irritated Hardik.

"One sec" Virat said and Hardik and Jassi got up.
He checked the phone having 15 calls and 20 msgs from Aman.
"Rohit phone dikha Tera ?" He said and Rohit handed him the phone and it was 10 calls and 15 msgs from Aman.
Virat called him to which he was greeted with a worried voice.
"Are u okay Sir ? Where are u ? I was so worried" said Aman worriedly.
"I was not able to reach Mam too,and u both are not picking my calls"
He ranted.
"We were at the hotel of ICT."
Virat said.
"Sir atleast u should have told me, I know I am just ur PA but still"
Aman said worriedly and hanged up.
Virat was surprised at that. "What happened" asked Rohit.
"Aman just hanged up on me" said Virat surprisingly.
"We need to leave now" said Rohit looking at Virat. He knew they need to sink all in because it was so much at once.
"Please don't go" Jassi said.
"Please don't leave please" said KL and Hardik.
"We will come back" said Rohit.
"Promise ?" Asked KL to Virat
"Yes" he said back.
They hugged them and left their room. They met Mahi in the lobby and who was coming to check on KL.
"U are leaving ?" Asked Mahi.
"Ya" said Rohit.
"We will come at night or tomorrow morning" said Rohit again seeing Virat was not saying anything.
Mahi nodded at that. He so wanted Virat to say something.
"Take care" said Virat at last and left with Rohit.
As they entered in the car Rohit saw Virat took a sigh of relief trying to settle himself.
"What are u doing ?" Asked Rohit seeing him with both of their phones.
"I am checking Aman's msgs" said Virat reading it.
Messages were like this -
Morning sir !
Where are u sir ?
When are u coming to office ?
Are u okay ?
Pick up my call plz.
Is everything okay ?
Please tell me if u are okay.
Pick up the call plz.
"We got him too worried I guess" Rohit said as Virat was reading the msg aloud.
"Ya, he hanged up on me so I could guess that because that's a first" said Virat.
"So office or home ?" Asked Rohit as he was driving.
"Home, I msged Aman to come there in evening" said Virat.
"U okay ? That was a lot to take in" said Rohit.
"Ya, it was a lot" said Virat in return.
"It's all my fault I guess" said Virat resting himself on the seat and closed his eyes.

Debut: the day every young gentleperson of age gathers to receive their Spirit Blessing and shift for the first time into their second form. Except for those who don't. Beatrice's worst fear is to be one of the unlucky few trapped perpetually in a human body, cut off from the magic of the spirits and unfit for any respectable pack or pride. But when the time comes to face her fear, the outcome is one she never could have imagined. Be warned, this story is some highly experimental fluff—an unapologetically girly, unrelentingly bisexual, Regency/Victorian-ish fantasy mish-mash. It does have a dark side, though, so don’t come in expecting all sunshine and roses. Worthy of note, given the reputation of shifter stories: there will be no explicit sex in this tale. There will, however, be lots of polyamorous romance, necromancy, portal magic, capricious spirits, elemental mages, an unconventional take on shifters and a highly ordered society built around their existence.

The Ingress Estate
Jonathon Eucole. Soldier. Scholar. Now an Initiate, the dedication without dedication, he finds himself both prisoner and master of an arcane edifice, the Ingress Estate, which can neither be escaped, nor controlled; only diverted, maintained, and pacified. This is a gothic fantasy story, set in a world in which gods and the afterlife are not only real and known, but were both established in living memory of some of the inhabitants after millennia of arcane warfare with the being who constructed the mundane reality the humans occupy. But this isn't the story of those who colonized the afterlife at the cost of their own humanity, but a somewhat more ordinary man, in somewhat extraordinary circumstances. This is also a LitRPG-lite, which means there's a system of sorts, fragments of which can be observed through Jonathon's eyes. Don't expect level-up screens, or statistics, or indeed numbers much at all, beyond those the inhabitants of the world itself apply to understanding their own reality. It pretty much doesn't matter to the story, I mention it so those who don't want to read LitRPG at all can successfully avoid it here. I don't have any particular plan here, just some ideas inherent in the genre. This is a character concept I toyed with some years ago; an old man, bright of mind but weighed down into apathy, both by his past and his responsibilities for a terrible estate that cannot be left without stewardship. Don't expect any kind of overarching plot or story, because that's really not what this is about. Also don't expect much dialogue. Or character development. Or much of anything, really, because I've planned nothing in the way of an actual book, here. Other relevant information, if you've read this far for some reason: The MC isn't super-powerful to begin with, and probably never will be. He's a veteran with some useful skills, and the insight on how to use them, so can deal with the world's ordinary threats reasonably well, but not too much beyond that. --- Currently on hiatus, as currently the story has a rather poor ratio of effort-to-personal-payoff. I may return to this once I have a clear idea of how to get the stories where I want them. I've started a more standard LitRPG using the same system. But if you like intelligence characters who cleverly min-max their classes, it probably isn't the story for you; it's the story of a rather ordinary guy who winds up in a very similar universe.

The accident sends the Athena to a different spiral arm of the galaxy thousands of light years from home.
