As soon as Virat gripped Rohit's hand ... Rohit looked at him and followed his gaze. He saw how Virat's attention was on the door on Mahi.

Virat really wanted to stop him from going and wanting him to stay with him. He didn't know why .. he didn't know that whether he was going to talk to him.

Rohit understood that what he was thinking .. so he tried on his behalf.

Rohit - "Bhai ?"

He called.

Mahi whose hand was almost on the door turned back and asked - "Ha Ro ?"

Rohit - "Umm if u don't mind can u stay with us ?"

He asked hesitantly.

Mahi - "Ya sure if it's okay to u both I don't mind"

He said feeling so happy to be with them.

Rohit and Mahi looked at Virat but he was confused so he closed his eyes and rested himself against Rohit holding his arm.Rohit smiled at his childish antics.

Mahi - "I will just tell the team I am staying for the night."

He left the room saying that.

Rohit - "I know u are not sleeping, so tell me what's going in ur tiny little brain"

Virat opened his eyes and said - "I don't know. I am so confused right now."

Rohit - "I know I understand"

He said comforting him somehow.

Outside the room Mahi told the team and they agreed to it. Mahi was coming back and saw Aman there sitting on chair with his head buried in his hands.

Mahi - "Aman u okay"

He asked softly.

Aman got and composed himself - "Yes.. I have brought food let's go"

He said.

Mahi knew he was lying but he could not force him. They went in the room and saw Virat and Rohit talking among themselves.

Aman - "Sir have something !"

He said and handed a bag to Rohit.

Nurse came and gave Virat's food. Aman took it and nurse left the room.

Virat - "Okay this is not fair ! First I am here for 2 days and now I have to eat this bland hospital food .. and u are eating delicious sandwich and on top of that I can't have coffee .. just great !"

He said whining and ranting all about it.

Rohit just ignored it and got up to arrange his food on the bed. Aman and Mahi were watching amusingly.

Virat - "Rooooo"

He whined again.

Rohit - "Vi ek aur baar Abhi tune kuch bola khane ko leke I am not going to talk to u .."

He said blackmailing him to which Virat just pouted.

Virat got up with help of Rohit. His right hand was occupied with the saline hold. So he had to eat with his left hand which was extremely difficult and irritating.

Rohit took that from him and started to feed him. Virat was making faces to the food.

Ro - "Vi kya Bachon ki tarah kha raha hai muh bana ke .."

he said looking at his face.

Vi - "Toh tu kha ke dekh how it is tasted"

Virat took the spoon from his hand and fed a bite in his mouth forcefully.

Rohit made face tasting eat and gulped with great difficulty.

"It's good only" said Rohit trying to forget the taste.

Virat - "Lie to yourself, I can see it on your face"

He said.

Rohit - "Vi u can't eat spicy for 1-2 days stomach cramps wapis ho jayenge .. so even it tastes horrible u have to eat it"

He said sternly.

Virat - "Khadoos kahi ka"

He mumbled.

Mahi looked at their bickering and felt that it's gonna be okay not soon but eventually it will be.

Aman was lost in his own thoughts. Mahi saw it and said - "Aman eat ur food what are u thinking ?"

Rohit and Virat heard that and stopped their bickering.

"Kya hua Aman ?" Asked Rohit softly.

"Nothing .. sir" he said and started eating.

"Aman !" Virat said sternly.

"Sir I was thinking that I should not have given u the so much coffees yesterday even if u asked me.. u would not be here" said Aman nervously.

Rohit facepalmed himself hearing that.

"Why god why ? Aapko jara sa bhi Taras nahi aata mujh pe .. Kaha fasa Diya mujhe"

Rohit said looking upwards.

Virat - "Kya bol raha hai tu"

He asked confused at his drama.

Rohit - "Already Mai tujhe handle kar raha hu and here is the second one .. aman who told u that's it's ur fault .. we know how Virat is .. once he says anything sternly to u .. u are bound to agree that even if I don't understand why u do that.. stop blaming urself"

He said explaining it to him.

Virat - "Rohit is right Aman don't do that okay"

He said softly.

Aman - "Okay sir"

He said agreeing to them.

Rohit - "Meri koi value hi nahi hai .. pehle Maine jab pucha ki kya hua Aman at that time u said nothing but jab Virat asked u immediately answered"

He said dramatically

Aman - "No sir it's nothing like that"

He said not wanting to upset him.

Virat - "Chill aman he is messing with u as always ., and Ro drama band kar and have ur food"

He said to Rohit who was wiping his fake tears.

Mahi saw all that and felt so proud of Rohit who was trying to make Virat's mood happy so that he doesn't think anything about hospital.

After sometime Virat slept due to his medicine effects. Aman went out to get coffees.

Mahi was looking at Virat and remembered how he was in so much pain which reminded him of Rohit's accident.

Rohit sat beside him and asked softly seeing him lost - "Kya soch rahe ho bhai?"

Mahi - "I am so sorry Ro when u were in this much pain or worse than this I was not with u .. I regret it so much my all actions that gave u and Virat so much pain"

He said being guilty.

Rohit - "Bhai I know it's gonna be difficult through all this .. and I know u regret it. So please don't feel so guilty about it .. I think we are dwelling on that part so much that no one is able to recover from it. We have to try to look forward and not think too much about it."

He said softly.

Mahi - "Why did u want me to stay ? Just curious to know"

He asked.

Rohit - "Virat wanted u to stay!"

He said making Mahi surprised.

Mahi - "What do u mean ? I don't think so .."

He said still not sure about it

Rohit - "When u all were leaving .. he was looking at the door wanting to stop u but he is confused about it so i did it on his behalf"

He said to him.

Mahi - "Really ?"

He asked shockingly.

Rohit - "Yes .. u know how he is .. he is confused right now and a bit stubborn that he doesn't need u .. but he needs u and I do too"

He said smiling at him.

Mahi just hugged him feeling so emotional.

Mahi - "Can I sit with him ?"

He asked.

Rohit - "Ofcourse bhai don't ask please ... I will check on Aman"

He said softly and left the room.

Mahi went and sat beside Virat. He held his hand softly.

Mahi - "I am so sorry Cheeku... I was not there with u .. but I promise I will try my best to make everything okay for u"

He said softly caressing his hand.

Virat just gripped his hand in his sleep unknowingly. Mahi smiled at that and caressed his cheeks.
