Virat and Rohit reached Aman's house. Rah opened the door to their shock and surprise.

They went in the room to see Jassi and Shrey applying cold strips. And Harry with Rah making Lemon water.

They had a small smile seeing all that. Finally they may have accepted Aman.

Virat - How is he ?

He asked to Jassi.

Jassi - Fever is fluctuating. Doctor said he may b taking some stress because it's over night fever.

Do u know anything ?

Virat and Rohit looked at each other and remembered yesterday's conversation.

Virat and Rohit sat in place of Jassi and Shrey to the side of Aman. Rah brought lemon water for him.

Virat - Aman, get up.

He said softly caressing his hair.

Aman opened his eyes and saw both Rohit n Virat there. He got up with their support. Rohit made him have the lemon water.

Ro - Are u okay ?

Virat - Feeling better ?

Both asked in concern to which Aman nodded.

Rohit - What's wrong Aman ?

He asked after sometime as Aman was resting his head on Virat's shoulder.

Others left the room giving them privacy except Jassi.

Virat - Tell us Aman, we are with you and we will help you !

He said softly.

Ro - You trust us right ?

He asked to which Aman nodded.

Aman - Yesterday u asked me all that. It just took me back when I lost my parents. I never got to tell them how much I love them. I always used to crib for everything. My last conversation was also a fight with my father, I was demanding something from him. They left and never came back!

He said all this with heavy heart and tears in his eyes.

Virat took him into hug and Aman just cried hard in his embrace.

Rohit rubbed his back and said - Aman, u were just a kid back then. You didn't know this could happen.

Aman - But I miss them so much. I feel so alone at times.

He said clutching onto Virat.

Virat - I know u miss them. But they are always with you Aman. And they know how much u love them.

He said softly caressing his back.

Jassi - And u are not alone Aman, we are always with you!

He held his hand in support.

Aman - I just learned that u realise the importance of people in your life when it is too late.

He said sadly.

That statement hit hard to Virat and Rohit. They could relate to it specially Virat as how much close he was to actually loose Rohit.

Aman lay his head on Virat's lap and silently just listened to Rohit n Jassi talking. Virat stroking his hair softly to give him the comfort he wants.

Rohit - U know Aman what ur Virat sir did one time ?

He said trying to cheer him up.

Aman looked at him curiously while Virat was face palmed hearing that what embarrassing story he would narrate now.

Rohit - U know Pollard the WI player right ?

To which Aman nodded.

Virat - oh no ! Ro don't pls.

Rohit - So u know that Virat was so jealous of him because he was on the same team as mine in IPL.

He continued not paying heed to Virat's pleas.

Aman - Jealous as in ?

Jassi - Jealous means Virat bhai was jealous of Pollard being close to ur Rohit sir.

Aman looked at Virat who was finding a place to hide his face of embarrassment.

Aman - Really ?

Rohit - Ohh u have no idea ! It was so much fun so what happened was..

We had match with WI. We had a big target to chase. Virat was already annoyed with Pollard as he hugged me before the match!

He literally sledged him so much and at the end he said - 'No one can know my Ro better than me!'

Vi - Ohh please he said it first that he knows me more than u! What would I do then ? Stand and listen to him!

Aman - U really said that Virat sir ? I can't believe u would do that.

Rohit - Ohh u haven't seen him jealous and possessive. It is real treat.

Virat - it's not !

Jassi - Ya it is, u can't deny Virat bhai but it's too cute.

Aman smiled at how they were teasing Virat. They continued their banter.

Virat - Aman u don't know how Ro gets jealous.

Rohit - Ohh don't okay .. it's enough for him to know about yours.

Jassi shushed them as he saw Aman sleeping in Virat's lap. Virat tried to shift him on pillow but he was holding him tightly.

Jassi - So this was the stress which was keeping him up and worried.

Virat - Its good that he let him out. It will help him.

He said and rested his head on the headboard closing his eyes thinking about all the things that happened in two days.

Rohit and Jassi left the room. They sat in the living room while others had left.

Jassi put his head in Rohit's lap and hugged him. Rohit patted his head lovingly.

After 5 mins he could hear sniffles 😢 from Jassi.

Rohit - Jassi, what happened kiddo ?

He asked softly.

Jassi didn't answer but hugged him by his waist and kept sobbing.

Ro - What's wrong ? Kya ho Gaya ? I am here kiddo, tell me!

Jassi - I just .. remembered .. about .. ur .. accident .. when Virat ... bhai .. said .. it .. that .. day .. I .. can ...never .. imagine.. u like that .. but .. I .. was .. not .. there .. with .. you ! When .. aman .. said .. today ... I can't ... stop ... myself ... from ... thinking... that ... what .. would have ... happen ... if ...

He could not continue further and ended up sobbing badly.

Rohit rubbed his back to calm him down.

Ro - Jassi calm down bacha ! Don't think about that. It's past and nothing happened to me, see I am sitting here with you.

Jassi just hugged him more tightly in response. Rohit just sat there being with him to comfort him as much as he requires.

Virat - What's wrong Aman ?

He asked seeing him uncomfortable and hissing at times.

Aman - Headache

He mumbled tiredly.

Virat patted his head softly to ease the pain.

Aman - Where is Rohit sir ?

He asked not seeing him.

Virat - He is outside only, don't worry ok! U rest.

He said softly.

Ro - Jassi stop crying bacha ! I am here with you, come on get up now.

Jassi broke the hug and Rohit wiped his tears. Rohit gave him so water and he calmed down after that.

Ro - Let's go to Aman.

He said and Jassi hugged him again tightly to which Rohit happily reciprocated.

Rohit couldn't help but miss Mahi bhai so much now.

They entered the room to see Aman awake and Virat pressing his forehead.

Aman - Rohit sir !

He said as soon as he saw him.

Rohit - Ha Aman!

Aman - I thought u left.

He said tiredly.

Ro - Why will I leave ? I am here only okay!

He said and sat beside him.

Virat got up and stretched himself. He sat beside Jassi.

Vi - Were u crying Jassi ?

He asked seeing his red eyes.

Jassi just hugged him tightly. Virat looked at Rohit on that .. to which Rohit just told him to comfort him.

Vi - Kya baat hai bacha ?

He asked softly.

Jassi - I am so sorry I was not there with u when Rohit bhai was in ..

he could not say it further.

Vi - It's ok! It's all in the past now! Nothing happened to ur Rohit bhai .. do u think I would let anything happen to him?

Jassi - No I know u are always there for him.

Vi - So don't worry about it okay ! Everything is fine now!

He said patting his head.

Jassi - Can I please stay like this ?

He asked hugging him keeping his head on his chest almost cuddling him.

Vi - Ofcourse ! I am here only.

He said pulling him closer.

Virat just got a image of when he used to cuddle to Mahi bhai and he used to held him closer. He missed him so much.

Jassi slept like that while Aman slept on Rohit's lap hugging him.

Virat and Rohit both looked at each other knowing what the other is thinking. They knew what they needed to do now.
