'Virat where are you ? I am waiting since an hour yaar' Rohit said annoyingly.
'Aa raha hu! Keep little patience man! This is the first time u have to wait for me!' Said Virat.
'It's the third time this week I am eating dinner alone Vi! U have stopped spending time with me altogether. Don't talk to me!' Said Rohit and hanged up the call annoyed at his bestie.
Rohit got up from the lobby of restaurant and walked inside as he was hungry and annoyed.
He was typing and cursing his bestie for the nth time now! He didn't see and collided with someone due to which his phone was on the floor.
'Arey kya hai yaar ! Can't u see ...' Rohit uttered annoyed while picking his phone but stopped seeing a beautiful face infront of him.
'U are engrossed in the phone and walking aimlessly.' She said it back picking her stuff up.
Rohit listened to that and felt guilty. He immediately got down and helped her picking the stuff up.
'I am sorry, it's my mistake' said Rohit being apologetic.
She just picked her stuff up and went in the restaurant without sparing a glance to him.
Rohit sighed thinking how worst can this day be and went in the restaurant. He saw the girl he collided was sitting in the side table adjacent to his.
'Where are you idiot ? Are u even coming now?' Said Rohit on the phone.
'I am sorry Ro! I have to drop her and I am gonna be late' said Virat.
'Vi u know I am so angry and frustrated at you right now for ditching every plan we make.' Said Rohit irritated.
'Sorry na Ro! Next time pakka I will come.' Said Virat.
'Let it be! Drive safe. Vi speed limit mai drive kar ok! ' Said Rohit not wanting him to drive fast.

'Yes Ro' said Vi and hanged up the call.
'Sir your order' asked the waiter.
'Just a coffee please' said Rohit tiredly as he totally lost his appetite to eat anything because of his bestie.
'U know u should have coffee empty stomach. It can make u anxious' said the girl from the side table.
Rohit looked at her raising his eyebrows what does she mean by that.
'Sorry, I heard ur conversation and ur order. U should not have coffee on empty stomach.' She said softly.
'Thanks and I am sorry for earlier. It was my mistake, I was just annoyed.' Said Rohit being apologetic again.
'I know, I heard. It's okay!' She said politely.
'Sir ur coffee' arrived the waiter and gave his order. Rohit just nodded.
Rohit looked at menu to order something to eat but was so confused about it.
'What happened, don't know what u want to eat ?' She asked him looking at the menu from past 10 mins.
'Umm actually this place was chosen by a friend so I don't know what is good here. And I am not in mood to experiment' said Rohit.
'U can have grilled paneer and any type of rice. That's nice here!' She said softly.
'Thanks umm ...' he said as he didn't know her name.
'Ritika' she said.
'Thank you for helping me out' said Rohit sincerely.
'Your welcome Rohit' said Ritika smilingly.
'U know me?' he said surprised.
'Rohit everyone knows u!' She said being obvious. He got a embarrassed smile on his face due to that.
'Would u like to join me?' Rohit asked nervously inviting her. Her presence and her voice felt so calm that he wanted to talk to her more.
'I was just being polite by helping you, why would I join you?' Ritika said with an extremely serious face.

Rohit listened that and his face fell. He thought how stupid he could be. Why will any girl sit with him ? He didn't have that charm.
His thoughts was broken by Ritika's giggle.
'Why are you laughing ?' Rohit asked thinking did he do anything stupid again.
'Arey u are too cute, I was just joking yaar. I would love to join you. But I just have one doubt' Ritika said seeing his dejected face.
'What doubt?' Asked Rohit.
'If anyone sees me with you then wouldn't be a news the next day!' She asked nervously.
'It doesn't matter, even u don't join then also there will be news - 'Rohit Sharma was seen sitting alone in an restaurant, is he okay ? Did something happened to him? Did Virat Kohli said something to him?' Rohit said stating the obvious.
Ritika chuckled how he was imitating the news. She joined him on his table. Soon their food arrived.
Ritika was gonna say something when Rohit's phone rang. He just said a min.
'Ha Bol ? Kya ab ?' Asked Rohit.
'Don't get angry na Ro plz! Did u eat ur food ? Don't have coffee only order something nice. That place has good options of rice and grilled paneer. Toh order that! I am sorry yaar Ro.'
Virat said knowing Ro would have not eaten anything.
'Acha thike I will have that okay! Don't worry and come soon!' Said Rohit not able to be angry at him anymore.
Rohit smiled while hanging up the call how Ritika suggested the same options.
'It seems ur fight with ur friend is over' Ritika asked as he was smiling.
'I cannot stay angry with him for long time. Annoyed I can be but angry is difficult.' Said Rohit.
'That's cute' said Ritika smilingly.
They had their dinner over some small conversations.
'Thanks for today, hoping to meet you again may b' said Rohit smiling at her.
'U never know!' Said Ritika softly and went saying bye to him.
Ro was smiling seeing her when she was going. He thought How his irritated behaviour immediately changed into calm one just by talking to her! How he easily confided in a stranger.
