စကားပြောပြီးနောက် အဒေါ် ရွယ်ထွက်သွားသည်။မထွက်သွားခင် လင်းတန်ကို ပြံးရင်း "အရှင့်သား ခွေးလေး နာမည်က ချန်းအာ ပါ"
ထွက်သွားတော့ အထက်တန်းလွှာကြင်ယာတော် ပျင်းရိစွာ ညောင်စောင်းပေါ် မှီလိုက်ပြီး နန်းတွင်းအစေခံကိုအမိန့်ပေးလိုက်သည်။
"အဲခွေးကို မင်းသား အခန်းထဲပို့လိုက်"
လင်းတန် လက်ချောင်းများတုန်ယင်နေသည်။ ခြေလှမ်းနှစ်လှမ်းရှေ့တိုး ဒူးထောက်ချပြီးတီးတိုး "မယ်တော် သားတော် မမွေးချင်ဘူး"
အထက်တန်းလွှာ ကြင်ယာတော် သူ့လက်သည်းကို ပြန်ကြည့်ရင်း နူးညံ့တဲ့အသံနဲ့မေးတယ်။ "ဘာလို့မမွေးချင်တာလဲ? ဒီလိုဟာလေးတွေ အကြိုက်ဆုံးမဟုတ်ဘူးလား?"
လင်းတန်ဒူးထောက်ချပြီး ဘာမှမပြောချေ။
အထက်တန်းလွှာ ကြင်ယာတော် ကြည့်ပြီး လေသံ တဖြေးဖြေး ပြင်းထန်လာတယ်။ "မင်း ငါ ထပ်သတ်ခိုင်းမှာကြောက်နေတာလား? ဟုတ်တယ်မလား?"
လင်းတန် နောက်ကျော ရုတ်တရက်ဆန့်သွားသည်။လက်သီးတင်းတင်းဆုပ်ပြီး သတ္တိအပြည့်နဲ့ "ဟုတ်တယ်။ သားတော် သတ်ဖို့အတွက် မမွေးချင်ဘူး။ မယ်တော် ကျေးဇူးပြုပြီး ဒီသားတော် တောင်းဆိုတာ ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးပါ"
အထက်တန်းလွှာကြင်ယာတော်ရွယ် ဒေါသတကြီးရီမောတယ်။ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာထိုင်ပြီး သူ့သားတော် ကိုအချိန်အတော်ကြာ ကြည့် ကာ တသီးတသန့်ဆန်စွာ "တန်အာ ထတော့ "
လင်းတန် သွားတင်းတင်းစေ့ထားပြီး နှေးကွေးစွာထလိုက်သည်။ခေါင်းမော့ကြည့်တော့ သူ့မျက်လုံးထဲ သွေးပူနေသည့် ငယ်ရွယ်နုပျိုသည့် လူငယ်လေးရဲ့ခေါင်းမာသည့်အကြည့်တို့ရှိနေ၏။
အထက်တန်းလွှာကြင်ယာတော် ရွယ် သက်ပြင်းချပြီး သူ့သားကို သူ့ဘေး၌ ထိုင်ဖို့ ဆွဲချကာ ညင်သာစွာမေးလိုက်တယ်.
" မင်းကို ယုန်သတ်ဖို့ပြောလိုက်လို့ မင်း ဒီမယ်တော် ကို အပြစ်တင်တယ်? စိတ်ပျက်တာလား?"
စကားမပြောပဲ လင်းတန် ခေါင်းခါယမ်းတယ်။
အထက်တန်းလွှာကြင်ယာတော် ရွယ် သူ့ကိုကြည့်ပြီး "မင်း ဒီမယ်တော် ကို ရက်စက်တယ်လို့ ခံစားရစေတာ ဘာကြောင့်လဲဆိုတော့ အင်ပါယာမိသားစုမှာ ဘယ်လိုရပ်တည်ရှင်သန်ရမယ်ဆိုတာနားမလည်သေးလို့။ မင်းက အားနည်းပြီး ကြင်နာတက်တဲ့ နှလုံးသားရှိတယ်။ဒါက သာမန်မိသားစုတစ်ခုကမွေးဖွားရင် အဆင်ပြေတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ မင်းက တော်ဝင်မိသားစုမှာမွေးဖွားလာခဲ့တယ်။ ဒီနေရာက စစ်တိုက်တဲ့နေရာပဲ။လူတိုင်း သူတို့လက်နက်ကိုတစ်ပါတည်းယူဆောင်တဲ့နေရာ။ မင်း တခြားသူကိုရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်း စိတ်ရင်းအမှန်နဲ့ဆက်ဆံပေမဲ့ တခြားသူက မင်းကို ရိုးရှင်းတဲ့စိတ်ရင်းအမှန် နဲ့ဆက်ဆံမှာမဟုတ်ဘူး။ အနာဂတ်မှာအရာအားလုံးအတွက် တိုက်ခိုက်ဖို့ မင်းကိုမင်း မှီခိုရမယ်။ အခုရက်စက်ဖို့မသင်ယူရင် အနာဂတ်မှာမင်းဘယ်လိုလုပ် တိုက်ခိုက်ဖို့သင်ယူနိုင်မှာလဲ?"

လင်းတန် အရမ်းပျော်ရွှင်သွားသည်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ သူ့အမေဆီက အေးစက်စက်ပြောသံကြားရသည်။
