《The Hybridz | TBZ✔》Chapter 50 | Silent Treatment

As soon as the door closed, I punched the wall as hard as I could. It left a hole and my fist statred to bleed.
“Eric!” Chanhee burst out. “Y/N will be so mad at you!”
“I don’t care!” I shouted, getting in his face. “She clearly doesn’t care about us, does she?!"
Younghoon seperated us.
“Calm down, fighting won’t work”, he sighed. “We’ll punish her when she gets home. Silent treatment has always worked. Just ignore her when she comes home, just like she ignored us this morning.”
I looked at my bloody hand. I’d let that stay until Y/N came home so she could see what she had made me do. This was her fault.

It was well past 7 pm when I came home. I was exhausted, but I came home to make food for my hybrids. Poor things were probably hungry by now. But I noticed that when I came home, they didn’t come to meet me.
“Guys?” I asked.
I then noticed a hole in the wall.
“Holy-!” I said. “Guys, what happened?!”
I hurried around to see them, but noticed that only one had a bloody hand.
“Eric, what happened?” I wondered, holding his hand in mine, examining it.
He didn’t look at me nor answer.
“Eric? I’m talking to you?” I asked softly. “What happened to your hand? Did you punch a hole in the wall?”
No answer. I sighed and let go of his hand, only to walk away and come back with ointment. I took care of his hand, but he didn’t even look at me. And he certainly didn’t say ‘thank you’. I sighed and walked to make dinner, but none came to eat when I was done. That hurt my feelings. I waslked out into the living room.

“Guys, what’s going on?” I asked. “Why are you ignoring me?”
No reaction.
“Okay...I get it”, I said. “I’ll go to bed now anyway...I’m tired...I’ll see you tomorrow. Goodnight….”
No answer. WIth a sigh, I walked up to my room, changed and laid down in my bed. I hugged my body, silently crying. I didn’t know why, but I felt bad, like I’d done something wrong. They were always so nice to me, what had I done? I didn’t dare to ask why they ignored me since it apparently was very serious and if I asked, I might seem ignorant.

When Y/N had gone to bed, we walked over to the kitchen and ate the food that was on the stove. It was cold by now. Me and Juyeon went upstairs an hour later, to see if Y/N was sleeping. If she wasn’t, we'd let our guard down and help her sleep and if she had fallen asleep, we’d tuck her in. We opened the door carefully and saw her sleeping. We walked voer to the bed and noticed how her sweet face had makrs after tears.
“I feel so bad…”, I whispered, looking down into the floor. “We must have made her sad…”
Juyeon sighed and put his hand on my cheek, directing my face up again.
“Don’t be sad, okay?” he asked. “We had to do it. Just for a while more. Then we’ll go back to normal.”
I sighed and nodded. Juyeon tucked Y/N in and we went out. I sighed and ran my hand through my hair.

Dungeon Core Story
*This story has been dropped. I was writing it very chapter by chapter, then left it for a long time. When I came back I no longer liked the foundations I've built. I've learned much and will be starting something new* A dungeon that isn't a reincarnated human, but an all natural freshly born dungeon core with lots to learn about a world filled with magic and power.

The Granddaughter of Time
Teresa Hargrove was okay with giving up. She knew the Earth was doomed and there was nothing to be done about it. What she was not okay with was the Future, an enigmatic woman nearly fanatical in her devotion to making a difference, dragging her along — seemingly, to prove her wrong. It turns out though that the Future is very hard to understand. This story contains heavy themes, including mental illness, existential crisis and death. However, I still tried to eventually convey a message of hope. Several mythical and metaphorical beings in the shape of humans will appear in most chapters. However, they are not meant to be of a specific ethnicity or social background and are instead perceived differently by people around them. For your reading pleasure, feel free to imagine them any way you’d like, even if your imagination contradicts descriptions from the story. Enjoy!~
