《The Last Hybrid》19-Bachelorette Party

"Bachelorette party!"
I heard screams enter my room and disturbing my sleep.
I heard Jonathan groan beside me as he held me tighter.
I opened one of my eyes and saw Marie, Stephany, and Josie
I looked over at the clock on the side table.
"Guys it's too early." I mumbled into my pillow.
"It's 11 o' clock in the morning." Stephany pointed out. "The wedding is tomorrow and we still need a sleepover."
I groaned. "We have all day. Let me sleep."
"Nope because you are going to do our hair." Josie said.
She grabbed my arm and pulled me up.
"Alright, alright, I'm getting up. Just let me get dressed." I said.
"Hurry." Marie smiled.
They left the room and closed the door.
It has been a few weeks.
And like Stephany said my wedding day is tomorrow.
I'm terrified and excited all at the same time.
Today is my bachelorette party.
I stretched my arms and got out of the bed.
I've pretty much moved into Jonathan's room.
I went to the closet and got dressed in a t-shirt and shorts and some converse.
I walked back into the room and put my hair in a ponytail.
"Where are you going?" Jonathan asked.
"Bachelorette party." I sat on the bed next to him and ran my fingers through his hair.
"When will you be back?" He rested his head on my lap.
"I don't think you are going to see me until tomorrow." I said honestly. "I'm still trying to have a successful sleepover with the girls."
"I don't want to leave you for that long."
"Sorry but seeing the bride is bad luck."
"On the day of the wedding." He pointed out.

"Don't you have a bachelor party today also?" I asked.
"It can wait." He said.
"But I don't think my bridesmaids can."
He lifted his head and kissed my lips.
"I'll see you tomorrow. Love you." I said before leaving the room.
I went to Stephany's room.
Everyone was huddled up in her bathroom.
I closed the door behind me and walked towards them
"So what are we doing today?" I asked with a smile.
"Firs off hair, makeup, and outfits." Stephany counted on her fingers.
"Before you say anything else, I need to see what you guys want." I said. "I can't just conjure up something from thin air. It's not how it works."
"We figured." Josie spoke. "So we got some magazines."
"Ok but what's the actual plan for today?" I asked again.
"We are going to a bar that has 'make your own margarita' nights." Marie explained.
"Marie as your sister I am not letting you drink. None of us are. We are too young." I said.
She pouted. "You're underage too. Please."
"No we can't drink."
"Rosie, we are werewolves, it takes a lot more than a few margaritas to make us drunk." Stephany pointed out.
I crossed my arms over my chest. "I still don't know."
"Come on. The bar is run by werewolves and because you are a Luna, we can get in for free." Josie smiled widely.
I rolled my eyes. "Fine but we have three drinks and one shot maximum."
"Deal." They said in unison.
I heard small scratches at the door.
I walked over to it and opened it.
Quincy was sitting in front of the door looking at the ground.
I walked out of the room and closed the door.

I crouched down to make eye contact with him.
"Hey Quince, what's wrong?" I asked.
"I wanted to hang out with you before your wedding but I forgot that you were having a bachelorette party." He said while still looking at the ground.
I sat on the ground and crossed my legs.
"Quincy, why don't you tell me what's bothering you?" I grabbed his wolf head so he would look at me.
"Are you going to leave me because you are getting married?" He asked.
"Quincy, we are my best friend, I have been with you since you were a puppy, I am not going anywhere. I am not going to leave anyone ever again."
"Even if you have kids?"
"I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon but yeah, even then, you are going to be the first wolf my child sees." I smiled.
"Stop it, you're going to make me cry and no one wants to see that." His voice cracked.
I brought him into a hug.
He rested his head on my shoulder.
"Hey if you get bored today just go with Jonathan to his bachelor party."
"I don't know."
"If anyone asks you're a dog with a growth hormone." I said.
I let him go.
"Ok. Have fun." He walked back downstairs.
I walked back into the room.
"Do you have your references ladies?" I said.
They all squealed and shoved their magazines towards me.
******************
We were now at the bar.
Finishing up our margaritas at a booth that we were sitting at.
The bar was downtown.
It was in between the decent part of town and the rough part.
They blindfolded me and drove me here.
We were discussing plans for tomorrow.
"So, how do you feel Rosie?" Stephany asked.
"Honestly I have butterflies in my stomach and I'm excited too but I'm also disappointed."
"Why?" Marie asked.
"I really want my mother to be there. I don't care what she has done in the past."
"I understand." Said Josie. "Imagine your own mother not attending your wedding."
"I don't know where to find her to tell her." I said.
"Isn't there like a with a chat room or something?" Stephany asked.
An idea popped up in my head.
"Actually, there might be."
"Really? Damn, I'm so smart." She complimented herself.
"I'll be right back. Don't drink too much while I'm gone."
I exited the bar and went to the alley next to it.
I took out my book from my bag.
I brought it just in case everyone got drunk and I had to take them all home.
I don't leave the house without some sort of book.
I've barely looked at it but I remember seeing a spell.
A spell that allowed witches to contact each other.
I don't know if it works.
I've never tried it before.
I found the spell.
I read the page in my head.
Sign the witch's name of who you want to contact on the page then write your message then recite the words below.
I took out a pen and wrote my mother's name.
I wrote down my message and recited the spell.
"Mitte mihi nuntium."
The page broke into small pieces and floated away into the air.
"Please do not make me regret my decision mother."
