A/N: I'm very proud for that acronym
Alastor sits on the ground, typing on her wrist communicator with Gail in her lap.
Gail: Buggie!
Alastor: Hmm?
Alastor sees a termite on Gail's finger.
Alastor: Gail, put that down. That's a isoptera, or termite.
Alastor smacks and crushes the small creature as Gail sadly waves.
Gail: Bye buggie.
Alastor: I should let Avó (Grandma) know about this.
Kimi stands up and walks toward the kitchen, holding Gail hand in hand. Amanda runs down the stairs, screaming.
Amanda: Ew ew ew ew ew ew ew!
Eunice: Amanda, what's the matter, what's with all the screaming?
Mr. Wink: Is it screaming or squeeing, Mr. Fibb?
Mr. Fibb: I can't tell the difference anymore these days, Mr. Wink.
Amanda: There's bugs in my room, Dad and Uncle Timothy, so I'm screaming!
Eunice: I'm sure it was just a nest of spiders, come on.
They all gather in Amanda's rooms doorway to see it acting as a buffet to termites.
Eunice: Oh my, termites!
Alastor: Gail found a termite when we were on the floor but I thought nothing of it.
Gail: I scared, Av.
They gather outside their house with luggage.
Eunice: Looks like a termite infestation, boys and girls. But, your father has an emergency friend's house, right Johnny?
Mr. Wink nods and the children are blindfolded. They take off their blindfolds to see the Delightful Mansion From Down The Lane.
Alastor: I think your sight is deceiving you lately, because it looks like we're at the Delightful Mansion From Down The Lane.
Mr. Wink: That's because we are, right Mr. Fibb.
Mr. Fibb: Exactly Mr. Wink, Father is our emergency friend.
Mr. Wink: Would you preferred we selected-
Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb: The Tolietnator?
The evil adults and Alastor shudder as Father and his children open the front door.
Father: Yes, and we have decided to allow you in our home for a few days out of the goodness of our hearts.
Delightful Children: Shall we help you with your bags, Wehrmachts, Winks and Mr. Fibb?
Amanda: Ooooh, children servants, I like the way you think, Father!
Amanda drops her luggage in front of the Delightful Children and sashays into the mansion. Gail crawls to the Delightful Children.
Gail: Bwothuh, we get stay with Bwothuh and Chili?!
Lenny picks up the youngest Wehrmacht sibling.
Delightful Children: That's right, youngest Gail.
Gail: Yay!
They walk into the mansion.
Alastor: Avó (Grandma), the Delightful Children are mortal enemies of the Kids Next Door.
Eunice: You can get along with them for a few days.
Eunice walks into the mansion as Alastor and Lee behind, albeit reluctantly.
Delightful Children: This will be your living quarters for a few days. Mrs. Wink, your room is across from Father's. Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb, your rooms are next to Father's so you can catch up on evil adult plans. Amanda, your room is the farthest from anyone else's, we figured you would like to be far away from everyone, especially your sisters. Gail, your's is next to your grandmother's and father's, in case you need assistance in the night. Lee, yours is right across from Lenore's. Lenore, your is next to our's. (A/N: I'm assuming they share a room).
Alastor: (sarcastically) Lovely.
Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb ruffle Alastor's hair and give her hopeful smiles as the Delightful Children lead her to her room for the next few days.

Delightful Children: We'll let you get situated with your living conditions.
They walk away as Alastor sets her luggage on the bed and her wrist communicator beeps.
Alastor: Ola (Hello).
Nigel: Hello, where are you, your house is-
Alastor: Torn to shreds, tell me something I don't know. I'm at the Delightful Mansion, apparently my Pai (Dad) and Tio (Uncle) are friends with Father. So, until my house gets rebuilt, I'm rooming with the enemy.
Nigel: I'm really sorry to hear that, do you want to come to my house and talk.
Alastor: I'm practically bound in chains, so no.
Nigel: Okay, if you need anything, call me or one of the other Kids Next Door operative.
Alastor: I know, talk later.
Alastor sighs and signs off as Gail comes in her room.
Gail: Sissy Leni, you sad bout home?
Alastor: A little, but I'm mostly sad that I have to be with the Delightful Children, I know we're friends outside the Kids Next Door, but still, can't let them blind me.
>Three days laterFather is on the phone.
Father: I see. Thank you.
Father hangs up phone.
Father: Well, Wehrmachts, Winks, and Mr. Fibb, it looks like your house is almost done being rebuilt, you should have your home back around tomorrow. (A/N: What kind on contractors can rebuild a house in three days?!)
Eunice: Oh that's wonderful, we hated being a bother to you.
Father: Anything to help you guys.
Delightful Children: We'll miss playing with you, youngest Gail.
Gail: Wove you, Chili and Bwothuh!
Almost everyone heads upstairs.
Alastor: I'm gonna head to bed, night.
Alastor waves as the Delightful Children return the gesture.
Delightful Children: Good night.
Alastor sits in the bed in her pajamas and opens her wrist communicator.
Alastor: Ola (Hello), Nigel?
Nigel: Are you alright? Why are you calling so late, Lenore?
Alastor: I'll be out of Dreadful Manor by tomorrow, I can't wait!
Nigel: That's terrific, you'll be back in your house soon!
>The next dayThe residents of the Delightful Mansion stand where one's house should be.
Mr. Wink: This still looks unlivable to me, don't you think, Mr. Fibb?
Mr. Fibb: Very much so, Mr. Wink.
Father: The contractor said that your house was ready.
Delightful Children: Odd, does that mean the Wehrmachts, Winks and Mr. Fibb will stay with us?
Father: Well they certainly can't stay here.
Alastor stands in the rubble of her house with her teammates.
Alastor: It makes no sense, Father even got a call from the contractors, saying that the house was ready.
Abby: I'm telling you, someone wants you out of this house.
Wally: Guys, I think I found something.
Everyone goes over to the blonde as he holds up a grey crest pin.
Wally: What is this?
Alastor: That reminds me of the badge the boy Delightful Children wear.
Nigel: It does, but unless there were Delightful Children when your house was built, which I seriously doubt, how did it get here?
Alastor: I have no idea.
The Delightful Children walk up to the remains of the house, one of them missing their crest pins.
Alastor: Ola (Hello), "roomies".
Delightful Children: Your grandmother and father have requested to get you to the Delightful Mansion.
They jab their thumbs behind them.
Alastor: Kinda busy here.
Delightful Children: Hmm, do we care? No!
Alastor: Coming.
Alastor sighs.
Alastor: I gotta go guys.
>At the Delightful MansionEunice: I know this isn't our idea of spending our days but at least we have a place to stay.
Alastor: I have a hunch that someone wants us to stay here, earlier today, Wally found a grey crest badge by what's left of our house.
Mr. Wink: That means what, Mr. Fibb?
Mr. Fibb: I have no idea, Mr. Wink?
Alastor: The Kids Next Door and I think that whoever destroyed our house left it behind.
>Three days laterThe Delightful Children are on the phone.
Delightful Children: We'll tell Father. Goodbye, adult person.
Alastor: Well?
Delightful Children: Your house will be ready by tomorrow, and we'll go back to hating each other, Lenore Wehrmacht. (A/N: Can I hire these contractors? They don't slack off!)
Eunice: I hope those contractors don't stall like the others did. If they did, I'm suing!
Delightful Children: No need to sue, Mrs. Wink. They're our contractors, so if anything happens, then blame us.
Gail yawns and cuddles closer to Lenny.
Alastor: Looks like we should head to bed, big day tomorrow, huh.
Eunice: Good riddance, I was practically falling asleep there! Well good night.
>The next dayThe victims of the last house bust witness this one.
Amanda: Is this the part where we blame you?
Delightful Children: What? How is this possible? You believe us, right Lenore?
Alastor: I honestly don't know anymore.
They all walk away. Alastor sifts through the rubble with the rest of Sector V.
Alastor: This doesn't make sense, guys, I thought Father and the Delightful Children would love to get rid of us.
Kuki: They are, someone is just trying to keep you there.
Hoagie: Maybe a prints.
Hoagie points at an outline in the mud.
Hoagie: The one who's destroying your house must've left this print!
Alastor: That makes more evidence but this looks like the person fell rather than a shoe or hand.
Hoagie: Let's have a stakeout to find whoever comes here at night!
Wally: Alright! Just like those crime movies!
Hoagie's POV (A/N: I just chose someone at random since Alastor's not here)
>Night timeAbby: Two hours of nothing, are we sure that the termites didn't just escape their cage or something, guys?
Nigel lowers his binoculars.
Nigel: If you think that, then explain the pattern.
Kuki: Every time the Wehrmachts and Winks try to go home, an interference with the termites makes them stay at the Delightful Mansion.
Hoagie pushes down on everyone's heads.
Hoagie: SSH! Someone's coming!
A shadowy person walks up and inaudibly talks to the contractors. Sector V except Alastor walk behind the shadowy figure as the person counts money.
Nigel: Alright, mystery person, hands where we can see them!
The shadowy person puts their hands up in surrender, still holding money. (A/N: The important things in life)
Abby: Now show yourself!
Hoagie: No need to. When you review the evidence, it all makes sense.
~Flashback of Wally holding up the grey crest badge~
Hoagie: When Numbuh 4 found the badge, Numbuh 6 was right when she said it looked like one of the Delightful Children's, then-
~Flashback of the Delightful Children walking up to the Kids Next Door~
Hoagie: When the Delightful Children come to collect Numbuh 6, one of them was missing their badges.
Kuki: Ok, well there are still three witness, Numbuh 2.
Abby: And they could've just forgot their badge.
Hoagie: Highly unlikely, when we were inspecting the print in the mud, Numbuh 6 was also right about it looking like someone fell, he fell after paying the contractors to keep the termites in the house.
Hoagie points to the outline.
Hoagie: If you look closely, where the head would be is a perfect circle, no one's head with hair is a perfect circle, right?
Wally: I know where you're going, mate.
Wally gets out a flashlight and shines it on the shadowy person, making a dark blue shirt highlight the shadowy person's appearance.
Wally: Give it up, HELMET DELIGHTFUL WHO HAS A CRUSH ON NUMBUH 6!
The present operatives except Wally gasp as Lenny turns around. (A/N: Idk why I'm thinking of this but I imagine Lenny turning around by putting his right ankle over his left and turning on his tip toes. You know, all smooth. Sorry if that description stinks).
Kuki: But why did you do it, what was your motive?!
Lenny raises his finger to speak.
Nigel: It was so Numbuh 6 could stay at the Delightful Mansion, right?
Lenny hangs his head and sadly nods.
Nigel: Well, we're gonna have to tell Numbuh 6 about this.
Lenny picks his head up with his ocean eyes as wide as the ocean as he shakes his head and hands, motioning his distaste for Nigel's plan.
Kuki: You kidding, Numbuh 6 will hate him more then she wants us to believe!
Abby: Numbuh 5 have the perfect cover story.
>The next morningAlastor: What, the Delightful Children did this?!
Her teammates smile innocently.
Wally: Yep.
Alastor: And I know why, they wanted to get every ounce of Kids Next Door knowledge out of me before Delightfulizing me!
Hoagie: Yep, that's the only reason that is this reason.
The rest of Sector V laugh innocently.
End transmission
Trivia
- This is the second and last time Lenny appears without the other Delightful Children just like in Operation U.N.D.E.R.C.O.V.E.R., however, he didn't talk
- Mr. Fibb says that Father is his and Mr. Wink's emergency friend, however, they could've stayed with the Fulbrights since they live closer
- When Kuki is explaining the pattern of the termites, she forgets to mention Mr. Fibb
- The Sector V operatives are only referred by their code names at the end but only Numbuhs 2, 4, 5, and 6 are said. They are referred to by their real names instead
- Alastor doesn't seem grossed out as she normally is when Mr. Fibb puts his hand on her head (A/N: She says it feels like an aquatic animal on her head. Bottom line, she doesn't like his walrus hand on her head)
- No one really played an antagonistic role in this episode, as Lenny only paid the contractors to keep the termites in the house so his crush and her family could stay under the Delightful Children's living conditions
- The termites destroyed the house in only a few minutes when in reality it would take around a year or two but it could be assumed that Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb had the termites before the rest of the family moved in
- If you look closely when the Delightful Children come to collect Alastor, Lenny is missing his grey crest badge, alluding that he's the suspect
- Ella is not individual in this episode, making it one of the first times she has since season 1
- Lee doesn't say anything the whole episode

Code Reader Kagami (LitRPG)
Sometimes things happen in this world that we are not in control of. Sometimes we are to a certain degree, and sometimes we are completely in control. However, this is a tale that constantly questions those boundaries. The story follows Kagami, a young programmer, as he winds up in a world almost alien to him. If it were up to him, he would have never visited this world and would rather stay raising his young daughter. Was it through his own actions that he had wound up here? Was it due to several combinations of factors? Or was it something he completely chose. These are questions that constantly haunt Kagami’s mind as he wanders this world and ponders his actions. Unfortunately, the glaring truth of it all refuses to ever look him in the eyes. Each night as he looks up at the night sky, he wonders if the end of this would turn out like the game he made. A tale of Guts and Glory… or would it turn out like he fears, a tale of blood and tears. Regardless of how it turns out, he will one day unveil the truth enshrouding it all. And perhaps in doing so, unveil the fate of his old world, enshrouded by mystery. ___________________________________________________________________________ While this is a typical Isekai started by the infamous truck-kun, the story is most definitely not what is to be taken at face value. I love making tragic twists into these types of stories. For Code Reader Kagami, you'll begin to see a descent into psychological madness. As your hero changes entirely from the moral man he initially was. If you're not a fan of dark aspect stories, this one is not for you. Thank you~
