A few days later.
The band was back together.
Well, except Sasha and Rosita and Maggie.
We were on our way to a camp that Tara had crossed paths with.
Tara sighed "They-They have guns. a lot of them. i saw it"
Daryl "what?"
Tara "that group i saw. Um, the woman i met. They have an armory. They have guns. "
Dad "why didn't you tell us before now?"
Tara "i made a promise, Rick. "
Rick "are you ready if this goes south?"
Tara"it won't"
Dad"if it does, you don't need to feel bad"
Tara "i do feel bad. I will"
Dad shook his head "Tara, you don't have to"
--
Dad helped Michonne to climb up a tree "once you're up watch for the signal. "
Michonne nodded "what time does the clock start?"
Dad "as soon as she's in. "
Michonne sighed.
Dad "You good?"
Michonne nodded "i'm good enough"
Dad nodded and he and i walked back to the others.
We were preparing for war.
Daryl and Jesus were placing the bombs around the area.
-
Suddenly we an explosion and then another explosion. people were running around scared.
They ran straight in our direction.
Erin, Carl, Gabriel and i aimed our guns at them.
I yelled"Get down on your knees"
They all went down to there knees and put their hands behind their heads.
I yelled "we don't want anyone to get hurt. Stay down and listen to what we say. We want this to go as simply and as peacefully as possible"
Gabriel "all of you can make it that way"
Daryl and the others came with the rest of the women. The two women joined the group on the ground.

Dad "Now, we made a lot of noise. We want to wrap this up so you can send people to redirect anything coming this way. Tara said your forests are relatively clear, so we won't take any chances. No one needs to get hurt. This is just about what you have, what we need. "
Natania walked to us yelling "nobody's taking anything!."
She had a gun aimed at Tara who she held in front of her "you need to let everyone go and leave right now. Just walk away or this one dies. "
Dad "Yeah, we'll leave you alone. But we're taking your weapons with us. That's not gonna change. It's Natania, right? Put the gun down, and let's talk about what we can change."
Natania shook her head "no. leave. right now"
Tara looked up and yelled "Michonne, don't!"
Natania"we just wanna be left alone"
Dad nodded "Yeah, we'll leave you alone. Just let go of her. Now. Or we'll kill you. None of us want that"
The girl next to Natania "they want us to fight the Saviors. "
Natania "we tried that. We lost. too much. we're not gonna lose anymore..not our guns, not our safety, not after everything we've done to get here. "
Tara "we're gonna win. with your guns, with or without your help."
Dad "Natania, put the gun down"
Tara "you kill me, and you die. And my people take the guns and nothing changes"
I looked at the group on the ground.
A woman nodded "Maybe we should try"
The others started to nod.
The girl next to Natania "Grandma, stop. It's over. Just talk to them, okay?"
Natania yelled "It's not over. They've forgotten. "
She looked at her people "You've all forgotten. Some of you actually want to fight them? After everything? We can lose our guns. but us leaving this place to fight? After everything? i have to remind you? ! yes. I am gonna do this, and then i'm gonna die. But it's that important. This is your life, all of you. Remember what it looks like. Remember what they did to us! You need to see this"

Suddenly we heard Michonne yell "Rick! Walkers!"
The granddaughter punched Natania in the face. I looked surprised when Enid stood behind the Natania with a gun aimed at her.
Enid froze in place.
I looked around.
Walkers were coming near us.
I froze "Dad?"
Dad "everybody up! put the children behind us"
a woman "first shift join them in the line. line up! knives out. Dead only. Dead only!"
Dad yelled "everyone, shots within 10 feet of the line. That's it"
We all aimed the guns at the walkers.
I asked confused and disgusted "Why do they look like they crawled out of the ocean?"
Dad "now!"
We started to shoot at them.
One by one fell to the ground.
Then they all died, for good.
Beatrice offered dad her knife.
Dad grabbed it and nodded.
Then he offered her his hand and she shook it.
Natania stood up and glared at Dad "no. We're not fighting them with you. So take your damn guns and go"
then she walked away.
Back at the camp.
My people were transporting the weapons to the vehicles.
I helped Carl carrying a box to the RV.
Night. Home.
My jaw dropped when i saw Rosita opening the front gate for us.
We parked inside the walls.
I got off Daryl's bike and walked to Rosita "You okay?"
she nodded and hugged me.
Jesus looked around "where's Sasha?"
Her face fell.
I grabbed her hand.
Rosita "there's someone here"
She started to walk to our "prison".
We all looked at each other before following her.
She opened the cell and there stood Dwight.
I looked around saw Daryl looking at Dwight "Daryl, don't. Dary-"
Suddenly he came at Dwight but Dad and Jesus tried to hold him back as good as they could.
Dad "slow down"
Rosita "He wants to help us"
Daryl was breathing heavily.
I walked into the cell and grabbed Daryl's arm in case he wanted to rip Dwight's head off.
Dad turned to Dwight "that true? you want to hep?"
Dwight nodded "i do"
Dad "okay. "
He aimed his gun at Dwight's head "get on your knees"
I raised an eyebrow, smirking.

Ars Magica
Our vision comes back into focus. Our eyes, while being able to perceive the immediate surroundings, still leave us with our minds uncomprehending towards what is actually occurring. Sure, there are definitive things that we can focus on, like the fact that we're either out upon the open sea or the open ocean, there not being much of a difference with no land in sight, as well as the fact that we appear to be upon a haphazardly constructed metal boat, whose seams are barely able to keep a hold of themselves in the crashing waves. However, that does not let us understand what exactly is causing the waves in the first place. If we were to rewind time, we'd find ourselves upon a calm sea under a peaceful sky with the only difference, being a small whirlpool that would be the precursor towards this uproar around the boat. Lightning flashes in the sky, with no clouds being near, and anyone actually manning the boat has either died towards the cause of the smashing tides in the first place, or are fighting amongst the flashes of lightning, all while trying not to become devoured, demolished, and utterly decimated by the beast roiling in the whirling waves. To better understand exactly what is happening here, there is one singular event that needs to be understood, that needs to be explained, and that is the arrival of a creature named Dave. Stepping back from current events and going towards this creature's first appearance in the world, we begin to hear the sound of water slowly dripping across rocky ground. The cavern is utterly silent except for this one constant, its cause feeding channels downwards, sloping towards cracks in the rubble along the floor from broken stalagmites and stalactites. And there, lying on top of something which had fallen over recently, judging from its cracks, is a person, the creature named Dave. His form is fast asleep, either from the impact or from an intoxication, judging from the smell upon its breath. A bright light suffuses into it for a second, giving life towards the pale skin, before it slowly dies down back to the comfortable black of the cave that it's within. Before this moment in time, Dave did not exist in the physical world. At least, not in the reality that he finds himself born into. We do not know whether or not his existence is simply a cosmic joke, or something that is being played out on purpose. All that we do know, is that one moment, the body was not in the cave, and simply formed in the next. The actual earliest time that we know Dave exists, is the interpolation of the memories of J-209, which we'll begin looking into shortly to gain context towards the coming narrative that is being written and hastily trying to keep itself written. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Warning: This story has several things which might turn its readers away. The first is that this story has shifting points of perspective. Don't worry about that previous sentence too much though, as the main character will always have a first person perspective associated with them. However, any other character from which we're viewing the story from will either be in third-person, as we are not necessarily in their shoes at the moment, or in first person, given that the narrator is an actual physical presence within the story. For the most part, chapters will be self-contained with their perspectives, so there will not be an abundance of switching perspectives within the same chapter. The most that an average reader would have to worry about is the fact that perspectives can switch between chapters. The second thing is that the main character is a bit on the 'special' side of things. He's not exactly mentally there most of the time, so there will be some times that his personality or his thoughts do not actively align with his actions. The third, and final thing of importance, is the fact that past the first couple of chapters, nothing has been planned in advance. There are arcs and plots that I want to do, want to implement, or have already been set into motion from our main character's introduction to the world, but the method that I use for my story writing and generating leads towards a bit more random chance being enabled. Basically...there's a lot of dice rolling behind the scenes. To not complicate the story further than its regular LitRPG elements, the rolls will not be publicly available. However, there will be knowledge within the author's notes on whether or not there were positive or negative critical rolls that had occurred within the chapter. You have been warned. Updates: Mondays & Fridays (Schedule permitting) Typical Chapter Length: (2,000-3,000)

Alive
At the center of a now unmoving battlefield the remains of a corpse rose from the others. A pile of bones held together by unknown means looked over the cadaver covered soil into the starry night. "What are those? Where am I? Who am I? What is my purpose?" Words formed questions in its head, none of which had an answer... For now, as a thought creeped up in its mind giving a reason to its movements: "I want to know" [Hello everyone, before you start reading this, if you want to read this, do know that this is just an idea that suddently appeared in my mind and I wanted to write it down so I'm not sure when the updates will appear though I did imagine the whole story {More like the beginning and the end}. Convergence Series
Eulisses Malinor is a prodigious and somewhat reclusive wizard with an unconventional outlook on life itself. The latter may or may not be related to him shedding the burdens of mortality some time ago. He claims that every wizard that takes pride in themself needs to reside in a tower in the middle of nowhere. It definitely has nothing to do with the Addia fanatics that continue to seek him out. Successfuly, much to his discontent. Ever out to ‘cleanse’ him, or bloody murder him if you'd ask the lich himself. But soon, that will no longer be a problem, as Eulisses has finally gathered every reagent - magical or otherwise he needs. He will tear open and stabilize a miniature Rift, essentially creating his very-own pocket realm in which even Addia’s gaze will no longer be able to reach him. Everything has been carefully planned out in advance, so there is no possibility of failure. You can maybe then imagine his bafflement, when instead of the nothingness of his successfully created pocket realm, Eulisses finds himself in a quite holy looking hall, amidst quite too-baffled looking fellows, in the centre of a gigantic summoning circle - allegedly, he cannot read the runes that make it up - and facing a young and quite fair maiden that stares at him quite wide-eyed.

Yang enrolls in the Imperial Officers’ Academy to study history, but despite his unusual and unmistakeable talent as both a tactician and a scholar, his classmates resent him for being a visible outsider.
