"What's taking those two so long?" Ching asked as she placed her hands on her lap, shifting her position on the couch. I shrugged, putting on a small smile. "I'm not sure. Maybe they left?" I suggested as the front door suddenly burst open, revealing an excited Abyo and a red-faced Garu. "There they are! What took you two so long?" Ching curiously asked raising an eyebrow.
"Eh. Can't tell you, it's a secret." Abyo said, slurring the last word before glancing off to Garu with a smirk. I examined both the two, Garu suddenly elbowing Abyo on the stomach. "It's nothing. We just stood out there and caught up." Garu responded, our eyes meeting as a sudden hint of red spread on his cheeks. "Don't worry, it's no biggie. You guys might as well take a seat." Ching offered as both the boys nodded, heading over the sofa.
"As you guys wait, i'll go and get us some snacks and refreshments hm?" Ching added as she got up and dusted her purple dress. Abyo suddenly took Ching by the wrist, causing her to halt and turn around. "Uh- wait! Let me come and help you." Abyo offered, a smile on his face— his eyes averting to Garu once again. What's up with these two? Ching chuckled, holding Abyo's hand. "Fine. Just don't spill the tea this time." She said— and with that they both disappeared into the kitchen.
I watched as they left, leaving trails of giggles as I shrugged afterwards. Those two must, definitely are dating. I glanced to my right, seeing as Garu sat on the very end from me, his cheek rested on his palm. I pursed my bottom lip, letting out a small giggle.
I gulped, a gush of thoughts filling my head as I zoned out. Damn that Abyo. He'll expose me in no time, I can't trust him at this point. I thought, shaking my head in fear. A sudden brush of wind hit up against my neck, the vacant spot to my left suddenly feeling weighted. "What're you thinking about?" A sweet feminine voice called out to me— I looked down only to realize it was Pucca.

She had moved from all the way to the opposite end of the couch to beside me— she was also rather close. I instantly froze, not knowing what to do. The thought of my conversation with Abyo suddenly ran through my mind, nervousness hitting my whole body. "Ah- are you alright?" Pucca asked in a soft tone, tilting her head to the side. I frantically nodded, feeling her hand rest on my forehead for a brief moment.
I bit my bottom lip, feeling my whole face steam up. "You've gotten red all of a sudden. Are you sick?" She asked, pure worry emitting from her voice as a small smile appeared on her lips. Agh— This'll be difficult for me. I thought, heaving out a deep sigh as I managed to lift up my right arm.
I placed my hand on-top of her hand that rested on my forehead, looking her right in the eyes. "I'm fine. Thank you for worrying about me." I declared giving a smile, noticing her eyes widen in shock. Pucca's cheeks burned red, her eyes constantly fluttering— her gaze becoming unsteady. "I-I.. yeah! It's no problem! Just checking!" She said in a rush, her hand still under mine.
I gently brought her hand down along with mine, undoubtedly cupping her hand in my hands. A bold move of mine. I gulped, aware that I was blushing. "Thank you." I managed to say once again— this time her whole face steaming red. Pucca, about to open her mouth disturbed when Abyo came busting in yelling from on-top of his lungs. "Aha! The tea is ready peasants!" He yelled as both me and Pucca quickly got away from each other.
She shifted over to the other side once again, her cheeks still burning red. I looked up to the ceiling, placing my hands on my thigh with a scoff. Abyo grunted, putting the tea on the small coffee table. "Huh. What's up with you two?" He asked, standing up straight- both hands on his hips. "Abyo! You forgot the cookies!" Ching ordered as Abyo came rushing back. "Alright, alright!"

Take Two!
College student majoring in botany has a fateful encounter with truck-kun while trying to get back in shape after realizing that his freshman 15 turned into the sophomore 20, and then the junior 30. After going through a very amusing(to some) hell, he gets the chance to transmigrate into a body of his own design on a magical world. Playing to his strengths, he chose the Plantkin race, and the new name of Sorrel to match. This is a slow-paced, magical, slice-of-life story with a focus on relationships. There will be sex(I'll try to keep the explicit stuff to a minimum, but it will be there), swearing, really bad jokes, and enough food to spoil your diet. There will not be a lot of action, epic quests to save the world, or anything even remotely resembling a big-bad-evil-guy(a few smaller bad guys, sure. But, no BBEG). Note: This is a re-write of my first story "Congratulations, You're Dead!". And, is much more what I wish I had written in the first place. The characters and the world are very similar, with a few key differences. The story may borrow some elements from Congrats, but should be considered as its own work. Reading Congrats first is not needed, or even reccommended, not unless you want to see some really cringey romance in the early chapters.

The Merchant Adventurer
Boltac, an ordinary, money-grubbing Merchant takes on the impossible quest of saving his town and rescuing the woman he loves from a treacherous and powerful Wizard. An artful, satire of dungeon crawls and cRPG's, the Merchant Adventurer is part Princess Bride, part Dungeon Pawn Stars and a rollicking good read.

Note that I might be over-cautious with the content warnings. "Gore" consists of some fights and people turning to stone. Sexual Content appears infrequently, is intrinsic to the story, and never graphic. Chapters to be posted every Friday and Tuesday Cover photograph courtesy of SandiePhotos www.sandiephotos.com.

A man once lived in a modern world, surrounded by the tragedy of humans, he was despaired. He did his best to ignore it. Did his best to hide in the safety of his own circumstances. But eventually the tragedy reached him. And when it did... it left a broken man, who was tired of the world and it's circumstances. He took things into his own hands. He would change the world. But this story isn't about that. For after all was done, the man dying peacefully on his own terms, he would have a new life ahead of him. Now unbound by attatchments and responsibility, in a completely new world for him to explore, he would make sure his new life didn't end up like the last one. This fiction won't be updated regularly due to my own circumstances and while I will try to update it often, I won't always be able to. That being said I hope you enjoy this little work of mine. I'm not an experienced, and don't consider myself a good author in any way. But hopefully some people will enjoy this fiction like I do writing it, regardless of that.
