《Jenlisa | Guide To Raising The Sick Villain》58

“I will give you the money after the college entrance examination. From now on, whether or not I’m dead or alive, poor or blessed, it has nothing to do with you.”
Mother Kim was startled, and the first reaction in her heart was to wonder where Jennie got so much money? Was it really like her son said? Was there a particularly rich male classmate chasing Jennie? So rich that he could spend hundreds of thousands at once without blinking an eye?
But if there was such a person, why would Jennie say that she would only give it after the college entrance examination?
Mother Kim couldn’t figure it out, “Who knows if you are lying. What if after the college entrance examination, you can go to a university far away, and disappear in a blink of an eye. Where would I go to you?”
“You don’t have to agree. Maybe I will leave this place in a few days, then you won’t be able to find me for the rest of your life.”
Mother Kim was suddenly persuaded.
If Jennie really ran away, she would lose all her money! At that time she wouldn’t have enough tears left to cry?
Mother Kim couldn’t think of any other way that Jennie could have gotten the money from.
She didn’t think about the possibility of Jennie getting the college entrance examination award. Mother Kim only felt that the only way Jennie would be able to get her hands on so much money would be because she had the backing of some other wealthy student, maybe they would be even richer than Park Jaebeom’s family!
After such a comparison, Qiao’s mother suddenly felt that she didn’t mind as much about the situation with Park Jaebeom. Maybe in the future Jennie would find someone better than Park Jaebeom, she should wait and see..
The matter was finally settled, and Mother Kim returned home with satisfaction. When she came back she asked Seungmin to find out who was chasing Jennie back then.
Although Seungmin didn’t know much about Jackson’s family situation, Jackson was a star in the school. Everyone talked about him a lot so Seungmin knew some things from along the grapevine.
“He’s a handsome man and his family has a lot of money. I heard people say that his family is engaged in real estate.”
Real estate!
It was far superior than opening a hot pot restaurant!
Mother Kim figured it out and immediately called Sister Kim and asked Sister Kim to tell Park Jaebeom so that he should stop disturbing Jennie.
Sister Kim was dumbfounded, why did it become like this in the blink of an eye?
“The third child has a quick temper. What would I do if she ran away one day in a hurry?”
Mother Kim said, “And I don’t think that Park Jaebeom is too good. His parents are restaurant owners . Your sister is so beautiful, maybe she will meet someone better in the future.”
Hearing this from Mother Kim Second Sister Kim got pissed.
Mother Kim lightly rejected the matter, but wasn’t it her that had to deal with that annoying Park Jaebeom afterwards!
How dare Mother Kim say this to Park Jaebeom? After thinking about it, Sister Kim decided to put all the responsibility on Jennie.
On the phone, Second Sister Kim sounded very sorry for Park Jaebeom, and yelled at Jennie, saying that Jennie didn’t agree with her. She said that they had tried to convince her so many times, but no matter what they said she would not agree. She even threatened to run away so that they wouldn’t be able to find her all.

Park Jaebeom waited several days for the good news, but when he thought he finally got it what came was a slap in the face! No matter how much he liked Jennie, only anger was left.
After scolding Jennie angrily, he still couldn’t help but immediately sent a message to the classmate who he inquired about Jennie’s phone number.
Jennie changed her phone number, and so the number Park Jaebeom had asked someone to inquire before was no longer reachable. Park Jaebeom could only ask someone to give it to him again.
But the result was that, he waited and waited, but still couldn’t get it.
No one knew Jennie’s current phone number except for Lisa and Uncle Chen. Park Jaebeom was originally angry, but now it had exploded.
“Fine, it was you who provoked me, alright?” Park Jaebeom held the phone in his hand with a furious expression. Let’s see if that bitch Jennie could really afford to reject him!
From Mondays to Fridays outsiders were not able to get into the school at all. Even if Park Jaebeom was rich, it was not easy for him to do it. So Park Jaebeom could only continue to squat at the school gate on weekends.
He didn’t believe that Jennie could stay inside the school for a lifetime.
But unexpectedly, Jennie really didn’t come out.
Since she decided to give the money to Mother Kim in exchange for her freedom, Jennie has resumed her habit of high-intensity studying reminiscent of her first year. In addition, because Lisa no longer came to school, Jennie suddenly felt that the number of people who she could talk to were fewer.
Park Jaebeom squatted at the entrance of the school for two days but did not see her. He was itchy with hatred but could not figure out a way.
As a result, before he could figure out a solution, something happened to Park Jaebeom’s family.
The Food and Drug Administration, which was usually not dispatched at this time, made a sudden inspection and found materials that did not meet hygienic standards in the back kitchen.
Every year, many restaurants would be found with sanitation levels that were not up to standard. Generally speaking, as long as the circumstances were not serious, the fine would only be several thousand yuan, and if the restaurant was unlucky then maybe it would be in the tens of thousands.
So when he first heard this, Park Jaebeom didn’t care much about it, but when the final punishment was decided, both Park Jaebeom and his parents were dumbfounded.
The fine was indeed not much, but the entire store was forcibly closed.
They could no longer run the business.
For the Luo family, this was a bolt from the blue.
At the same time, at the branch run by Park Jaebeom’s father and Second Sister Kim also encountered problems. Second Sister Kim had never run a restaurant before so she followed what Father Kim and Mother Kim used to do when running there restaurant. She even used similar ingredients as them. So it didn’t take long for the new store to become like the restaurant Father Kim and Mother Kim ran. As a result, she was arrested.
While the Food and Drug Administration only found irregular ingredients and materials in Park Jaebeom’s family’s restaurant, they found all sorts of problems in Second Sister Kim’s hotel.
The branch that had just been opened for less than a month was immediately closed, and its permit and business license was also revoked.
But the bad luck that had fallen on Park Jaebeom’s father was even worse. The name that was written as the operator of this store was his name.

The incident at the original shop made Park Jaebeom’s father slip, but it was Second Sister Kim’s shady operations and mismanagement which directly dragged Park Jaebeom’s father into hell.
The two restaurants directly stopped production, and the province’s news network directly criticized them by name. Within a few days, everyone knew that the two hot pot restaurants were not up to standard in hygiene and used expired low-quality materials.
The credibility of the hotel was damaged by the suspension of production, and only one result was left, bankruptcy.
Park Jaebeom, who drove a small luxury car every day and felt that he was high enough to go to heaven, had no time to deal with Jennie. His family had suddenly fallen into an economic crisis and so he had no mind to care about her.
In addition to that, Park Jaebeom faintly felt that this matter was not that simple.
His father seemed to have aged by several years recently, and every day he would ask Park Jaebeom’s mother and Park Jaebeom whether or not they provoked someone outside.
Sudden inspections, strict punishments, and subsequent media propaganda, such a series of operations was almost definitely premeditated.
Park Jaebeom was sweating all over when he heard his father’s words. Although he didn’t want to believe it, he couldn’t help but think of Jennie.
Jennie was the only person who he could have offended in this span of time.
But what he couldn’t figure out was how and where Jennie gained the ability to do such a thing?
Park Jaebeom’s sorrow was bleak, and the Second Sister Kim was so scared that she didn’t dare to express it.
To put it bluntly, Second Sister Kim fell directly into the water along with her husband
Second Sister Kim destroyed the new restaurant that her husband had invested a lot of money in with her own hands. Not to mention her husband’s loss of millions of dollars, she also made Park Jaebeom’s family their enemy.
Her husband pointed at her and accused her of not knowing anything but daring to still do it, and how her stupid Kim family and their teaching had made him lose millions.
The more that he talked the more angry he got, until he finally left the house in a huff.
The son who was less than two years old cried and cried, but the second sister’s husband didn’t want to look at her again. He went outside that night and didn’t come home. This happened again for many days after that.
________________
Jennie had no idea what was going on. It was only when Uncle Chen came to pick her up again that she knew something happened to Park Jaebeom’s family.
Jennie looked at Lisa’s face subconsciously, and Lisa said lightly, “The hygiene of the Park family’s restaurant was not up to standard. The news came in some time ago.”
“Oh, so that’s it,” Jennie said, and stopped thinking about it. After hearing of their accident, she only had two words in her heart, deserved it.
Lisa finally took care of everything for Jennie, and even arranged for someone to look after her. After finishing everything, he and Jennie sat on the sofa to watch a movie together.
When the movie was about to end, Lisa suddenly said, “I’m going to be away for a while.”
Jennie’s eyes stopped looking at the TV.
Recently, Lisa didn’t come to school. It had been nearly 20 days, and during that span of time she became sensitively aware that something was about to happen.
Lisa’s words confirmed her suspicion.
Lisa said that he would leave for a period of time. If it were someone else that he was saying this to then they may have treated it as him leaving for a few days, but Jennie faintly felt that this was not the case.
She paused for a long time before saying, “How long.”
“Maybe soon,” Lisa said before pausing for a moment and then continuing, “but it might be a long time.”
If the best hospital couldn’t cure his leg, and he still couldn’t stand up. Then he would pack up, and come back soon.
But if there was a chance of saving his legs, then there would be a long rehabilitation period, so it will take a long time.
Lisa didn’t want to tell Jennie that he was going to treat his legs, because even he didn’t know what would come of it.
Maybe it would be hope, maybe it would be despair.
It was an unknown and cruel trial.
So he didn’t want to tell Jennie, to make sure she wasn’t worried if it would be successful and be disappointed if it wasn’t.
After all if he didn’t tell Jennie, then if he couldn’t be treated, then after he returned little would change between him and Jennie.
But if it could be treated, if he could really stand up…
Lisa’s heartbeat suddenly became faster.
If he could stand up, that would be his biggest surprise to Jennie.
Lisa didn’t say anything, and Jennie didn’t ask any more, but she couldn’t hide the disappointment mixed in her voice.
“Where to?”
“America.”
“When do you leave?”
“After the New Year.”
I will spend the New Year with you.
Jennie has no family or relatives anymore. She now regards this place as a home, and Lisa didn’t want to leave Jennie alone on the day when everyone else would reunite.
On New Year’s Day, the coming of the New Year that was supposed to be lively and joyous became a little depressing.
When the New Year’s bell rang, Jennie rubbed her sore eyes, and she couldn’t stop her sleepiness. She didn’t know when she closed her eyes and fell asleep.
The girl curled up and leaned on the sofa, her breathing smooth, but she did not return to her room.
She wanted to stay with Lisa for another night before he left.
The sound of the TV was low already, but Lisa used the remote control to mute it. He looked sideways at the sleeping girl, his eyes fell on her slender eyelashes and rosy lips, and after looking for a long while his sight fell on her right hand that was the pillow.
If he can stand up, then he could hug her in, but he couldn’t do that now.
Lisa took a deep breath, and the hand that was turning his wheelchair trembled, but this time, he did not hold back and approached.
The wheelchair that was being pushed on the floor made a slight noise, and Lisa who was frightened by the sound, stopped stiffly.
Jennie did not wake up and continued sleeping peacefully.
Lisa looked at her quietly, the distance between them had never been so small. He was so close that he could hear her breathing, he stiffly stared at Jennie’s sleeping face, as if he was exhausting all the energy and strength that he had. Courageously, he slowly leaned down.
His trembling lips were only two fingers away from Jennie’s lips before they finally stopped.
After a while, he carefully took Jennie’s hand, lowered his head, and reverently printed his lips on her cold fingers.
