《Jenlisa | Guide To Raising The Sick Villain》60

Jennie’s life as a sophomore had just ended on the day when Lisa got rid of crutches.
Jennie told Lisa that she had received the first-class scholarship for the second year in a row. She also mentioned that she had found a dessert shop, and the strawberry mousse cup there was very delicious. Later on she confidently said that even if Lisa comes back to school now, he would have trouble knocking her down from her position as First in the grade.
Lisa tightly grasped the leg muscle rehabilitation device’s mounting frame with his right hand, and held the phone close to his ear with his left hand. He had just gone through some intensive rehabilitation exercises, and so his breathing sound was a little faster than usual.
Hearing her words his lips subconsciously curved into a small smile, “Really?”
“Of course,” Jennie said, “My Biology scores are good, and I get close to full marks every time. You haven’t studied recently so you can’t be better than me.”
Lisa smiled silently, “Really? That’s amazing.”
Hearing his words Jennie fell into a daze, she didn’t know if it was an illusion or not but she thought she heard a doting tone in his voice,, “Lisa”, Jennie called Lisa. , “Did something good happen today? You are in such a good mood.”
“Yeah,” Lisa let go of the mounting frame and stood without anything supporting him. He stood firm, walked forward, and walked back to the ward from here, his eyes bent into crescents and his lips arched into a small smile at Jennie’s unconstrained words.
Jennie asked him what happened today that made him so happy, Lisa responded that it was a secret, and he wouldn’t tell her.
For more than half a year, Lisa didn’t know whether this long journey would end in a miracle or disappointment. Until now, when the doctor finally told him that it might be hopeful for him.
He could stand and walk without relying on any assistance. Currently, he does not need to continue the previous rehabilitation. His previous daily rehabilitation task was to mainly exercise, eat a lot of nutritious things, and then start exercising to strengthen his physical fitness again.

Slowly, he could not only walk normally, go up and down the stairs, but also run and jump.
After more than a year of illness, the three months of rehabilitation was like a regional trip, and his body that had been tossed for a long time was in its weakest state.
Uncle Chen hired the most professional rehabilitation specialist for Lisa, who used the most professional data to calculate the maximum amount of exercise Lisa could withstand.
A patient who had just recovered, couldn’t start with high-intensity sports training now as it wasn’t something ordinary people could do. Just like how people who had never exercised before, when they received high-intensity training from the start, few could persist, let alone a patient who had just recovered from a serious illness.
The rehabilitation therapist looked at the tall and thin young man, it was obvious at a glance that he was sickly. The therapist didn’t think that he (Lisa) would be able to handle even a few days of training.
He decided not to overdo it, and made sure that the training intensity was precisely controlled within the acceptable range, along with other factors to maximize the training time that they had. As long as it is a well-made plan, it could be completed on the same day.
In this way, Lisa’s progress can be described as rapid.
The rehabilitation therapist was even more active in helping Lisa recover when he saw how hard the young man worked in amazement.
It was recommended that he keep exercising every day even after he fully recovered. It was good to learn some professional skills and strengthening exercises in order to increase physical fitness and health.
Lisa had already known this, and didn’t say that he had already planned to do this long ago.
He always remembered that day when Park Jaebeom harassed Jennie at the school gate. At that time, he could only sit in a wheelchair and couldn’t do anything. If he could, he would be the first to rush up, and remove the dirty hand that had touched Jennie.
The phone next to him rang, and Lisa took the phone and connected to the call. The rehabilitation therapist looked at the boy who had just had an expressionless and cold face. When he answered the phone, his cold facial features melted instantly, even his voice softened unconsciously.

Lisa spoke Chinese, which the rehabilitation practitioner couldn’t fully understand, but from Lisa’s short answers, he could also hear that there wasn’t a lot of substance in the conversations.
It was simple things, such as how is the weather today, what did you eat today, etc.
It was currently eleven o’clock in the morning in New York, and eleven o’clock at night in China. Jennie usually called Lisa right before going to bed.
After the call started, she found out that she actually didn’t have much to say. It was a holiday recently, and she had been staying in the dorm reading a book without going out. Because of that, there was nothing fun and interesting to share with Lisa.
Thinking about this Jennie’s heart couldn’t help but clench.
During winter vacation, Lisa left for the United States. Now half of summer vacation has passed. Jennie has not seen Lisa for over half a year.
The longer their separation, the more clearly Jennie realized that Lisa was more important to her than she had imagined.
When she first came to this unfamiliar world, she had no friends or relatives. Two years have passed in a blink of an eye, but Lisa was still the only one who really approached her. When Lisa was there, Jennie only liked living with Lisa. After Lisa left, Jennie realized that she had lost a home.
Jennie clearly realized that she wanted Lisa.
She thought of the boy who was always expressionless, but did his best to laugh.
Caught up in her thoughts Jennie didn’t know what she said, it was most likely a bunch of nonsense, but Lisa was not impatient at all and still listened very seriously.
Until Jennie fell silent suddenly, and Lisa felt a little at a loss. Was it because he was too boring, so she didn’t know what to say…?
“When are you coming back?” Jennie said softly.
When will you come back?
Will you come back?
I miss you a bit.
No, I actually miss you very much.
The girl’s slightly hesitatingly soft voice, accompanied by the sudden stillness on the other side of the phone, made Lisa feel dimly that he had heard something strange.
“I’ll come back soon,” The love and yearning hidden in his heart climbed up his throat and got stuck impatiently, and so Lisa’s voice trembled a bit.
Soon, I’ll come back really soon.
Finally, after he hung up the phone, and the rehabilitation therapist next to him teased him ambiguously, “Girlfriend?”
Lisa squeezed the phone in his hand. No, Lisa wanted to say this subconsciously, but suddenly he felt an uncontrollable greed.
After the rehabilitation was completely over, he would never see this rehabilitator again. Even if it was a lie, the rehabilitator didn’t know that and he wouldn’t be telling other people, let alone Jennie.
He just wanted to give it a try, to not refute this sentence, to use words to say that Jennie is really his girlfriend.
He was quiet for a long time, as if there was a struggle in his heart for a long time. After a while he finally said, “Yes.”
The moment he said “Yes”, Lisa felt that he was overwhelmed by the wave shame and blame, but despite this, his heartbeat increased and a feeling of trembling joy and intimacy erupted in his heart.
The rehabilitation therapist couldn’t see the large mood swings hidden under this expressionless face. He began to gossip and Lisa asked if his girlfriend was very good and beautiful.
“Excellent”, Lisa answered. When he heard the word “girlfriend” come out of the rehabilitator’s mouth, his heart seemed to be suddenly caught, it felt unspeakably sweet to hear it.
“Pretty, very beautiful.”
“Really?” The rehabilitation therapist was quite excited, and asked Lisa if he had any photos, then looked down at Lisa’s phone.
Lisa turned the phone screen over so that it faced away from the therapist and his tone suddenly went cold.
“No.”
The rehabilitation therapist: …
“Well, let’s continue training.”
