《Sang Insane | ✔》Chapter Twenty

What?
Father?
I... I'm not even sure how I feel about that.
"Are you sure you have the right person?" I ask, but only to be absolutely positive.
I believe them, unfortunately.
"Sarah? Star? Did you know about this too?" I question quietly.
Sarah assures me, "No, Sang. But it fits with what we all know about him."
"Sang, believe me, it was a shock to see him in your house, not to mention that he was drunk and passed out on your couch and you were calling him your father," Brandon says seriously.
Drunk?
Huh. I never realized that he was drunk. He is like that often.
"Okay," I chirp.
Paprika looks taken aback and repeats, "Okay?"
"Yup," I answer popping the 'p.'
Adjusting his glasses, Kota says, "That's not quite the reaction we were expecting, Righten."
I love his nickname for me. Though, he could probably shorten it to Ten.
"Well, how do you want me to react? Plus, it makes sense; Father isn't the nicest..." I trail off.
North Star clenched his fists and looks like he is about to hit something.
"Are you okay, North Star?" I inquire curiously.
"No! I want to murder your ****ing excuse of a father!!" North Star roars.
I try not to laugh.
I really do.
I couldn't stop myself.
I am once more in hysterics.
"You? Kill Father?"
Peals of laughter explode out of me.
"Even knowing y'all are mafia and not knowing about Father being mafia, I knew you wouldn't be able to kill Father!"
"Please enlighten us, Ms.Sorenson. Why would we be unable to kill him?" Mr. Blackbourne asks.
I wipe my happy tears away.
"Father is stronger than Master. We are stronger than both, but few are stronger than Master when she takes her drugs. Father is stronger than Master and both have killed before."
"We?" Mr. Blackbourne repeats.
Seriously?
I tell him all that and he focuses on my one slip up?
"Prove it. Show us how strong you are," Paprika challenges.
"How would you like me to?" I question.
I am ready.
I must show them that Father is not to be trifled with.
"Well, previously, you bright up the idea of sparring. That will be round one to test your fighting skills. Round two will be hide and seek in the woods to test your awareness and how well you are at both finding and hiding. Round three will be a parkour run through the city to test your speed, agility, stamina, and overall fitness. You must defeat all of us to move on to the next round," Mr. Blackbourne decides.
That sounds...
Awesome!
I grin widely.
"Let's do dis thang."

I am now wearing a pair of black sweats and a purple tank top. I have a pair of grey sneakers on my feet and I rebraided my hair into boxer braids.

To make it certain that I win, I cheat.
I drank a bottle of Mountain Dew and ate a chocolate bar.
Oddly enough, I found them both under a floor board. It appeared like they were hidden and then forgotten about.
Don't ask why I was looking in the floor boards.
I walk into the gym where they are wait in and warming up.
The sugar and caffeine is buzzing through me so much that I have to be careful not to buzz.
Wouldn't want them to know that I ate already.
After all, Master and Father never let me eat before a fight. It must not be allowed.
Axel walks over with Kota.
"Sang, just remember that you do not have to do this if you do not want to," Axel reminds me.
I grin and say, "And lose the chance to have fun? Never."
Kota smiles and says, "Okay, Righten. You will go against us all one at a time. Just like with the whole test, you will need to win the fight to move on."
"Sounds good!" I chirp.
Corey is on the mat first.
I smile at him and walk into the mat.
"Play nice. Ready... Set... Go!" Marc announces .
Instantly, Star takes over. We move in a blur and have Corey in a full Nelson quickly. We exert pressure and he taps out quickly blushing and embarrassed.
We sigh.
We had hoped for at least a bit of a challenge.
Peep didn't do a thing to stop us.
Gabriel steps up next and they start the fight.
We launch a fist at his solar plexus knocking the breath out of him and causing him to fly backwards. We wait for him to get up and promptly sweep his feet out from under him. While he is down, we place a foot in his throat and push down until he taps out.
We smile widely and help him up as Pug comes up next. Moving fast, we launch a kick to his throat and he crumples to the ground unconscious. He quickly wakes up which lets us know that he does not have a concussion.
Next, Victor gets into position. He moved first and throws a punch that we easily dodge. We twist out of the way and grab his wrist. We pull him last us and stomp on the back of his knee. While he is kneeling we pin his arm behind him and twist it so if he moved it will shatter. Victor struggles, but, seeing that he can't escape without breaking his arm, he taps out.
We release him and wait for Luke to start. He swings his leg in a vicious arc and would have knocked us out, but we duck under it and throw an uppercut to his jaw. He flips out of the way and punches our gut. We let him because he is so focused on the punch that we are able to deliver a roundhouse kick to his side. He flies off the mat and we are declared the winner.

I can't believe the mafia accepted them.
Marc goes next. He moved quickly using an impressive combo that we are able to knock away from us. Using our speed and strength, we throw a single left hook that knocks him out. Pug checks him over, sees he is fine, and the next fight starts.
Brandon moved warily around us and we smile and circle with him. Seeing as he is not going to make the first move, we front a kick to his side and jab at his nose. Brandon's head snaps back and he mumbles a mean word.
That makes us pretty mad.
You don't disgrace a fight with mean words.
We launch ourself at him and knock him to the ground. Straddling him, we throw quick, precise punches at him until he taps out.
Kota gets on the mat next and adapts a perfect stance. The others had great stances, but his is the textbook version of perfect.
During this bout, we marvel at Kota's accuracy. While it is easy to win, again, it was interesting. However, Kota does not have enough force or speed or power to his fighting. He also seems to be over thinking his moves. We believe that is only because he is nervous. We would love to see a confident Kota in a fight.
After we press a pressure point on Kota, Axel steps up. Axel swings his leg in a professional martial arts kick toward our side. We spin out of the way and turn our dodge into a spinning kick. Axel ducks out of the way and we trade blows, but none are hitting the other, so we decide to start putting a little effort into the fight. We run up Axel and flip off him like he is a wall and kick him in his chest and send him flying off the mat.
Well, at least it was a tiny bit of a challenge.
Silas, Superman, my gentle giant, lumbers up. If he weren't so gentle he would've been a much better fighter. His strength and bulk should be intimidating, but we know that size and strength aren't everything.
He has great strength and power behind his moves and he is light on his large feet. However, he still does not compare to us. We get close and knee him in the gut. We smash his head down on our knee and while he is bent over our right knee, we swing our left leg over his shoulders so we are sitting on his shoulders. We squeeze our knees together around his neck and hook our feet around his waist. Using incredible force, we throw ourself back flipping and bring Silas with us. He crashes to the ground unconscious. What you we did would have been impossible if it were anyone but us.
Mr.Blackbourne steps up after Silas leaves and I am a little stunned, actually noticing him for the first time since stepping into the gym.
This is the first time that I have seen him out of his suit and he is wearing a pair of grey sweats and a grey t-shirt with grey shoes.
I take it grey is his favorite color.
He steps up to the mat and adapts a perfect stance. We step up as well and he studies is waiting for us to make the first move. We feint a right cross that he sees through and knocks aside easily. We understand. He knows how to read us.
Or do he thinks.
We throw a straight kick that he avoids and we use it as a distraction to bring our left foot around knocking him out.
We knew that he would've won if we had took our time. A quick and clean knock out was our goal.
North Star strides up and puts his fists up. We already know what his weakness is. We toy with him, teasing him and making him mad. So mad that he actually charges us. Already expecting it, we drop into our back and plant out feet in him and flipping him over me. North Star goes crashing down off the mat.
We grin.
That was actually fun.
Paprika walks up warily. He didn't think we were going to make it this far.
Well, we'll show him.
Paprika waits and we use a combination of punches that are slower. To him, they are quick, but we are half hearted in our efforts. Paprika dodges and returns the hits. We switch our stance and throw a hard left hook on his jaw, but he is able to punch us while we are busy punching him. It is almost comical, really.
We smile widely.
Our mouth is bleeding from the punch and the pain sharpens our senses. We smile wider.
Paprika pales and frantically starts to throw pinches, but they are sloppy and easy to dodge. Truthfully, if we were anyone else, we would probably have been unconscious long ago.
When he is tired out and slowing down, we thrust our first upward in a massive uppercut that knocks him out instantly.
We sigh.
They are knocked out so easily.
Finally, Raven gets up to fight us. Unlike many of the others, Raven strikes first. His fist is flying toward our face before we know it. Caught off guard, we lose a little of our restraint.
We launch our self at him and throw hits at him, left and right. We don't stop until he is passed out. We didn't want him to be unconscious. Stubborn Russian wouldn't just tap out.
We hop off of him and wipe the blood on our fists off on our sweats.
I wish I could see them all in a fight against the average person.
"Are y'all ready for the next round? This is funner than I thought it would be!"
