"Pepper? Can you make sure that Peter doesn't barge into the meeting?"
"Sure, come here baby" Pepper cooed at the 4 year old. She motioned her little boy to her and scooped him up into her arms. "Hey Bambi, we're going to help mama in the office!"
Tony smiled at his wife as Peter screamed in delight as she threw him into the air and ran with him down the hall towards her office. He walked to the meeting room and sat waiting for the Avengers and Fury. He had called a meeting to talk about recent attack's in multiple New York cities. "Stark." Tony looked up to see eyepatch walk in and sit at the head of the table. He didn't say anything else though. Over the next 15 minutes, the other Avengers strolled in. Bruce ran in right as Fury was starting, "sorry I'm late, had to make sure the lab was safe for Pete...prepping..to do the new thingy." He shot a sorry look at Tony when the others gave him and Bruce weird looks. "Okay. Now let's begin."
Steve had been going through safer ways of helping the people, ones that didn't include damage to an entire city. Tony had been getting texts for the past 20 minutes because Peter was throwing a fit about not seeing his daddy.

"Tony? Is there something more important than this meeting?" Tony looked up and saw Steve giving him a disapproving glare.
"Gee Steve, I don't know. Barton has been nodding off for the past half hour. And yeah, I have a wife waiting for me."
Clint threw him a disapproving glare at being called out. Steve sighed and continued. Steve looked up in distress as all the Avengers started to nod off, but only looked up to see the Captain screaming bloody murder about demon children. buzz. Tony looked at his phone quickly and saw the most recent texts from Pepper

'Crap'
Tony looked up to see Peter, on the ceiling and then next thing he knew there was a child on his face. "Hey bud" he whispered.
"TONY. THERE IS A DEMON CHILD ON YOUR FACE. OH MY GODS. NATASHA THIS DEMON CHILD IS EATING TONY!!!"
Natasha walked over and picked up the chubby toddler. "Hey Peter. You learned how to climb walls better?"
"Hi Auntie Tasha." Peter said and giggled as Natasha squished his cheeks.
"Since when did Tony have a kid. And when the hell did Natasha become so nice?" Clint said. He walked over to Natasha and help out his arms. "I wanna hold him. Please Nat. He's so cute."
Each Avenger took turns holding the baby. Even Thor though he did scare Peter pretty bad. "Steve? Would you like to hold him?" Peter made grabby hands towards Steve and he reluctantly picked up the toddler. All the Avengers hadn't even noticed that Fury had left after all the attention went towards the kid.
At the end of the day, Peter had all the Avengers wrapped around his tiny little finger. They sat down and watched a movie and all smiled as Stark cuddled his son and leaned against Pepper. A perfect little family. And a weird kid who could crawl on walls after Bruce have him the wrong formula as a baby.

Her voice cracked, "I know you weren't ready for a family and its unfair of me to do this to you, but you're the only I trust enough to care for her..." Her?
