《QUIRKY! (MHA x Reader)》❄️ Baby, It's Cold Outside ❄️

🎄☃️😘
"Wow," you swooned, "Does a cabin in the woods scream 'holidays' or what!"
Before you stood a large, wood cabin surrounded by frosted pine trees. It sat high in the mountains - away from school and Aizawa's rigorous training.
"What," Bakugo grumbled.
"Aw, c'mon Bakugo," Kirishima said, "You don't get presents if you're a grump."
"I DON'T NEED YOUR LAME PRESENTS ANYWAY!"
You giggled as Kirishima continued to egg Bakugo on. The cool, winter air chilled your face and turned your nose into a cherry. Tiny snowflakes continued to fall from the misty sky, creating the illusion of glitter-rain.
Your class was invited to a retreat at a cabin owned by the Todoroki's. Apparently, Shoto's family owned quite a bit of property that got little use. It shocked you when Shoto offered his cabin for a class overnight party, especially since he wasn't overly social.
Now, normally you weren't a huge fan of the cold, but snow was undeniably beautiful. It made even the most average of forests or mountains into a winter wonderland. There was something so romantic and magical about it; maybe the promise of cuddling by a warm fire.
The cabin was massive. Not massive enough for each and every person to have their own room, but the men agreed to let the girls have the bedrooms to share while they camped out in the living room.
Mineta snuck up beside you, wearing a large purple beanie over his already purple head, "Which room are you taking, (Y/N)..."
"The one that will be locked and barricaded," you hummed.
Denki was close behind and threw his arm around you, "Is it password protected? I bet I could guess correctly."
You laughed, "No ones getting in. Especially you creeps."
"No fun... You know, we still haven't kissed, like even at all, and I'm starting to feel left out," Denki frowned.
"It's not like I have a checklist!" You cringed. 😏😘
"It's really more of a club," Mineta stuck up his nose, "Only the best make it in."
Denki snorted, "It doesn't count if it was out of desperation, bro. But no matter. Nothing a little mistletoe can't fix!"
Jiro walked by just as she heard you all talking, "What is it with you two and all the kissing games! Didn't we have enough at (Y/N)'s birthday party?"
Denki gave her a brilliant smile, "Mistletoe is an old tradition that must be upheld! It has nothing to do with me."
"Sure it doesn't," she leered.
The rest of the class piled out of the cars, dragging their luggage and sporting their cozy clothes. Tsu, however, was looking ill and you hurried to her side.
"You're a little pale. Did you get car sick?" You asked.
"Oh, no," she said, "It's just too c-cold... makes me sleepy..."
Momo appeared like a vision of fur - fur hat, fur coat, fur boots - and hooked her arm through yours and Tsu's, "Let's get inside then! I can start making some coco!"
"I'll help! I brought ingredients for cookies too... if you don't mind us using the kitchen, Todoroki," Sato said rather bashfully.
You spotted the quiet, handsome devil, fishing for the cabin keys in his pant pocket. Shoto was protected by the elements with a tall, black turtleneck sweater, but otherwise didn't seem phased by the cold.
"Of course," he said.
"I want in on that cookie-dough action!" you said.
The evening began with everyone changing into festive pajamas or dressing down from their thick winter coats and wearing simple long sleeves. Shoto lit the fireplace and warmed the living room you all huddled in. From the kitchen came the intoxicating scent of warm, baked goods and marshmallows.

Uraraka took a seat next to you and Jiro snuggled on one of the sofas, "This is amazing, isn't it?"
Jiro nodded, "I feel like a Hallmark cliche and I don't even mind."
Mina leaped from seemingly out of nowhere and sprawled out across all three of you, "Um, if this is a Hallmark I'm gonna need my sexy-hot lawyer to show up and whisk me away."
"Not a lawyer," Kirishima overheard, "But I bet I could sweep you off your feet!"
"Let's see it, tough guy," Mina smirked. She giggled while Kirishima scooped her up off of your laps and into his arms.
You smiled - everyone was in such high spirits.
"Can someone help me with the frosting!" Sato called from the kitchen.
"Me! Me!" You said and sprang from your seat.
You were eager to sample Sato's baking that you almost bumped into Tokoyami. His Dark Shadow grunted in protest.
"I'm sorry!" You covered your cheeks in embarrassment.
"No harm done," Tokoyami muttered.
"Hey!" You heard Denki shout from across the room, "We have our first suckers of the night. Kiss, kiss, fall in love!"
"Pardon?" Tokoyami quivered in fear.
Denki grinned and gave him a thumbs up, "You can thank me later, man."
Confused, you looked up to see that Denki had been true to his word. Right above both of your heads was a small bundle of green foliage with a red ribbon, hanging from the ceiling and awaiting it's victims.
Tokoyami froze, "... damn him."
You shrugged, "Can't be helped, right?"
It was a little difficult, but you managed to kiss the terrified edge-lord right on the beak. Dark Shadow gasped and squealed until it withered away inside Tokoyami.
"Wow - you actually did it," Denki cheered, "Me next!"
You pulled away and smiled playfully at poor Tokoyami, who looked like he might fall over any second now, "Nope! Both people have to be under the mistletoe - that's the rule, right?"
"Struck out, again..." Denki moaned.
"You okay, Tokoyami?" You asked.
You couldn't really tell if he was blushing, but what gave him away was his ability to imitate a stone statue. Even when you waved a hand in his face he didn't budge.
"I'm gonna frost cookies now, but uh, thanks for playing along," you said.
Tokoyami sank to the floor.
"... Such... an angelic creature," he said as you skipped away, "Tempting the darkness? ... Adorable."
The night was coming to a close. Everyone was fed and full of sugar. Some of the boys had already passed out on the couches while the rest of you cleaned up or played games. Once it got late enough, you too were tired, and went up to bed.
Shoto explained earlier that every room had a vent to receive heat. When you walked into your cozy little space it was already pleasantly warm. You ditched the sweater and wore a tank top and plaid pajama shorts.
You rolled your eyes back and melted into your yummy quilts and feather pillows. The window to the right of you let you see into the outside, and you counted the snowflakes until you fell fast asleep.
.......
................ cold.
Not cold - FREEZING!
😂🙌
You woke with a panic. Your limbs felt like popsicles and your face hurt to move. How long had you been asleep? And while it was this cold?!
The floor creaked with your added weight as you stepped out of the bed. You cringed when even the floor was too cold for your bare feet to handle. Shivering, you checked the air vent that was supposed to be keeping you warm - traitor - but nothing came out.

"Oh nooo..." you wrapped your arms around yourself. Maybe one of the girls wouldn't mind letting you bunk with them, you thought.
When you opened your bedroom door, the temperature immediately changed. You felt like a thawing chicken. So, it was just your room that turned into an icebox.
When you looked down the hallway you saw a small, slumped over body in a purple onesie.
"Mineta?" You whispered.
The boy was dead asleep, but his drooling face was pressed against Mina's bedroom door.
No shame, you thought, shaking your head. And then you realized that everyone probably locked their doors as a precaution to Mineta.
You stood, shivering, contemplating what to do next. Risk waking people up? Sleep on the couch surrounded by all the dudes in you class..? Suffer in the hallway until morning with Mineta?
"(Y/N)?"
You whirled around, "Shoto? You're awake too?"
He wore a fitted, dark green long sleeve that did little to hide his defined chest and gray sweat pants. You quickly looked away, hoping you didn't come off as pervy just now.
"I could hear your teeth chattering from downstairs," he said, "what's wrong?"
"O-oh! My heater stopped working. I woke up an ice cube," you laughed.
Shoto frowned, "I'm sorry. Let me fix it."
"Thank you!"
He walked through your open doorway and examined the heater. You stood outside, still too afraid of the cold to enter, until he softly called for you, "It was just jammed - it's safe to come in now."
"Thanks again," you said.
"It's going to take a little while to warm up in here. I apologize for the malfunction."
"It's not your fault! And that's fine. I'll just..." you went to the bed and touched the blankets, but those were now icy too, "Ooooh, nevermind."
"... I can help." Shoto said.
"You already did so much," you insisted, as you rubbed your arms in a feeble attempt.
His curious but mellow eyes watched you, and gave no sign of his next move. He smirked and slowly approached you until he wrapped you into a hug, trapping you in his warmth.
"Oh - hello?" You giggled, but then, you felt one side of his body becoming just a bit hotter, "Wow... oh, wow... Shoto..."
He felt like a giant space heater you could snuggle. Your skin was melting from its icy state. You pressed your face into his chest, "You feel amazing..."
"This sounds a bit lewd."
You flinched, "Oh gods - it does... sorry!"
"It's okay," his arms didn't let up so you couldn't pull away, even if you wanted to, "I don't mind."
Your squeal was muffled by the fabric of his shirt. What is happening right now?! Is this even real!
"You're still shivering," he stated.
"That's m-my fault for not wearing warmer pajamas," you scoffed.
"Hm," Shoto took a step back and scanned your exposed skin, like a math problem to be solved. You tried your best to not be totally awkward while standing there getting checked out.
"Shoto..?"
Suddenly, he began pulling his shirt up above his head. It disheveled his duel-colored hair, but only made him look sexier. The real kicker was seeing his toned chest and abs.
"... Shoto, please explain yourself!" You cried.
He chuckled - he actually laughed?! - and hushed you softly, "Let me make things more comfortable for you? I... I'd like to keep you warm tonight. If you let me."
You imagined your brain exploding and rattling your skull. How the hell do you say no to that?
You don't.
"That... might be okay," you mumbled.
Shoto's smile was so sweet and warm, with a hint of mischief, you wanted to melt on the spot. He came in close, put both hands on your hips and lifted you onto the bed.
Since your brain was a useless puddle of gray matter, you let him take control of the situation. He gently set you down on your back and brought the blankets over both of you. What you didn't expect was for him to put himself on top of you as well.
"Are you nervous?" He asked.
"ISITOBVIOUS?!"
"Shhh," he grinned, "Maybe. But it's cute."
"I haven't - Uh - I'm - um," you felt like freaking Midoriya right now.
"It's okay," his soothing voice caressed your ears, "I don't expect anything. I just want you. Even just to hold you is fine."
His skin began to radiate and it relaxed you instantly. Being trapped under the covers made you feel like a toasting Hot Pocket.
"I wouldn't mind... more," he raised a brow as if to ask, "If you were wondering."
"More, like..."
He lowered his head and touched your nose with his. The heat and intensity escalated without his shirt on - in more ways than one. You felt safe, even with this powerful man above you, who could easily destroy you with either of his quirks. Even without it, he could probably best you physically. But, with all that, you felt at ease hugging him to you and feeling his strong hands running down your arms.
"I've wanted to have a moment like this with you for a long time," he admitted. You felt the straps of your tank top following his hands as they met with your wrist.
Smooth - I didn't even notice. Or care!
"Really?" you asked.
Shoto sighed, "I don't know how I could've made it more obvious. I thought I was inexperienced, but you're far more innocent than I expected."
"I know," you rolled your eyes, "I have a kissing quirk so I should know everything."
"It's fine that you don't," he said, "You can experience them with me. That, I wouldn't mind at all."
He pressed the rest of his body into you. You thought it would be uncomfortable feeling his heavy body but it was a welcoming embrace.
Shy Todoroki - ha! The icy-hot hero surprised you with his boldness. He began with kissing your lips, and parting them to sneak his tongue in. He was smoldering, slow but efficient with every movement he made. He could sense that you were enjoying it, allowing him to deepen the kiss.
"(Y/N)..." When he got up for air, his cool demeanor finally shattered. He looked like a flustered man wanting to devour you, "You can stop me whenever, but if not... I promise I'll make you feel amazing..."
He started leaving a trail of soft, little kisses down your neck, and further, and further, until his head was disappearing into the quilts. You could feel his teeth guiding your tank top further down so he could kiss more of your stomach.
Each tiny kiss was so faint, like swiping your hand over a burning match. But you wanted to burn.
"You're teasing me... Ah!" you gasped when he skipped your nether regions and bit into the soft spot of your inner thigh.
"Yes," you heard him speaking from beneath the fabric abyss, "I think you deserve a little. Consider this my revenge for the many times we've kissed... and you ended things too quickly."
His finger hooked around your pajama bottoms and you felt them being slowly discarded. It didn't matter how mad you were that he was deliberately making this agonizing for you - in a delicious way - you were putty in his hands.
You smiled when his candy-cane hair resurfaced, "You're cruel, Shoto."
He kissed you again, "What's cruel is your quirk. If I could... I would have you only kissing me. Everyone else can... well, I don't have kind thoughts about everyone else."
You draped your arms around his neck as you continued with more passionate kisses. It was finally warm in your room. Your skin was practically on fire - and yet, you still trembled from his touch.
"I love you... (Y/N)."
- Just outside your cracked door -
"Oh. My. GAWD." Mineta fainted.

The Order of Sekhmet

Check. Burning passion? Check. After all, blood is a good moisturizer. Please note that I have flagged my content. There is and will be content that may trigger you, particularly if you've been through toxic relationships. While I do my best not to paint these moments in the best light, they exist and are crucial parts of my story. Things are kicked up a notch beginning with chapters named 'The Old World'. Everything before is (nearly) vanilla. Update schedule is every Thursday/Friday, varying times!

Despondent Divinity
There exists a Great Seal which split the world in two, one half ravaged by the Darkness, the other a safe haven of Light. Since the collapse of the old world, 20,000 years have passed, and the world watches on as their only protection from the Plague of Plagues slowly dissipates. Only the strong may survive the oncoming Demon horde, and the forgotten prince, Jack Calmira, fears he may not have what it takes. In a world where weakness is punished by death, what are weak men to do? Author's Note: Expect a chapter or two every month, but I'll get faster eventually. This story isn't a Wuxia, but it has a lot of eastern influence. The MC isn't OP and is flawed. Less action, more character driven. Constructive criticism would be appreciated as it's my first story. Chinese culture has inspired a lot of the novel, but much of it is an amalgamation of different cultures, some made up and some not. Think Xianxia + Shounen with a mix of western and eastern fantasy elements.
