"That's Ji-Hyun! I mean the hair is dyed black but it's still him!" You look up a Mizuki, who was staring at you with a blank look on his face. He then takes a piece of paper out of the envelope, reading, "No, it says here his name is just 'Yun'. I think you've got the wrong person. Plus, who is he to you anyway?"

Jungkook stands up as well, along with Kai. He shouts, "That's your brother?!"

Kai's and Mizuki's eyes widen. They both shout, "Brother?!"

You shake your head at Mizuki's previous sentence, "He was an idol, his stage name is Yun. His real name is Ji-Hyun. He's definitely my brother."

Mizuki sets the envelope down, "So you mean to tell me your brother is behind all of this?"

You shrug, eyeing the floor, "As far as I know, Ji-Hyun died five years ago."

Mizuki rushes over to the table, taking out the contract which had been signed by Kai's father. He reads through it before pointing at the date, "June 11th, 2014! That is five years ago! Do you remember the exact date your brother died?"

You sigh, scratching your head and trying to remember. "He died on my birthday..." You say, then snapping your fingers, "June 7th!"

Jungkook's eyes widen, "So the enemy is your brother, who is not dead?"

You shrug, not being able to believe any of this. "I hope not."

Mizuki shakes his head, setting the piece of paper down and eyeing you, "He definitely is. This one is the leader who is behind all of this, our whole plan is to take him down. Now, if you don't mind, can I continue explaining the rest of the plan?"

You nod, sitting back down, mind still hazy from this new discovery.

Mizuki takes a deep breath before continuing, "If you notice this picture, you'll see that he, unlike most of these creatures, can mutate. He can return back to human form without trying so hard." He pauses, looking around, "Remember the elite class that I talked about? Those people that didn't disappear? Well, one of them is a rich CEO who is throwing a party tomorrow, CEO Min. Our demon friend is also on the guest list."

Kai tilts his head to the side, eyes narrowing in thought before he speaks, "So, we're going to the party then?"

Mizuki shakes his head, "Not all of us. Only Y/N and Jungkook are attending."

Kai rolls his eyes, "No way. I'm coming." He did not at all want to leave you and Jungkook alone at a fancy party. No way in hell.

Mizuki sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose in frustration. He finally mumbles, "Well, Master, would you like everyone to see you, Chairman Kim's son who is accused of causing his father's death, at this party full of political characters?"

Jungkook's eyebrows fly up in confusion. He couldn't understand what Mizuki meant by that and so decided to speak up about it, "Wait, they think Kai killed his father?"

Mizuki nods, crossing his arms on his chest a little before saying with a sassy undertone, "Obviously if your father dies and you flee the scene before anyone can catch you with his suicide note, they start to think that you could be responsible."

Kai nods, because it was common sense. He ran out of the building with all the documents and everything before any of the guards knew about his father's death. The last person they had seen go into the room was Kai. Kai looks at the floor, disappointed that anyone could even think he killed his beloved father.

Mizuki takes note of the look on Kai's face and silently contemplates within his mind. Obviously he knew his Master would never kill his own father, for something as trivial as money or position. Kai was never interested in those things to begin with; and anyone who knew him, knew about this. Mizuki shrugs it off, deciding to continue with the plan. He points to Jungkook and you, "You two are going to be attending the party, wearing in-ear pieces-"

You cut Mizuki off, raising an eyebrow, "But we're not on the guest list."

Mizuki smirks, as if expecting that statement from you. He walks over to you, "You may not be, but..." He points at Jungkook, "...he is."

Jungkook's eyebrows jump up as he points a finger at himself in pure confusion. "Me?"

Mizuki nods, bringing his hand back to his side. His smirk falls, "Do you not know who your father is?"

Kai's ears perk up as he remembers something, "Yeah, my dad mentioned in his suicide note that he was friends with your father," He says to Jungkook.

Jungkook shrugs, his gaze dropping to the floor, "I ran away from home at 18, I don't remember shit about my father except that he was an asshole." Hearing the tone in his voice, you couldn't help but think about why he seemed to hate his father so much.

Mizuki nods, "Yes, I am aware of that-"

Jungkook cuts him off, "Yo, how the fuck does this guy know everything?!"

Kai chuckles, this was why he had hired Mizuki in the first place. He could instantly find stuff out about people because of his contacts, he was the best person on his team. Kai speaks, "Mizuki has his sources, now let him speak."

Jungkook sighs, frustrated. He was just plain confused about this whole situation. First he finds out your brother is the leader of these demons, then he finds out he's attending this party, then he finds out that Mizuki knows every single detail about him... Jungkook needed a break. He desperately wanted to just take a nap and just relax for a while.

Mizuki decides to continue yet again, tired of people interrupting him, "Your father is invited along with his family, which includes you."

Jungkook scratches his head, still very confused, "I have to show up with my father, but I haven't seen him in ages; I can't just show up on the day of the party, that would be weird."

Mizuki nods, smiling, "Which is why you won't show up with your father."

You tilt your head to the side, furrowing your eyebrows. "Okay this is just confusing," You say, eyeing Mizuki weirdly, "Please just explain it properly for once." Mizuki rolls his eyes at your impatience, looking at Jungkook, "Your father is invited, but he is not planning on showing up, this I know. He has a flight scheduled for France to meet with some International Company to talk about forming an alliance."

Your head hurts at this point, not being able to understand anything this guy was saying. Jungkook was also blinking his eyes fast, trying to comprehend what his plan was. Mizuki continues, "Your father will not show up, but you will. You'll show up as Jeon Jungkook, son of Jeon Jonghyun, who came because his father couldn't make it. Got it?"

Jungkook nods, and Mizuki points at you next, "You will go as his date. Remember, all you need to do is get some information out of the leader. Get him drunk and get him to admit his motives and what his plan is. But be warned, there might be some unexpected surprises there too."

A/N: okay the party chapter was by far my favourite chapter to write. i spent so long on it and it turned out pretty good so im proud! just hope y'all will like it as much as I do :)

but, as mizuki said, there will be loads of surprises (and a new character ;)) so be warneddd
