The library was jam packed full of students. And no, it isn't exam week... yet.
As a matter of fact, most of the students at the library weren't even there to study.
They were all there for the new librarian, (Y/n).
He was a hot and sexy man after all.
All the girls and surprisingly a lot of the guys would go head over heels for this man at first sight.
(Y/n) wasn't the type of guy to flirt (that doesn't mean he isn't good at it, okay).
He was more of the cool and silent type, the one who doesn't really talk much with complete strangers.
But that doesn't stop the fact that he attracts a huge crowd wherever he goes.
"Please quiet down, this is a library" (Y/n) said in a deep and sexy (not intended) voice.
However, all he got were more squeals and various high pitched noises, making the librarian wince a bit.
Now, the other protagonist of this story is also in this very same library, however he was sitting more in the back.
(U/n) wasn't one of the people who squealed every time the librarian spoke.
He squealed more on the inside.
His face would blush up and the book in his hand would automatically move to cover his almost blood red face.
Although (U/n) wasn't swarming right next to (Y/n) like the other students, it didn't stop (U/n) from crushing on (Y/n), and it also didn't stop (Y/n) from noticing the adorable student sitting on the far side of the room.
That little guy is here again, I thought as I wiped my forehead, which was full of sweat from shelving books.
As I looked over to the cutie sitting in the desk in the corner, I also earned a bunch of cries from the fanboys and fangirls stalking me while I work.
When I looked back at the table, the little guy had a book covering his face and a noticeable blush going all the way to his ears.
This little fellow has been coming to the library a lot but I never got a chance to actually talk to him since he always left before I could start a conversation.
But this time I was going to engage in a nice, peaceful conversation before he left.
It was almost the end of my shift anyways.
So after wiping away some more sweat and re-adjusting my shirt, I walked over to him, slightly pushing my way through the crowd of people that were in my way.
"Hello" I say as I pull out the chair across from him and sat down.

"Hello" he said as he pulled out the chair across from me and sat down as screams could be heard from behind him.
What is he doing... wait... WHAT AM I DOING MY CRUSH IS TALKING WITH ME WHAT DO I DO SOMEONE HELP!!!
"H-hello" I say, trying to sound the slightest bit normal (which totally backfired).
"What are you doing at the library on such a fine Saturday?"
"I-um-I c-came to s-study."
That should be a reasonable excuse for coming to see him, right?
"Hmm... studying for a test only the first week into the semester... you must have a really tough class..."
Nope never mind that was definitely not the right thing to say.
"W-well, u-um, I-I... c-came to r-read a-about the t-topic! Yeah, r-read a-about the... topic..." I stammer, while slowly lowering my voice.
PLEASE SOMEONE KILL ME OR AT LEAST LEND ME THEIR BRAIN SO I CAN ACTUALLY GET MYSELF OUT OF THIS SITUATION!!!
"Well, you must be a really good student then! Just remember to flip your book around" he points out, making me blush even more than I already was.
We talked a bit more, bit I cpuldn't help myself from glancing at the crowd of people surrounding us every now and then.
"I enjoyed talking to you, maybe we should go out sometime. If you don't mind, my shift ends in about 15 minutes, if you have the time we could go out after then?" he asks, as lots of gasps and murmurs can be heard around the library.
WHAT. THE HOT AND HANDSOME NEW LIBRARIAN IS ASKING ME, THE PERSON SITTING IN THE BACK OF THE LIBRARY, TO HANG OUT WITH HIM AFTER HIS SHIFT.
WHAT. IS. MY. LUCK? MAYBE THIS IS JUST A DREAM! IT PROBABLY IS SINCE I'M SO INTROVER-
"It's alright if you don't have time today. Maybe we could meet up some other time if that is alright with you..."
"NO!" I yell, standing straight out of my chair and dropping my book.
"I-I mean I H-HAVE TIME! WE C-CAN G-go some... where..."
He didn't say anything but he had a slightly shocked expression on his face.
"I'm so sorry for yelling I didn't mean too!"
That really is going to ruin any first impressions of me to him...
"It's alright. You should sit back down first..."
"Ah! R-right. S-sorry.."
"It's fine, no need to apologize" he says in a cheerful voice.
"Well, I need to go back to work. I'll come back in about 15 minutes, just stay here!" he says winking to me before walking away towards the main counter.

What just happened?...
15 minutes later (Y/n) came back as he promised with a messenger bag and a coat on.
"You ready?"
"Ye-yeah. Let's go," I said as we both walked towards the library exit.
"Um... before we actually do anything, let's get rid of the crowd behind us..." he states as he mentions towards the angry mob behind them.
"That would be amazing..."
I really don't know what I would do if all of these people were following us everywhere...
"There's a taxi. If you don't mind, I'll take you to a nice restaurant nearby. It is time for lunch anyways, plus I'll treat you," he asks, while my stomach growls loud enough for the two of us to hear.
"L-lunch sounds p-pretty good r-right now" I reply, feeling my body temperature go up as we walk towards the taxi, "but I'll pay for myself, there's no need for you to treat me."
"It's really alright I'll treat you. Can't let someone as cute and adorable as you buy your own food~" he chuckles, winking at me once again while opening the door of the taxi
"After you~"
"T-thank y-you..." I say, awkwardly climbing into the vehicle, with (Y/n) following after.
"Hello there! Where would lovely gentlemen be headed off to?" the taxi driver asks in a warm tone.
"(Restaurant name) please."
"Alright! It'll be about 10 minutes from here. Also, may I ask if you two are celebrities or not? Why is there such a huge crowd?"
"No. My friend was at the library so I thought I would pick him up and go eat something together."
"Ah, okay. I wonder what the crowd is for then..." the taxi driver mutters
"I wonder too..." (Y/n) sighs.
And I just looked in front of me with a confused face.
(Y/n) and I finally made it to the restaurant and got a seat.
I ordered (a type of food) while he ordered (some other food).
Once we finished placing our orders, I went to the washroom.
"This kinda feels like a date or something..." I talk to myself in the mirror, as I wash my face to freshen up a bit.
"It still feels impossible I'm going out with (Y/n)... Oh well, hopefully I don't embarrass myself anymore..." I say as I wipe my face dry with a piece of paper towel.
When I walked back to our table, I saw a waitress next to (Y/n) with her body dangerously close to (Y/n). She was also getting unnecessarily touchy with him as well, making him look very uncomfortable.
How DARE she touch MY (Y/n) and feel make him feel uncomfortable! I angrily think as I walk back to our table, make my way in between the two of them and take a seat next to (Y/n), making a really, really bold move.
"D-d-darl-ling~ d-did I m-m-make y-you w-wa-ait l-lo-ong~?"
I could tell I was blushing like mad now, but the librarian looked at me a bit astonished, but quickly pulled himself back together and calmly responded "Of course not dear~ I would never think it was long~ But it was lonely waiting for you~ Maybe you could do something tonight~?" He purred, as he whispered the last part in my ear, but loud enough for the waitress to hear.
I saw a faint blush on his face and I blushed even more, probably looking like a tomato now.
The waitress took the hint and finally left us alone.
I immediately stood up, apologizing for my bold behavior, while simultaneously trying, key word, trying, to make my way back into my seat on the other side of the table without embarrassing myself anymore.
And... I tripped over myself while getting out of the seat.
"Ahh!" I yelped as I closed my eyes preparing myself for the incoming wave of pain.
But it never came. Instead, I felt a hand wrap around my arm.
"You okay?" He asked, with a worried tone in his voice.
"I'm so sorry!!! I'm just kind of, no really clumsy and I'm so sorry!!! I should probably just get going I'm so sorry for disturbin-" at this rate I was crying and mumbling and I couldn't think straight from all the things that happened.
"Please calm down. It's okay you're not disturbing me or anyone."
I look up to him, with tears still in my eyes.
"Weawlly?" (Really?)
"Yes, really." He said, pulling me into his embrace.
"You're amazing and adorably cute, especially when you stutter~" he said with a grin, which made my heart skip a beat.
"Say, I actually don't know your name yet. Mine's (Y/n) by the way, what's yours, cutie?"
I was sitting in his lap and blushing while he seductively said all of that into my ear.
"(U-u/n)"
"(U/n)~ Suits your adorable face~"
*blush intensifies*
"I know we've just met about an hour ago, but I really like how you act and all your cute expressions. Would you do the honors of being my boyfriend?"
Wait... THE NEW SEXY LIBRARIAN IS ASKING ME OUT?!?!?
"I see, sorry for distur-"
"YES!!!! I-I mean y-yes, I would l-love to go o-out w-w-with... you..." I say, as I realize that everyone in the restaurant is now looking this way.
That was awkward...
"Really?! I though someone like you would already be taken..." he states as he moves closer to my tomato red face.
"Well, I am now..." And with that, he closed the gap in between our faces.
