《Tennessee Tipsy - Morgan Wallen》Seventeen

Morgan's been overworking himself at the studio and has been in Nashville for a handful of weeks and has been staying with Caleigh and Michael.
He's surprising her by coming home a night early. He has a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers in his hands with his bag slung over his shoulder. He clears his throat as he uses his elbow to his the doorbell, a small smirk on his face.
Morgan's heart thrums in his chest when he hears moving around in the house, the nervous smile widening when bare feet against the wood floor thump. "I'm comin'." She huffs, her head throbbing with a nasty headache. "What- hey!" She grins, hugging her boyfriend in a tight embrace. "When did you get back?"
"Just now." He beams, stepping into the house, kicking his boots off by the door. "Man, I almost forgot how beautiful you are."
"Oh no, that's not good-"
"You're beautiful." Morgan says quietly, laying the bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table alongside the bottle of wine before his free hands hold onto the back of a chair.
Haley blushes as she pulls a tall beer glass from the cabinet and fills it with water for her flowers. Morgan smiles to himself as he watches her, that small leather box burning a hole on his pocket. "I- I wasn't expectin' you 'til tomorrow. Sorry the, uh, house ain't cleaned up and supper ain't made and I look like I just rolled outta the gutter-"
Morgan steps towards her and grasps the sides of her face in his sweaty hands. "Everythin' is perfect." He smiles before he presses his lips to hers for the first time in nearly a month.
She pulls away first, locking eyes with him before she suddenly kisses him again but harder, a hand sneaking to the back of his neck while his go to her waist, pressing her back against the counter. She hops up onto the counter, knocking over whatever was behind her as Morgan starts pulling on the clothes she stole from him, smirking when he sees the simple pair of soft blue panties beneath his baggy Vols tee.
Haley gasps quietly, her head falling back as he leaves wet kisses on her neck and down her chest. "Fuck. Bedroom- now." She breathes, grabbing his hand to practically drag him to their room, pushing him down onto the messy bed.
Morgan grips her hips as she straddles him before his hands slide up to push her panties down her long legs, biting his lip at the look she gives him. "I missed you." He whispers, reaching up to tuck some hair behind her ear. She smiles down at him, seeing nothing but love in his face.
"Don't go soft on me now." She teases, rolling her hips against his, smirking at the gasp he lets out.
"You don't gotta worry 'bout that, darlin'." He responds with a matching smirk as he wraps his arm around her waist and flips them so she's laying under him, her legs hitched over his hips.

Morgan lays awake next to Haley as she sleeps, her chest rising and falling in a steady pace. Her eyelashes brush against the tops of her flushed cheeks as her hair flutters around her face with each soft exhale. He reaches over and tucks the couple loose strands behind her ear, his thumb ghosting over her freckled face.
He smiles to himself, resting his head on his palm with his elbow propped up on the pillow. He can feel his heart start pounding in his chest when she stirs awake, humming that soft way she does when she stretches.
"What time is it?" Haley mumbles, rubbing the sleep from her pretty dark blue eyes.
"I don't know." Morgan answers, his lips still in that smile of his.
"How long have you been awake?"
"Dunno." He shrugs, running his thumb over her freckled cheek, it starts to lull her back to sleep but her eyes snap open when she feels the bed move as he gets up.
"What're you doin'?"
"Man, you ask a lotta questions when you wake up." He teases back, looking for his jeans.
"Shoulda known what you was gettin' yourself into, Wallen." She murmurs out, turning on her opposite side away from him, her eyes starting to close again. "I'm an inquisitive little bitch."
He chuckles as he pulls the small simple ring from the leather box then tosses his jeans back to the floor before he slides back into bed behind her. "Hey." He whispers.
"What?" She asks, starting to fall back asleep.
"Look." She whines playfully. "Hales."
Haley laughs sleepily, rolling onto her back with a tired smile on her face that falls slightly when she sees Morgan sitting there in their bed next to her with a ring in his fingers. "What're you doin'?" She asks, sitting up, totally awake now.
"Hales-"
"Oh my god."
"Haley," He takes one of her hands in his, a genuine smile sneaking its way onto his face. "I love you so much." Tears form in her eyes. "I can't imagine my life without you." He adjusts how he's sitting and criss-crosses his legs. "And when you took me home to meet your family, that's when I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you." She covers her face with her free hand. "Haley Mae, will you marry me?"
Haley lets out a laugh-choked-sob and nods, laughing at herself as he slides the ring onto her finger. She wraps her arms around him, sitting herself in his lap with her legs around his waist. "I love you."
Morgan presses his forehead against hers before kissing her softly, smiling the entire time. "I love you too."

Haley and Morgan have kept their engagement to themselves, just their friends and family know about it.
"Can I tell you somethin'?" Morgan says, looking over the laptop in front of him at his fiancé

"What's up?" Haley asks, setting her book down on the kitchen table.
"Since I couldn't ask your dad, I asked your momma and brothers for their permission." He admits, running his thumb along a scratch in the table.
"When did you do that?"
"Before I went up to Nashville."
"Really?"
"Sam and Wes really wouldn't budge but your momma talked 'em into it." He can't help but laugh. "They sure do love their Haley Mae."
"Better treat me right." She shoots a wink at him, standing to get more lemonade.
"I think I did pretty damn well last night, treatin' you well." She blushes but hides it with a hair flip over her shoulder. "At least, you were tellin' me how good I's doin'." She blushes even harder, keeping her back turned to him.
Morgan sneaks up behind her and puts his hands on her hips, his thumbs in her belt loops with his chin on her shoulder and lips on her neck. "What're you doin'?"
"Still on with the questions?" He teases, his fingers brushing over her waistband. Morgan's hand dips into her panties, smirking when her head falls back against his shoulder and a small breathy sigh escapes her pretty lips.
"Wait." She pulls away, turning to put her hands on his chest. "We shouldn't have sex til we're married."
"A little late for that, ain't it?"
"No but like, y'know..."
"Uh, no, I don't know."
"I don't wanna walk down the aisle pregnant 'cause you couldn't keep your dirty hands offa me." She lets out a huff. "No sex til the weddin'." She states then walks off, leaving Morgan alone in the kitchen with a raging hard on and his brows furrowed with confusion.

"Ooh, no sex til y'all get hitched?" Michael asks, scribbling something down on the notebook in front of him. "Can you handle that?"
Morgan groans, throwing himself on the couch of the living room. "I'm gonna have to! I mean, this girl has given me a second chance and I can't blow it now." He lets out another groan.
"How long has it been?"
"Two months? Three? Feels like years!" He huffs and rubs his eyes. "I dunno if her rule covers blowjobs or handjobs but-"
"She just said sex, right?" He nods. "Then I think y'all should be able to go down on each other, right?"
"I just fuckin need somethin', man." Morgan sits up and leans his elbows on his knees, rocking slightly like he's going through a withdrawal and obviously worked up. "And I think she's fuckin with me, like teasin' me, 'cause she'll like- fuck, I can't even talk 'bout it." He stands, picking up his keys. "I gotta talk to her."
Meanwhile, the girls are sitting on Haley's bed as they look through wedding magazines for ideas. "So you said no sex until the wedding?"
"Yeah, my idea."
"And now you regret it?"
"I do." Haley sighs, rubbing her face.
"How long has it been?"
"Eighty two days." Caleigh chuckles to herself. "Don't laugh!"
"This was your idea, you should be able to break the rules." She says, flipping a couple pages. "Just sayin'."
"Yeah, you're always just sayin'." She teases back, getting to her feet when she hears the front door open. "Hey!" She smiles at her fiancé, leaning over to give him a kiss on the cheek.
"Hi." Morgan responds shortly, trying to keep his eyes on the floor but they trail up her long legs and stop at her chest in that damn tank top of hers taking note that she isn't wearing a bra. "What- uh- what're you doin'?"
"Just lookin' through a couple catalogs for weddin' ideas." She shrugs, leaning against the counter.
"Hey, Haley, Morgan," Caleigh says, joining the couple in the kitchen with her purse slung over her shoulder. "I gotta get going but I'll leave these here, okay?"
"Okay, thanks. See you later." She smiles at the taller girl as she lets herself out. "So, I wanted to talk to you-"
"Does your rule also mean no blowjobs?" Morgan asks abruptly, gripping the handle of the fridge. "Or quickies? 'Cause I can be real quick."
"Morgan-"
"C'mon, it's been months since we've fucked, please, babe." He says, white-knuckling the fridge handle. "Please."
Haley's amused.
She got Morgan begging for her.
The power she holds over him is insurmountable, un-fucking-believable.
She bites her lip to keep from smirking at the pleading man in front of her. She was about to cave but seeing Morgan like this is so pleasing.
It's so fucking worth it.
Haley crosses her arms, pushing her breasts up, suppressing another dirty smirk when she catches her fiancé looking. "I'm doin' real good with this." She says, reaching over to run her fingers through his wavy hair. "It'll be worth it once we get hitched."
"But-!" His eyes flutter closed when she starts grazing her thumb over his flushed cheek. "Haley, please." He whines, trying to keep his frustrations in as she teases him.
She giggles and pulls away but she's stopped with a hand around her wrist. Morgan grabs her hips and presses her back against the counter, his lips below her ear and at her jaw, that spot that can get her to melt into a puddle within seconds.
Haley closes her eyes, her head lulling to the side as her fingers twist in his shirt. Morgan smirks against her skin, his hands sliding to her hips.
When he pulls away, Haley can't help the small, soft whine that leaves her throat. She blushes hard as she looks away. "You sure you wanna stay on this celibate kick?" Morgan asks when he sees the look on her face.
"Y-yeah." She tries to say confidently but her voice cracks. "It'll be good for us." He gives her a look. "It will. Trust me, we don't need any pregnancy scares til we get married."
