Julie stared at her calendar with fear crawling inside her.

She had missed her period by a week.

Her memories all came back down to that one night, the night that she lost her virginity.

It was a special night, she didnt regret it one bit but...if she was pregnant like she thought she was....she was screwed.

No matter how hard Julie tried, she couldnt remember if they used protection or not, it wasnt really a number 1 thought at the time and she didnt know if luke had remembered or not.

Julie told herself not to worry, some girls miss their period by 2 weeks and it eventually comes.

She would wait another week and if it still hadnt arrived...she would take a test....she hoped it wouldnt come to that.

She had been off lately, she knew but she hoped nobody would say anything, but of course her best friend wouldnt keep her mouth shut.

"Girl what's going on with you? And dont try to tell me it's nothing because you've not been acting like yourself all day" said Flynn who had marched up to her at the end of the school day.

Julie turned startled.

"What do you mean, nothings-" she sighed when Flynn gave her that look. The look that meant she wasnt buying one bit of it.

Julie sighed, she couldnt keep anything from her best friend.

"Alright, so I dont know, and it probably isnt even anything to worry about but-" julie took a breath and then continued

"I've missed my period by a week and I'm worried because.."

"Luke took your V-card that night" Flynn finished, realising the problem.

"Jeez Flynn, say it any louder would you" julie rolled her eyes.

Flynn ignored her best friend coming to with a solution.

"Ok listen, dont worry yet, if it still hasnt come by next week then take a test, or if you start experiencing any symptoms take a test sooner, we dont want to start worrying for something that might be nothing"

Julie nodded her head agreeing.

"That's what I was thinking, thanks flynn for not freaking out on me"

Flynn smiled, throwing an arm of Julies shoulders "I'm always here for you girl"

It had been 3 days since Julie realised she had missed her period and she felt different. She didnt know what it was but she somehow felt different, as if something had changed.

This worried her even more that there could be a possibility that she was actually pregnant.

If it was true, julie would of course raise the baby and hopefully, luke would help out too, but it was also an inconvenience that she didnt really want at the age of 17.

If it were true, she would have to tell her father who would...well she didnt know what he would do...the school would find out and she would be labelled a slut...she really hoped she wasnt pregnant.

After 5 days, luke had finally spoke up hid concerns.

"Jules, I didnt want to say anything but, are you ok? Because you've been acting weird lately?" He asked when they were song writing one day.

Julie panicked. She didnt want to tell luke yet incase it was nothing, she wouldnt put that worry on him, so she simply smiled and said "I'm fine, just the stress of the end of year finals" which technically wasnt a lie

Luke accepted the answer, kissing her on the lips and decided there would be no more thinking and they would watch a movie instead.

Julie loved her boyfriend and his thoughtfulness, even if she wasnt telling the whole truth.

It had been a week and Julie's period still hadnt come, some people might say not to worry, that some periods came later that others but Julie's was never late.

As she woke up that morning and found that nothing had changed she called Flynn.

"Why am I up this early on a Sunday Jules?" Was the 'good morning' she got.

"Flynn, my Period still ain't here, and I feel different but I dont know if that's just the stress"

Flynn immediately woke up "alright hun, I'm going to stop at the pharmacy on my way to yours and I will buy you 2 pregnancy tests, and we will check together ok?" Explained Flynn.

"Yeah ok" answered Julie nervously.

They shortly hung up and Julie waited for Flynn to arrive impatiently.

After 40 minutes, flynn barged into her room.

"I'm here, sorry I took so long, the old lady behind me kept giving me judgemental looks and I had to say something to her" said Flynn as she shut Julie's bedroom door.

"Have you got them?" Whispered Julie nit wanting her father to hear.

Flynn nodded and brung out two pregnancy tests out of her bag.

Julie bit her lip and Took them out of Flynns hand, walking in the bathroom to take the tests.

2 minutes later Julie unlocked the bathroom door, telling Flynn to come in to wait with her.

The tests were on the bathtub Flipped over

Jukie and Flynn sat on the floor against a wall, julie nervous as hell, biting her nails and Flynn also nervous for her best friend but comforting Julie the best she could.

Once the timer went off, both girls stomachs flipped with nerves.

"Flynn...I.. I dont know if I can do it" stuttered Julie.

"Want me to check?" Asked Flynn.

When Julie hesitantly nodded Flynn stood up and walked to the two tests.

She hesitantly flipped them over to find....

Julie was not pregnant.

Flynn turned around, a bright smile on her face "your not pregnant, you dont have to worry"

Julie immediately felt relief flood inside of her.

With tears streaming down her face Julie stood up and hugged Flynn.

"Thank god" she whispered.

After a minute or two, the girls broke apart, they threw the test away making sure to hide it so nobody found out in the first place and exited the bathroom and entered Julies room.

"Well that's a relief" laughed Flynn.

"I dont know what i would've done if those tests said positive. Cried for eternity probably" laughed Julie.

"Are you going to tell Luke about the whole ordeal?" Asked Flynn.

Jukie thought for a moment before shaking her head "no, he doesn't need to know, the test wasnt positive so it doesnt matter"

Julie spent the rest of the day care free, until later that night when she was just about to go to sleep when Luke texted her.

Jules what would you do if you were a teen mom? Keep the baby or abort, or put it up for adoption?

Julie's face drained with colour, what was he a Psychic?
