-Nikki P.O.V-
I laid in bed looking up at the brown tent thinking about today. Neil and max were in a huge fight. The rest of the day, they wouldn't even speak to each other. The only thing that caused this was when we were in the woods and me and Neil were talking. I don't understand why max got so upset. As I was lost in my thoughts I heard a faint voice from outside my tent.
"Nikki!" The voice whispered. I stayed where I was and hid under my sleeping bag.
"Nikki, are you awake?" The voice asked. I couldn't tell who the voice was so I didn't interact. Then my tent was pulled open and I saw max come in and come over to me. I was actually sleepy so I sat up and gave him a confused look.
"Max? What are you doing it's the middle of the night." I quietly asked, so that the other campers wouldn't wake up. Our tents were really thin and I was worried Neil would hear us talking.
"Listen, do you know why Neil is so upset with me?" He asked while scooting closer to me.
"No max, I don't but it might be, now I'm just going for a long shot here, something to do with you interrupting our conversation in the woods this afternoon!" I whispered loudly.
Max made a sad face and looked down.
"I know, I'm sorry but I also haven't seen you in a while as well." He said with his head still down.
"Okay, why don't you just go to bed and we will work this out, WITH Neil tomorrow." I sleepily asked.
"No, I have to talk about this now or I won't sleep." He had a concerned look on his face.

"What is your deal max! I'm trying to sleep and you and Neil are being ridiculous!" I whispered loudly once more.
"I don't know, things have been different sense camp started." He said scratching his head.
"Different? How so?" I said.
"Things, and you and Neil seem... more close." He said frowning.
"Close? Is this what this is about? You think me and Neil are together?" I asked anger rising in me.
"I don't know, it's just..." I cut him off.
"Max! Are you serious we're all best friends. And I don't know who I like or don't I mean me and Neil are close but I mean, not like, it's not like we.." I stooped short. Maybe I did like Neil.
Max picked up his head and blush was across his face.
"I have a crush on you Nikki!" He admitted. I was in shock my best friend has a crush on me. He opened his eyes and looked at my reaction. I was just sitting there in shock. He got up and started to leave.
"Never mind this whole thing is fucking stupid!" He whispered.
"Wait, max." I said. He turned around with sad eyes and a angry expression.
"I'm glad you told me, don't worry about that stuff it will all work out." I said. He seemed to calm down.
"Thanks for understanding Nikki." He smiled and walked out of my tent. I was left laying in my sleeping bag thinking about the outcomes of the summer.
"Who DO I like?" I questioned myself.

The Pet Dragon
Reborn as a dragon and stumbling through the world the MC feels rather disadvantaged. This story is a writing challenge for myself for fun and I'll start with one chapter every day though they might not be particularly long. I did not plan anything out but I have ideas. Freeform was supposed to be this but my ideas were too complicated and I couldn't keep myself from overthinking it. Well, that failed. I will resume this story at a later date.

A Well Dressed Wolf
I don't know what to tell you; I never met a god, I never saved kids from speeding trucks, there was no email, no freak lighting storm, no dying in my sleep, no blinding white light at the end of the tunnel. I just blinked and found myself in a very different world and inside a very different body. I might have been put here to be a hero, a paragon of hope, a light for weary souls. To join other superbeings and ultra geniuses in their hypocritical crusade against the darkness…One small problem, I'm not going to be doing any of that.
