I was just happy that the mid-term tests were over though I was sure I had it quite easy since I kinda only needed to beat Eraserhead in a quirkless one on one fight. His quirk was useless against me and if we are fighting quirkless I believe that I am still superior then any person with a quirk.

However, as our days came back to a normal day we also started to make less and less plans to assassinate him. There was this matter of the price money for his head but the other side there was this matter of bonding. We all came to love our teacher. HE was the best one.

Today however something felt different. WE were all sitting in class when all of the sudden Nezu came into the classroom like he did at the first days through the vent system. Not only that but the vent exploded after him.

Bakugo: WHAT THE!

I didn't bet another second lazing around. Every single one of us students were ready to attack whoever just came in. What happened next left us speechless. A robot came crawling through the vent system.

Nezu: Stand back everyone! He is not something you can defeat easily.

Bakugo: The fuck I will!

Me: Denki zap it!

At my command Denki used his quirk to the fullest and zapped the monster like robot. It however used the charge and threw it right back at him. If Iida wasn't that fast it would have killed Denki.

Me: Mina try use your acid. Momo, Shoto, Kacchan, you are with me!

Just like that I took out a real grenade and some guns I still had with me. We began running at the creature. While I watched Sero stand by to be able to wrap it up. It was Tokoyami with Dark Shadow who took Nezu in their hands and ran out of the room with Uraraka and a couple of more students.

He was our target and we would do anything to protect him as well as assassinate him. Nezu wasn't anyone after all. He was our teacher.

Me: NOW!

After me and the rest of the group somehow managed to lure the robot away from Nezu it began following me for some reason. It might have seen me as a threat or the circuits inside of it melted and it was malfunctioning. I didn't care what it was. Thanks to that however I lured it in the middle of the room while dodging every single sharp razorblade like leg it had. It almost looked like a spider too.

The moment I screamed now, Sero junked me away while Mina used her quirk and began melting its skin.

The moment I saw an opening in the metal protection of the thing, I cut myself loose of Sero's tape and began running at that thing.

Momo: Midoriya!

I ignored them screaming at me and just ran and dodged every single attack until I used the wall to jump up and get to its back. There I saw the cables and the circuit board of the machine. Thanks to that I could simply cut the threats and it went out.

Me: *relieved exhale*

Bakugo: The fuck is that?

Me: I don't know.

Nezu: But I do.

Me: Huh?

Looking at the door I could see Nezu with the rest of the class.

Nezu: It was rather reckless of you to just engage that thing.

Me: And it was after me for some reason too.

Nezu: The reason for that was because it was programmed to find any anomalies and eliminate them.

Me: Oh so I am an anomaly now?

Nezu: A rare specimen more or less thanks to your quirkless status.

Me: Oh great. That doesn't make it any better.

Iida: Where did this even came from?

Momo: Why would you even lure it into our class?

Nezu: Because I knew I could count on you guys to eliminate it. Not only that but of you couldn't have done that then I would have known that there is still a long way to go until you were ready to assassinate me.

Me: So, this was a test in other words?

Nezu: Precisely.

Me: judging from your smile this was also for your own entertainment.

Nezu: Perhaps.

Me: Is this payback for what I did to the tea?

Nezu: I won't answer that one.

Me: So, it is... well guess we are even now!

Mina: Am I the only one wondering where this thing came from?

Nezu: Ah quite the excellent question!

Denki: Is that the UA symbol?

Kirishima: Wait bro! Is this from the support class?

Nezu: Exactly! I see you are getting sharper. I am so proud of you.

Me: And why was this one following you?

Nezu: Why? Why indeed?!

Hawks: Because this stupid idiot over there thought it would be a nice idea to teach the support course how to build something that could threaten him!

I saw Hawks flying into the room and only landing close to me looking at the mess.

Hawks: Anyone got hurt?

Me: No.

Hawks: Nezu you know you were not allowed to do this!

Nezu: I never taught them anything. I just saw this beauty and thought it might need some upgrades.

Me: So, you just stole someone's invention?

Nezu: No, I did an upgrade.

Me: Who was the person?

Nezu: I believe her name is Mei Hatsume.

The moment I heard the name my blood froze.

If this is something Mei made...

Then...

That means...

Me: OUT OF THE ROOM! NOW!!!

I jumped off the insect and ran out of the room. The way I acted started to worry everyone and luckily, they all followed me even if I needed to grab Bakugo by the collar the way out and drag him with me.

Bakugo: THE FUCK DEKU, LET ME GO!

The moment we were out of the room, I shut the door and an explosion could be heard. Thankfully for us all the UA's classrooms were built in a rather indestroyable way.

Me: Mei is known to build things that explodes.

Nezu: That explains all the CV4 I found inside.

Me: ....

Hawks: .... And you still upgraded it?

Nezu: Why? Yes of course! It was such a great device after all!

After that we needed to clean our own classroom and try to fix it the best we could too. No one could believe that Nezu would do something quite like this. Though I knew better. He was luring the thing towards me and the fact that it was after me and not anyone else told me that he made it do that.
