"y/n said she'd be coming over. She said she had to stay later to work on her sculpture, and her place is too far," Jungkook said.
"We should really tell her the code so she can come and go as she pleases," Jin said, looking up from the book he was reading and the others hummed in agreement.
"I'm sleepy, and I want to go to bed, but I didn't get to see her today. So I'll wait till she comes," Hoseok mumbled before letting out a soft yawn.
"Me-" *knock knock*
"Ah, she must be here," Taehyung said before putting down his bag of chips and making his way to the door.
"Hey, bab- Lia?" The girl looked up from her feet and flashed him a smile. "That's me," she said with a giggle.
Taehyung didn't waste any time before pulling her into his embrace. "Oh my God, when was the last time we saw each other? Come in! Oh, and Allow me to take that," he said, stepping aside. He took her bag as she walked in.
"Two years?" She said, taking off her heels. "Woah, it's been that long?"
"Yes, Tae. It's been that long," she said with a giggle, sliding her feet into the slippers.
Yoongi walked out of the passage, ruffling his wet locks as he looked at his phone.
"Did Lia tell you she was back? Oh, hey Li," Yoongi greeted as he stepped out of the corridor.
[note: her nickname is pronounced lee]
"Hello, Yoongi," she greeted before walking towards the living room. "Lia's back? OMG LIA, YOU'RE BACK!" Hoseok exclaimed before getting up and running towards his friend.
"Hello, Hopes. You clearly haven't changed much over the past two years," she giggled.
.
"How have you been, Lia? How were the states?" Namjoon asked with a smile on his face.
"I've been well, and I loved the states. America is so cool! I mean, the racism I received was horrible, and a lot of the people were mean, the country's good."
"That's good. I can't believe you're here. We missed you so much!" Jungkook said, and the boys hummed in response. "And there's so much we couldn't tell you over the phone."

"Well, I'm here to stay, so you guys can update me on everything!"
"Well, first of all, we, um, we found our-" *knock knock*
"It must be y/n. I'll go get it!" Taehyung said.
'y/n? who's that?' Lia thought to herself as she watched him skip to the door.
"Hey, princess," he greeted, and you flashed him a tired smile. "Hey, Taehyung." Your boyfriend frowned before taking away your backpack and pulling you into his embrace.
"Are you alright?" He asked, and you let out a sigh before humming in response. "I'm okay, just tired."
"Why don't we go to the living room since everyone's there? Oh, we also have someone we'd like you to meet," he said, causing you to raise an eyebrow.
"Really?" Taehyung nodded before leading you to the living room.
You were curious to see who the boys wanted you to meet. Was it one of their parents? No, it couldn't be. The time wasn't appropriate for this.
"hey, y/n- oh, why do you look so tired?" Jimin asked. He got up from the couch and walked towards you. "Did you have a long day?" You hummed in response as your boyfriend wrapped his arms around you. Just as he was about to give you a kiss, a voice interrupted.
"So this is y/n?" You turned to see a woman sitting between Namjoon and Jungkook.
She was beautiful. Her chin was sharp, and the outer corner of her brown eyes was upward. Her lips were small but plump. Her hair was long and black, reaching her evidently slim waist.
"Oh, Lia this is y/n, our soulmate-" "and girlfriend," Yoongi said, correcting Taehyung. "Yes, y/n is our soulmate and our girlfriend. And y/n this is Lia, our close friend."
"If not, best friend," Lia said before walking up to you and extending her hand. "Hey, as you know, my name is Lia. Lia Kim, or Kim Lia. I've been friends with these idiots for a couple of years. I'm so happy they managed to find their soulmate."
"I'm happy they managed to find me too. y/n, Choi y/n," you said, shaking Lia's hand.
"Did you eat dinner? This is a question for both of you," Jin said, and you hummed in response. "Haru dropped off some noodles before he left."

"Yeah, Sung-Ho stopped by my favourite restaurant to get me food. But I wouldn't mind eating something now if you're willing to make something. I have some space to fill," Lia said, and Jin let out a soft sigh.
"You must've missed my cooking that much, huh? Come with me... but don't expect something fancy. It's late, and I only have the energy to make noodles."
You silently watched as Jin disappeared to the kitchen with a happy girl skipping behind him.
"She is our friend. We've mentioned her a couple of times during our first date," Taehyung said, turning to you. "But you probably weren't listening. I would've found the conversation boring if I was you."
"That's okay. Do you mind if I ask a couple of questions about Lia?" You asked as you took Lia's seat between Namjoon and Jungkook. You wanted to know more about the girl.
"Nope, go ahead," Namjoon said.
"Well, first of all, how long have all of you guys been friends with her?" You were kind of envious of her for being in the boys' lives longer than you had been. I mean, she was in the picture before they even had your full name.
"Five years. Lia just came from the US after studying abroad for the past two years."
"You've known her for five years, hyung. Taehyung and I have been friends with her for three years. When we came into the relationship Joonie, Jin, Yoongs and Jimin were already friends with her."
"Ah, so did you guys become friends with her because she was friends with everyone else or...?"
'Does this mean I have to befriend her too? Is this some my friends are yours and yours are mine kind of thing?'
"Not really. Lia's just a nice person to be around, so yeah. But I guess you could say we became friends with her because of everyone else. It would've been a bit weird if we didn't like her when the others did."
"Ah.. okay."
"Are you talking about me?" Lia asked, walking in with Jin behind her.
"Yeah, y/n wanted to know how long we've been friends," Yoongi told her, and she hummed in response.
"That was quick? I thought you were making noodles? I mean, you could've already made them, but there's no way Lia would eat them that fast," Jimin asked with a confused expression on his face.
"Hey, who says my appetite hasn't grown since I went to the states, hm?"
"Lia wasn't as hungry as she thought she was," Jin whispered, causing a shy smile to grow on Lia's face.
"Do you mind if I go to bed? I'm actually feeling pretty sleepy," you whispered in Jungkook's ear.. "Uh, no, not at all. But let me go with you instead of sending you off to bed on your own. I'm kind of sleepy too." he said before standing up.
"Where are you two off to?" Hoseok asked.
"As much as I'd like to stay longer, I can't. Not when I can barely keep my eyes open," you told them. "I'm feeling sleepy too, so I'm going to bed too."
"I had a long flight, so I wouldn't mind going to bed too. Do you guys have a guest room I can sleep in?" Lia asked.
"We do, but wait, where's y/n going to sleep tonight? She normally sleeps in there?"
"We can share. I don't mind. I haven't seen the room yet, but I'm pretty sure it'll be big enough for the both of us," Lia offered, but you were quick to shake your head.
You didn't think there would be anything wrong with her, but you just didn't want to share a bed with her. Sharing a room, let alone a bed with a complete stranger? The thought made you uncomfortable.
"No, you're the guest here. I can sleep with one of the boys anyway. Hoseok?"
"Babe?" "You wouldn't mind me joining you tonight, will you?" You asked, and he shook his head. "No, not at all!"
"Then it's settled. You can take the guestroom while I'll spend the night with Hoseok. Ah, and why don't I take you to the guest room instead? I need to get something from there anyway?"
"Uh, sure.."
