"Get him out of here!"
"No one listens to me! I'm telling you the truth!"
"Lucas! You are going mad! The sea has poisoned your mind and now you're delusional!"
Tears began to pour from Lucas's face.
"Jacob please! I swear I'm not crazy!"
Lucas was hancuffed and thrown into the back of a SWAT car. Jacob sighed and turned around.
"Will he be ok?"
"Yes we will take him to our facility. There are just a few papers you need to sign. Did he have any family?"
"No."
"Was he taking any medication?"
"Not that I'm aware of." Jacob said stroking his beard.
"How long has he been.....claiming to see these mermaids?"
"About two months.
"How long do you usually keep him out on the water?"
"8 hours."
Jacob watched the doctor write something on a clipboard. He handed it to Jacob and pointed to the bottom of the page.
"Just sign here, Mr. Smith."
Jacob took the pen and signed the bottom of the page.
"Now if you'll exuse me doctor, we have two people missing."
"Of course. I hope you find them."
Jacob turned and looked towards the foggy horizon.
"I hope so too."

The front door swung open. McCree and Hanzo grunted as they lifted the mermans new body. They flopped him onto the couch. The poor mermands body layed motionless. McCree looked at the spear in the assasins shoulder.
"That thing is jammed in there pretty good. It's just muscle tissue, but I gotta pull it out. Chances are he's gonna wake up while I'm patching it. Hanzo I need some towels and a lighter."
Hanzo returned with the objects.
"I need you to hold his arms down Hanzo."

anzo did this. The mermans shoulders felt firm in his hands. McCree placed a gentle hand around the spear and held on tightly. He took a deep breath and yanked it from the body. As expected. The merman woke. He screamed and flailed his arms and legs grunting and yelling in pain. Hanzo held him down. McCree quickly poured the gunpowder from a bullet onto the open wound and litit with a lighter. The wound began to close up and the screams grew louder. The poor merman cried in pain and griped at his throbbing shoulder. McCree looked further down and noticed a gunshot wound in the mermans new leg. He put his hands to his leg and examined the wound closely. He sighed and shook his head.
"I can stop the bleeding, but this guy needs a doctor. The merman sat up and looked down at his new legs. Through his mask he gasped in fear.
"What have you done to me?!" He exclaimed.
McCree stared up at him disapointed.
"We saved your life!"
"I-I have two tails!"
"They are called legs." Hanzo said. "Fool."
"I will not stand for this!"
"You're gonna have to." McCree said.
He ovserved the gunshot wound in his new leg.
"You're gonna need a doctor. The bullet is still inside and is likely infecting the wound."
The merman sighed and seemed to be looking down. It was hard for McCree and Hanzo to see his emotions with that strange helmet on his head.
"I know someone." The merman said.
"Who?"
"Dr. Angela Zielger. She is 10 miles inland. She has helped me before."
"So you've been on land before?"
"No. Just in a tank of water. She kept me as a merman. Never letting me go dry. I trust her."

"I'll make the call. Don't move."
McCree walked into the kitchen and called the doctor. Hanzo stayed by the couch putting pressure on the gunshot wound. The merman winced in pain.
"It's stuck. Wouldn't that just make it worse?"
"Stop your whining. For an assasin you seem to act more like a child." Hanzo said firmly.
The merman leaned back and sighed through the helmet.
"I learned it from you, brother."
Hanzo froze, his head the only thing cocking over to face the merman. He stared eyes wide at him.
"That! That is impossible! My-my brother is dead!"
The merman shook his head.
"I lived."
"I killed you!" Hanzo's voice trembled.
His hands started shaking.
"Dr. Ziegler found me Hanzo. I have never been more alive."
"G-Genji...?"
Genji sat up in his seat. He reached behind his head and pulled two release triggers on the back of his helmet. The front faceplate of the helmet released and he pulled it from his face. Hanzo stared back in fear. His once dead brother looked back at him. His face was covered with scars. His eyes were dark red. He had never seen anything more terrifying.
"What-what have you become, brother?!" Hanzo said in fear.
"I have accepted what I am brother and have forgiven you, but you don't seem to remember where you belong. You are a merman Hanzo. Not a human."
McCree returned from the kitchen just as Genji put his mask back in its place. He turned to face him.
"Dr. Ziegler said she could be here in 10 minutes. Let's hope she can help." McCree said.
