The look on Sunghoon's face was priceless as Nari and Sunhee screamed out the lyrics of 'Into The Unknown' in the backseat of the van as they were on their way to ski at the top of the snowy mountain.
Y/N usually would be covering her ears from the noise, but she couldn't help but laugh at his own expression.
Sunghoon reached over and turned the music off, to which she immediately turned back on. He looked over at her and she sent him a challenging look, smirking as he sighed.
He reached once more to turn it off, but Y/N took his hand in hers and laced her fingers through his as she brought it down to her lap.
"Let the kids sing", she told him, holding back a laugh. He chuckled and shook his head.
"You really know how to get on my nerves, Y/N", he said, and she responded with a proud smile.
The whole time this was happening, Sunhee was screeching the high notes at the end. Y/N winced at the horrid sound. Nari have a voice while Sunhee is all about confidence and they could all see it in in the way Sunoo smiled apologetically if they happen to look at his seat.
When they rolled into the parking lot, Y/N looked over in the box and noticed Jake and Ming Xiao laughing at the backseat together as Nari forced Jungwon to wear couple jackets in the design of Minnie and Mickey Mouse.
"Thank god", Ni-ki muttered, referring to Sooah finally stopping in squishing him into a corner.
They were really a childish couple, but they're still cute, aren't they?
Sooah hopped out of the car and turned to look at her boyfriend.
"Remember what I said, don't start anything with me today", she said, referring to their usual kiddy fights.

"I don't make any promises I won't keep", Ni-ki replied, slightly smiling as he dragged her away from the other girls.
Y/N watched them and think this was going to be an interesting day, save for Heeseung.
He saw something he will not like as the girl in his calls was now being followed around by another male customer.

"Water isn't wet, end of discussion", Y/N said firmly.
The group was waiting for Heeseung and Jay to get out of the bathroom. Sunghoon would've gone too but he was in the middle of a serious debate.
"Agree to disagree", he retorted.
"Are you literally dense? Water make things wet, but it isn't wet within itself -"
"Nope, you're wrong", he cut her off. Y/N's eyes narrowed into slits.
Just as she was to come back to him, Jake interrupted, "So what are the two of you now?", he asked, smiling.
"We're humans as far as I know", Sunghoon replied with a strange smile on his face
"Well, that's a relief. I thought I saw a pink-haired penguin just now talking to Y/N", Jake added, giving him a light bro punch on the shoulder.
"Of course, there's a puppy here being a little gossiper", Sunghoon responded, punching him on the shoulder lightly.
Jake was slightly caught off guard at what was he called, but just smiled and walked away.
Y/N sent him a warning look and Sunghoon responded with a clueless, innocent shrug. Rolling her eyes, she slung her arms through his and started walked within the group now that they were heading to rent some stuff for skiing.
It was pretty cold, but Y/N felt Sunghoon's body heat radiating through her as he wrapped an arm around her waist. She couldn't help but smile as their feet crunched in the snow.

They all spent a few hours laughing as some boys keeps on sliding down the snow and even if they once learned from Sunghoon how to learn how to skate in the ice rink, it's another thing to do it in the real snow which isn't event as smooth and one wrong move could lead you face first into the bark of a pine tree.
By the time it had gotten dark out, they all decided they're finally ready to go.
As Y/N were walking behind the group, she felt Sunghoon wrap an arm around her waist and hug her from behind. She let out a startled squeal as he kissed her cheek.
She spun around and gave him a short, sweet kiss before taking both of his hands in hers and pulling him along, letting a wide grin spread on her face.
Sunghoon looked genuinely happy, and as Y/N remembered the intimidating idol that she saw in their music videos, she felt her heart grow warmer. Did she just earned herself a celebrity for a lover?
Or maybe she just learned to embrace how he was the one to fix her broken heart.
Either way, her life was definitely better with him in it.
Tired of walking, she went around him and hopped onto his back. It was like a part of the contract for him being her boyfriend now.
She kissed the back of his neck and behind his ear as he walked, letting herself tease him. Sunghoon was just allowing it all, loving it secretly even though he tried not to show it by groaning.
"Sunghoon, you're really getting soft, huh?", Jay chuckled as they all arrived in front of the service van.
Sunghoon put Y/N down and she walked around to the passenger side where Sooah is hugging Sunhee as she pushed Ni-ki away from them with her feet.
"Just find yourself a girlfriend, you'll know how it feels", Sunghoon said in a deadpan tone.
"Appealing offer but I'll have to pass. Love life is not just for me", Jay responded, getting in next to the waiting driver.
"And yet you're the one to support all of us to have a love -", Sunghoon started.
"So you admit that you're listening to my words of wisdom", Jay pointed out smugly. Y/N looked at Sunghoon with a look that said 'he's got a point'.
He sighed, "Whatever the hell you're saying, you're still not the cupid of the month"
"Nah, I'll leave that to Chulsoo", Jay said and Y/N choked on the air.
Jay immediately broke in a laughter as the owner of the nickname look away from annoying his girlfriend and frown. Sunghoon shook his head as he let out a small chuckle.
The ride back to the ski lodge consisted of less Sunhee singing, but in exchange of having everyone hear Sooah and Ni-ki annoys the hell out of each other.

Agent of the Alternates
This is the first Well of Souls story. Nathan Hunter, as well as five hundred other seniors at his high school, found themselves pulled into the deadly game in an alternate dimension of their school, where they had to survive against increasingly tough monsters while completing a series of Challenges as their numbers continued to dwindle with no end in sight. With no way off the property, nor any way out of the alternate and back to their real dimension, Nathan and his classmates battle for survival in the hopes that eventually, they will be freed from the game. Warning: Things will get repetitive at times, particularly after Arc 1. The reason for this becomes clear in the first couple of chapters of Arc 2. It is simply the nature of the lives they lead.
